Simple and easy to use
I love how easy it is to navigate which is so user friendly. The transfers are also very fast. I also love how it links my apple pay and allows me may the transfers without having to put in my bank card details every time.

Best rate at the moment
You offer the best rates and excellent customer support—it truly feels like home. However, the referral feature in the app needs improvement. Currently, I can only invite a maximum of 7 people, which is quite limiting. Since the service involves money, many people are skeptical about downloading apps directly from the store. They would feel more secure using a personalized referral link. Expanding this feature would encourage more referrals and build trust.

A good start
I find the interface of the app not very appealing. It appears plain. The landing page doesn’t give you much options with regard to the main purpose of using the app. For instance, I found it a bit challenging locating how to fund my wallet to enable me to send money. Thus, I was getting a lot of “something went wrong” error messages. This makes the user experience a bit tedious especially for basic IT users.
