No idea what functionality was worth excluding so many people from using your app. An extremely poor business decision.

Won’t support on my device
I’ve got an older phone & since the last update where they introduce children eat “free” subscription it won’t let me update so I can now no longer use it at all!!!!

Great meal, service and experience
We popped into Prezzo Northampton before going to the panto. Downloaded the app after we had ordered, we took advantage of the free doughnut ball dessert, then paid the tab on the app. So convenient, and I’m impressed with the way we can settle the bill.

Easy to pay via app
Just ordered via waitress but was able to pay using the app. Found it very simple and quick. Useful when you need to leave. Option to tip via app but left cash on table.

Mickey who served us was awesome & the food didn’t disappoint either. First time at this branch, but will definitely stop here again, when in the area. Ambience is great. Plenty free parking. Place nice and clean.

More trouble than it’s worth
We got our free introductory dessert and member-priced pizza - but a member of staff had to scan two separate barcodes so the discounts were applied. How ridiculous that the app doesn’t apply the discounts when you’re logged in as a club member!

Attempt to login with correct password failed. Emailed to reset. Code not received. Unable to use app. If this process worked, the app would probably be useful.
