Improving strength and flexibility

I cannot rate Livinleggings highly enough. I found her programmes a few years ago and have been following along from workshops to online classes to the studio and now the app. The way that Liv explains the movements, transitions and exercises really helps get to grips with it all but most importantly they are fun!! Her programmes have been the thing that I have been looking for to become consistent in my movement, it’s been great for improving strength and flexibility and getting closer to my goals. So many classes, programmes and challenges to suit all abilities, a great community board and a perfect way to organise and personalise your ‘mat’ time.
