App Feedback

Firstly, this is the only place to leave app feedback however I wanted to include images / video. You should include an option for ‘app feedback’ in your drop down / suggestion when it comes to the contact us page within your app.
The app doesn’t show ml / grams for some products. I won’t buy anything unless I know how much I am getting.

Dreadful.

Made an order and money was taken yet did not receive a confirmation email. It has been two days and still not received anything - never known a online retailer like this.
I will not be ordering again from Space and use another retailer.

Great on-line shop

I was so pleased when this app came out. I don’t live near an actual store so it’s great to be able to get these products on-line in one place. The choice is fantastic and the prices are good as well. I love the recommendations, I’ve bought a few things based on this and will continue to use them. I’d recommend using this app, great prices, fantastic choice, quick delivery and rewards, whats not to love.

Lovely way to shop

Awful

I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve just had an email inviting me to review the app. It’s absolutely awful - I can’t put an order through at all. I’ve tried using Apple Pay it doesn’t work, I then used my card details and it didn’t work. In the end I went onto the website and put my order through but this also meant I missed out on the app exclusive.

Not great, payment issues

App is not great, the codes doesnt work, the payments dont work. I was not pleased as I have to keep going back to the customer service emails. Its so time consuming and sadly the offers they have are sometimes for app only so it doesnt help the customer.

App isn’t accepting any payment options!

Haven’t been able to place or for ages through the app, neither Apple Pay or card payments work. I’ve contacted customer services and they were no help at all, just told me to update the app. Like I hadn’t already done that!! And since then no response on how to resolve it! For a luxury brand, their customer service is about as useful as Evri!

Needed improvement

I love Space NK and I expected a few hiccups when the app was first released but whilst they’re very, very slowly improving there is so much work needed to improve the app, it crashes, all payments options fail at times and the indulge rewards do not display as they should or update as quick as they do on the website. Brands on the search do not load and it just makes me want to use the website still, I think once all of this is fixed however it would be the way forward but it needs some improvements for sure.
It is very easy to use in terms of interface and it’s nice to have an app but an app that isn’t totally fit for purpose from such a huge company isn’t what I expected. I will stay with the app as I think they will take on board the feedback and implement it in time.

First time

I’ve never even shopped with spaceNK but using this app has been a wonderful experience so far. There was a little skincare section just for Korean skincare and it’s gone which is slightly annoying BUT other than that great and easy to use

Great there’s an app

It is great that the store now exists in app form and on the whole I have found this really easy to use and find products. The one area I think needs improving is My Matches, as I can only see a few of these and cannot seem to find how to get to the complete list separated into categories (i.e. toners, moisturisers, eye creams, etc) that I saw when I completed the questionnaire.

Don’t get the harsh reviews tbh as it’s miles better than most beauty companies I.e. boots. It’s easy to navigate and easy to shop with. Only gripe is you can’t see your in store purchase history but that’s not a necessity

Love space nk and their rewards system. Wish that the vouchers would last more than 3 months though, and would be great if they could integrate the review system into your account so you don’t have to keep putting your details in.

Easy to navigate

I like this app - I can search for items quickly and access my account easily. There was a glitch with using a voucher so I had to contact them but they were very helpful and sorted it out for me very quickly x

Great app

I have been a spaceNK customer since the days of the paper catalogue and mail order.
I have recently started using the app on my phone and find it easier to use than the website on my phone. I still use the website on my laptop, and using both options link perfectly in terms of account activity.
I really like having this as a shopping option.

Honestly quite poor

The app freezes a lot when you search for items so you have to close it down and start again. For example you’ll search for a specific item and then you can’t scroll down or click on anything. It’s extremely frustrating and tedious. It has a long way for it to go to match up to the brand.

Hourglass lip liner

What’s happened?!

Never had any issues with the app, very user friendly. But for some reason I am now unable to access my basket, it’s telling me that it’s empty when I have a lot of products in it, also won’t let me add anything to basket.

Been trying to redeem for like a week, why do i have to go to another website , create another account to redeem it and how tf do use online/app there is no clear instructions. Ive got the website open, app open and this quickly done giftcard website (ive made better websites than either). Why not put a redeem giftcard section at checkout like any other online shop???? OK- Great catalog but A LOT of bugs😬

Ok so, I love space no and I was actually really excited when I saw that they had an app! HOWEVER, I found it impossible to sign up through the app and had to do so via the website and experienced so many issues with the screen randomly freezing. Yes, I have checked and this is the only app I’ve had this issue with.
This is only one of their many bugs. Overall, LOVE SpaceNk just not the app.

after waiting ages for the app and as often as i shop at spacenk online, the app freezes with every action which prevents me from spending money and buying things i don’t need. maybe the app is helping me be more financially responsible 🤷🏽‍♀️

I love space nk so much and when i saw they now have a app i was so excited! however i’ve downloaded it and keep refreshing the app and there’s not images of any of the products or anything on the home page. which is difficult because now you can’t see the products your looking at . if it doesn’t change i will sadly have to go back to using the website 😭❤️‍🩹

Needs work - step it up SpaceNK

I find it unfathomable that in 2025 Space NK has only just launched an app and it freezes ALL THE TIME. No idea how this has passed testing. Freezes on searches, freezes on scrolling, freezes on logging in. Don’t waste your time, use the OG website.

Won’t log in

The app won’t let me log in, I’ve reset my password and know I’m entering it correctly and it keeps saying I can’t log in and need to contact admin, which quite frankly I can’t be bothered to do. Even at the log in page, the first page seems slow and clunky. Definitely needs improvement!

Disappointed

Have been waiting for AGES for SpaceNK to catch up with an App. Disappointed is an understatement. Very glitchy, keyboard disappeared when trying to log in so had to restart, tried to add items to basket and it was like any options were ‘frozen’ but the page scrolled fine so had to restart. In the end I gave up and went back to the website……..won’t even be attempting to use again until it’s all fixed.

Not great

I have eagerly been waiting for the app but seriously disappointed. I have tried several times to place an order on the new app but experienced so many issues, I have given up and purchased elsewhere.
