Just doesn’t work
I have been trying for the last couple of months to connect my Spa Pump via the app with no success. I’m on an iPhone 13 with Virgin Media Hub 5

Rubbish
This would been a ZERO star review but you don’t have that option. Another updated app and the same problems!!! Can find the pump on the network and even enter the password but then the app freezes. Uninstalled, reinstalled turned on turned off but nothing. How hard is it to sort this out!! What’s the point in having a function on the hot tub if you can’t use it???

More issues
Another app change and another load of issues having to register pump in app and ongoing connection issues whereby can see pump but not do anything without connection errors (yet it’s connected fine in the app and works fine in the best way app). Really wish they would get it together and either ensure it works or rapidly sort issues. Paying extra for a WiFi connected pump is about as useful as a chocolate teapot when you can’t actually use it remotely !

Disaster
This app really is a disaster. Not only is it buggy But the spa keeps disconnecting from our network for some reason.
For once the machine stayed one the network but after this app update… I can’t access our spa at all remotely now.

New app crashes immediately on sign in

Application crashes immediately after logging in, and then crashes immediately after startup screen there after, needing app to be removed.

Was forced to download this by the existing app which did work and this one doesn’t even open. Crashes and closes within 2 seconds of opening. Now I can’t change the schedules on my spa. Please make the old app work again.
