Bought SST Joggers for Christmas. As this item is not in store I had to order on line. The item is too short. My son is 6”6 not a big person just tall. There is no exchange option(joke) I have gone to get a refund and I am being charged £2.50 cheapest option for return(not exchange as I said)this item is now in the sale. Original purchase price £49.50 now saying £55 in the sale but on sale for £40. How can you increase the price is this some kind of joke?? I now have to pay £3.99 delivery charge for a larger item. KEEPS SAYING ERROR!!!!!

Here I am, trying to order multiple things on your app, firstly, it doesn’t let me apply staff discount on any WiFi service at all whatsoever. My own house, my mums house, my friends house, even costa WiFi!! It doesn’t work!! And then when I use my mobile data to try order, it keeps saying error. After 2 tries later, and very slow service, it lets me apply my discount. THEN, it won’t let me put in my home address, when it is my default address on the address book, and I have ordered plenty of things to my address before on this app. THEN, it just keeps saying error. I can see on the shop kiosk that the items are still in stock. I can’t use the kiosk to order, however, as staff discount can’t be applied. Only if we order it ourselves can we use staff discount. But after 12 attempts, it finally let me order. The website is just as slow and lagging, it keeps saying error, or server error!!! Everytime I want to order something, I just can’t seem to! Your app and website makes me reluctant to buy things! It’s not that I dislike your products, it’s how poor the shopping and payment process is!

I bought a new shoes last night from the JD store on Oxford Street. It was EA7 shoes Unfortunately when I went home, I discovered that they gave me one New pair and the other one which was on the display which was very dirty. I came back today to return it and I told the supervisor the story and she was just very cool and said sorry and that’s it and she did not returned the spray, which I bought with the shoes as she said this is the policy. I told her policy is satisfying your customers specially when there is mistake happened because I bought the shoes with the spray protector together and now I’m returning both of them together but she said won’t be able to return the spray which is very annoying and very bad customer service. I will not buy anything more from this store again, and I will inform all my friend about this unsatisfying customer service.

Annoying

Don’t really like the new JD status as you can only use it in store and you only have a certain amount of time to spend what you have earned which isn’t much.
I liked the JDX much more.
The other thing that really gets on my nerves with JD is the amount of items you order that get cancelled by JD as they are out of stock. I have ordered clothes with my children and then a few days later I have to tell them sorry we’re not getting them now. JD should offer you an alternative item with the same discount and brand to make up for letting you down.
I was only going to give 1 star, the reason I gave three is that I do buy a lot of clothes from JD. I am starting to find a lot of better deals elsewhere also. I just brought Lacoste t shirts from “House of Fraser” and they are a lot more cheaper than JD, maybe JD needs to start looking at there pricing a bit more.

Really bad just use the website not the app !!

I have spent more than 2 hours on this app and it has not been putting the items in the cart and not letting me go on to some of the items to either look or to put it in my cart I had finally got all the things that I wanted in the cart and it crashed then it deleted all my items it the cart. When I went to put them back in my cart from the recently viewed it would not again let me put it back in the cart. I have anger issues and I almost smashed my iPhone from this. If you have a lot of spear time like a hole day get it but if you want to be fast and don’t want to spend a lot of time on it then just go on the website. I think the only good things is the recently viewed items and you don’t have to sign in to put things on your wish list. DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME AND STORAGE !!!!!

Payment issues

Couldn’t use Apple Pay within the app. Decided to save on delivery and do a click and collect. App wouldn’t recognise ‘Liverpool’ as a valid town in the ‘town/postcode’ box. Typed L1 and it gave me some options. Selected the nearest store to me and proceeded to click on Apple Pay. The app then crashed. Tried again and the same thing happened. Went through to checkout securely, assuming there was a problem with Apple Pay. Highlighted in red was the address of the store I’d selected. The store address was too long apparently. Tried to edit the pre-filled address but you can’t do that in the app. Ended up coming back out and selecting a store further away which has a shorter address just to get it to allow me to pay. Ridiculous.

Good service

An overall great and unique shopping experience only downside I had was the fiddly payment and accounting system however I quickly was able to figure out the trick of the trade. I would definitely recommend this app to all clothing lovers as it offers brilliant quality at low pricing. My friend liam was the initial cause of my interest of the app as he told me about the fantastic Christmas deals that entailed on my adventure on the app! Overall it was a good and unique experience. :)

Flawed with ongoing issues

For some bizarre reason, you can’t see all your orders in the app (or website, I believe). This is an ongoing issue that I first noticed over a year ago. My last 3 or 4 orders are still not showing, so when I need to query something, I have to search through my email for the order number, and more often than not, I haven’t even received email-confirmation of my order. It’s only when they dispatch the order, that I get any form of reference to it, otherwise I have no idea what the order number is.
The message-help section is useless. The mandatory subject-choices are rarely applicable, so you’re forced to choose one, and then, instead of anyone actually readying the message you’ve bothered to type out, you just get an automated email responding to the subject you chose, as opposed to your message, telling you something you didn’t need to know and informing you to go back through the system if you’re query hasn’t been answered.
Had a few issues with returns. Keep your tracking-proof as you may need it.

