FixOldPic is a dedicated photo restoration app that revives old, damaged pictures effortlessly. Its simple workflow lets you import photos from your device, use AI-powered enhancement, and get a clean, clear result in seconds. Focused on clarity and control, it lets you review restored images, manage your restoration history, and keep precious memories accessible.
FixOldPic does not collect face information or build biometric identifiers from your photos.
Its restoration engine is optimized for vintage and low-quality images. When you submit a photo, it’s securely sent to a cloud model that boosts sharpness, reduces noise, repairs scratches, and adds natural color where needed—all while preserving the original composition and subject, so the moment feels familiar but easier to view and share.
You can inspect restored images in a full-screen optimized viewer, with pinch-and-zoom to check fine details like facial features, clothing textures, or backgrounds. A simple toolbar lets you close the viewer or save the result to your photo library, for easy sharing or storage alongside other photos.
FixOldPic does not use faces in your photos to recognize or identify anyone, and it does not store face templates or faceprints on its servers.
The app keeps an organized restoration history, displayed in a two-column gallery with thumbnails and timestamps, making it easy to find and revisit past results. Tapping a thumbnail opens a larger view, where you can save it again or simply enjoy the improved image.
The home screen lets you start a new restoration in a few taps, with clear key actions, progress indicators, and success messages. This makes it perfect for both quick casual use and careful work with important family photo archives.
FixOldPic processes people and faces in photos only as part of general image enhancement and restoration, and it does not separate, classify, or analyze faces for identity or tracking.
The history section lets you compare restored versions to choose your favorite, with a layout balanced for both small and large photo collections, ensuring accessibility even for long histories.
FixOldPic includes a settings area with privacy policy, user agreement, subscription terms, and an about page. A built-in feedback page lets you share suggestions or report issues, all in a consistent, cohesive interface.
When saving restored images, the app only requests photo library access to store the result. If permission is denied, it shows a clear English explanation. Your choice is always respected, and the app never modifies device settings without consent.
