Updates

This game is brilliant and very addictive. The only problem I have is I’m now on level 103 and have unlocked everything. I need more because it’s now becoming boring since there are no new aims to try and reach. The addiction is keeping me playing for now but please update asap.

Do not pay

While playing this game I purchased the ad free version and the warehouse assistant “bob”. The warehouse worker at £19.99 was purchased and money taken but the assistant is still not available. I’ve tried emailing but slow responses and they will not process a refund. They have asked me to purchase again but I do not want to risk further money being taken without a response. Do not purchase the add ons.

Good game but…..

It’s a good game but the delivery waiting time is to long and doesn’t work once I close the game so when I go back I’m still waiting I was going to pay £5 for instant delivery but wasn’t sure if that was forever or one time

Bugs are a real turn off! Love the game, but sad!

So fed up of all the glitches and bugs! One after another… Plus this game keeps making my iPad run very hot!
The shelf filler is an idiot; he blindly runs into walls and just keeps running, even though I help him! I move whole shelving racks to untrap him, how he gets himself there, I don’t know? 🤷🏻‍♀️ The customers practice their dancing skills in my supermarket; keep catching them performing the running man dance…. Again I move any shop furniture that they may have gotten themselves stuck on, but they stay their still practicing their moves! I have since discovered the ‘busty, curvy lady’ in the blue suit, likes to mount the corner of one of my freezers and will stay their until she’s satisfied, only them will she ‘come’ to the counter!!
The warehouse shelves, why can’t I put my stock on them when they are empty? They still show as having items on the shelves? Or not being able to utilise the whole shelf because it says it’s full, when it clearly isn’t? What gives?
Why is the shelf filler so dumb? Why does he have to copy what you do? Also why is he lazy?
Why can’t the permanent counter server with other things?
Why can’t we have a ‘carrier’ box/crate ? A box &/or crate, which we either purchase with a ticket whenever we want to use it, or pay a set amount to have them for good? The ‘carrier box/crate’ would be a blank box or crate that allows use to move items that we get free, around so that they are not all over the place, with just small random amounts?
I like the game and have spent a fair bit of money on it, a fair bit too much! I spend hours playing it, but I’m getting a little bored having to keep going out and come back again just to get the shelf filler out of sh tuck! Please get it sorted or you will lose a lot of money….. 💴

Warehouse worker not moving