Poor, slow app. Failed order.

Apps really slow. I tried putting in an order about a week ago kept saying one of the items is out of stock but wouldn’t tell me which item it was. I had about £240 worth of stuff in my basket. It was so frustrating I tried to delete some items out my basket but it still wouldn’t allow me to place my order. I just gave up and didn’t put my order through as I wasted a lot of time.
I’ve successfully managed to place an order today, I was dreading if it was going to let me place the order. This seriously needs looking i to as it’s really frustrating.

Discount percentage removed

I use JD sports apps for everything sports wear and have bought a lot of over the years and in fact is very rare I look elsewhere. For some reason discount percentage has been removed when viewing which was handy especially on big sale events. This was added a few months ago but has been taken away again for what ever reason. Otherwise quality of clothes and trainers is unmatched and find that contacting JD customer service by email has been good. Please re add the discount percentage so it can be viewed when browsing just like on the website.

Worst app ever!!

I have been using this app for a few years and have always found that it gives incorrect error messages, crashes & doesn’t work on some of my family members phone, so I have always have to order for them from my phone. Today was the worst when I had to try purchase a pair of shoes 3 times because every time it asked me to confirm the payment on my mobile banking app, it would refresh the payment page and on returning to the JD app say my payment was unsuccessful. The app is rubbish & even staff in store aren’t helpful, their items such as shoes could have 2 different sizes in a box, they give you unsatisfying answers for the app, JD is the worst shopping experience ever!

Full of bugs and errors

When using the App I have found it to be very slow constant errors adding items to basket/ checking out needs work development team need to work on the Speed and errors within the App would of given a 5 if not for very slow Loading and errors not very good would of expected more from a Retailer like JD always lets you add items to basket then at check out says out of stock utter rubbish its false advertising and I am reporting JD for it could be a Top App if the problems were fixed wont hold my breath clearly no brains at this company Worst Customer Service ever no wonder its been voted the worst they literally are ignorant JD deserves everything that's coming to it don't expect some companies to re contract with JD because some companies I am afflicted with are not having anything to do with JD anymore we don't do business with brain dead people and I will make sure of that watch how many of your suppliers back out now JD is on its way down the likes of Nike and Adidas will soon be pulled from JD and its stores watch how many others follow

Had issues using the app today. I've had deliveries using the app a number of times to my home address in the past the last delivery 2 weeks ago, toady I tried to have it delivered today to my local store to save the delivery charge and was taken to Extra security questions, questions I couldn't pass as your Info was wrong and can't understand how you have access to my personal details anyway. I failed the security a number of times which was impossible to pass. I was taken to security because it was a change in my purchasing pattern, funnily enough when I went back and agreed to have it delivered to my home address and pay £3.99 miraculously the sale went through. I understand the additional security but this is ridiculous and as I said earlier firstly how do you have details to do with my financial affairs with other companies and banks and secondly I could never pass as your details held were wrong 😡 Your It Stinks! I'm having similar issues sending this review now, it's not happy with my name it wants a Nickname and everything I select bounces back as taken, anybody would think you don't want this review.

I like the app, you can find great offers and great products, it is very easy to use it and you got enough options for delivery, standard, 2 days, second day delivery and i must admit that for me it was pretty fast to get the product delivered.
One thing that i don’t like, and the main reason why i rate it 4 stars, is the simple fact that i saw many products that are on offers but when i click on them they are in fact out of stock, i mean why they have to show me a product wich is out of stock ? I understand is like a “catch” to show me what i’ve been missing but is quite frustrating to see for example a pair of adidas trainers that from £70 went to £2.At least there should be an option to choose the products that are in stock or something.
Anyway who cares ?! I care now but tomorrow i won’t anymore, so are they.

Banners over item photos

Other then this annoyance app is great and I did buy an item. The filter/sort part of the app is very uncomplicated and pleasing to use. Colours of the text and general app throughout is easy on the eye and makes finding certain items very clear.
This however, is an absolute bugbear of mine, trying to scroll through the pictures and you have to wait for not one, but two banners across the photo to disappear. I don’t care how many people are buying this particular item and neither does anyone else i assure you. I normally come straight off any app that does this as it’s incredibly annoying and time consuming. I desperately needed a new pair of Fila trainers or I’d have ditched the search and gone somewhere else I’m afraid. Delivery £3.99… fair. Let’s hope they get here speedy speedy :)

