Regrind is a screen time app built around a simple trade. The apps you choose stay blocked by default. Focus sessions earn Credits. Credits buy unlock time. When the unlock ends, the apps lock again.
That's the whole loop.
> HOW IT WORKS
Pick the apps you want blocked. They're locked from the moment you set them — not on a schedule, not during certain hours. Locked.
Start a focus session. Every minute you complete is one Credit in your balance. Want to use a blocked app? Withdraw Credits for unlock minutes at a fair rate. One Credit, one minute.
If you change your mind partway through, lock the apps again early and the unused minutes come back to your balance.

- Anti-Cheat Timer: Sessions run on a tamper-resistant clock. Changing your device time won't earn you anything.
- Motion Detection: Stay present. Leave your session or move the phone too much and you forfeit the earn.
- Claim Coupons: Complete a session and reveal a bonus on top of your Credits. Every card pays out something.
- Full Transaction History: Tap any session or unlock to see how your focus has improved over time.
- Early Re-lock Refunds: Re-lock early and unused minutes return to your balance. You only spend what you use.

What's New in Version 2.3.0
This update introduces Virtual Lock Box — a new session mode that uses AR to anchor your phone in place. Move it out and you'll need to put it back before the timer continues. We've also tightened security across the earn-and-spend loop and polished the overall experience.
