GREAT TAGS
Brilliant customer service, high-quality tags and have just received replacements for free which are of even better quality with stronger tags and larger QR codes. It really is a brilliant idea and really good value for money, I pay £6.95 a month for all of my pets included it gives me real peace of mind. Really easy to use too

LOVE this app
I’ve been using this app for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it. I ordered replacement tags for Winnie and Lottie and they arrived within a couple of days. The community section is amazing too, and you can speak to a vet whenever you need help 😍

Peace of mind for any pet owner
I love my Crumb tags and have them on both of my dogs’ collars. It’s reassuring that if either of them run off again we have a much better chance of being reunited quickly. App is super easy to set up too

Useful app
This app is a great idea for pet lovers, being part of the community and knowing you have people to help look for pet in case they go missing. I can upload useful information, extra contact details and addresses onto my pets profile for a better chance of finding them.

Genius!!
This app is easy to use, I ordered my tag and set it up with no issues. I am able to edit my pets profile, add a cute picture and see other pets in the area. Thank you crumb for extra peace of mind!

I have been trying to cancel this subscription and they keep sending app doesn’t include not allow you to do so but they say it does, feels like a scam company

Scammers
Once you sign up for “free” they send you a link to “activate” your tag and without warning sign you up to a £5 a month subscription. Cheaper in the long run to buy a proper gps tracker like apple tag.

I will never take my dog off this. The fact that it will tell every vet within 10 miles if Luna goes missing makes me think this is worth every penny and more

Missing pet and app won’t work
Deeply annoyed and disappointed to not receive the service that I have paid for . Our kitten is missing and yet I can’t log into the app ! The whole point of this is help keep pets safe and to give that peace of mind to owners if they go missing and yet can’t even log into the app to see if our kitten’s location has been located . Absolutely disgraceful

App, not product
So update from previous review, reported issues, advised will be sorted in a few days, 6 days later still no update and still unable to use the app.
Customer service advise to use the web version, but why should I? You advertise this as an operational app. Try the web version, allows me to log on but geofencing does not work so even if one of our dogs does go missing and someone finds them, we wouldn’t be able to see their location.
I am rapidly losing all faith in this system and company.