Needs work on filtering, sorting & account management

- filtering UX is cumbersome & the options available to filter on are inadequate
- search results with filters applied is either intentionally weighted or simply doesn’t work; example being filter on only one brand, such as Nike, and you get all the other leading brands intertwined in the search results whether you like it or not
- account management is woeful. I had to create a second account because I forgot the password to my original one and was completely unable to retrieve it, despite only having recently made a huge order when I did last have access. The password reset link just doesn’t work. Period - it throws an error every time after you submit the email address, regardless of where in the UI you initiate it from.
- The automated email sent to me confirming my last order is basically just a receipt with the total cost on it - no link to the order details, or an attachment listing them, or any way of viewing the order details directly from the email. The only CTA is to view account, which takes you to the app login - of no use in my case given the forgotten password link doesn’t work
- password integration with iOS also doesn’t work - the number of characters the JD app allows for is less than that of iOS’s auto-populated “use strong password” value. So the app throws an error and won’t save the password, resulting in no choice than to create your own password manually

I had to get the app

Had to download the app to receive my next day delivery which I paid £9.99 for the year I ordered £500 order including the next day delivery yesterday gave me option of 2 day express delivery or standard delivery
Today I ordered again for £300 still gave me standard delivery I tried downloading the app of jd and then it decided to show my next day delivery how crap and pathetic also even tho I logged in my account I hd to select all my clothes again on the jd app it’s bloody same why did it make me go through all that

Jd app

Good app but it would be better when paying through pay pal that you can see your purchase history on the actual JD app. I am surprised that this has not been corrected yet as it has been like this for a few years. It just makes it easier for the customer when buying multiple purchases of different sizes ect. I like being organised so it just makes checking sizes and checking your orders, history harder as the customer has to go through email and pay pal. This can be a right little carry on especially during Christmas ect. Plz fix this mr JD I spend a lot on your app. If another sport shop had a better system I would use them and I’m sure other customers would. Great shop though but the app needs updating :)

The worst shopping experience ever

First of all the app does not let you login! I ordered an UA cap and a Nike AirMax then paid for it! The app crashed and i had no clue if the order was placed or not... I should have received a message or an confirmation email as my money was debited and with the app crashed i had no clue! After taking a follow up on the next day (had the best conversation with the automated ai which is so amazing that simple English language is not enough to explain stuff) then i wrote an email and got to know that the order is confirmed and shall arrive in 7 days! After 7 days it was not delivered so I tried contacting yet no response from the team or no replies on the email! 14 days down i had my luck and got in touch with an assistant and he told me that the shoe and the cap is out if STOCK and will be back in stock in March which is a 3 month wait! And none of it made sense as i had to take a follow up! The money was refunded to me after 3 days! I just don’t understand if I would have not have had the luck to get on a call with yoyr assistant I would have never received the info that you guys sell something that is not even in stock! It was sad to know that a company like yours provided such poor service!

Unable to pay with Apple unless added delivery but wanted click and collect

Wanted to click and collect my items from store however there are many restrictions to prevent this so I choose delivery and payed the delivery fee.
First it says not able to generate delivery sticker as address too long but it’s the address of the store to click and collect which can not be changed, therefore unable to proceed.
Second rejects Apple Pay saying contact details need verifying? by who? Then I gave in and just paid delivery fee to be delivered to my home which then allowed me to use Apple Pay without verifying my contact details?? Very strange and annoying, using app suppose to be easier but took me 30 mins just to pay for 2 items that I wanted, puts me of using again.

Constant errors

Not happy with how JD display items that are supposedly for sale but once you try checkout it says it’s out of stock or an error has occurred. It’s difficult to checkout too. Tried placing an order on the site which crashed, downloaded the app to see if it would be easier but it’s still difficult. Also on the website it gives you different options of pay however it’s not the same on the app. Not really happy with the service. Needs a lot of improvement and constant updating on what’s available for purchase and what isn’t. Misleading customers with sales and then not allowing them to purchase

I have made 2 orders from JD sports. I got really upset. For the first order on 26th Oct, it said I would received my order in 3-5 working days. 2 weeks after, I still didn’t received anything. I called the customer service, they said they couldn’t see any information in the system about the order processing. Maybe it had been forgotten by the shop. They said I had to wait for another 48 hours to get the reply from the shop and there was nothing they could do. I talked with the manager in charge. She said she would call the shop to find out what was going on and a proper explanation would be given afterwards. But after one day, I only received an email saying my order was cancelled because of no stock. But until now, those two pairs of trainers are still available online and in shops. On 27th November, I purchased another pair of trainers. After I finished the transaction, I saw the information saying my order was expected on or before 3rd of December, but I still haven’t received it. I paid for the delivery!!! I only ordered two times from JD sport, it has disappointed twice. When I called the customer service, they just kept saying sorry, but no solution they have supplied.

crashes on latest update when searching something

the app overall is great but recently this update that released for the app it constant crashes when you try search something so the app is pretty much unusable at the moment because you have to be able to search to find what you want to look at/purchase

Availability of the stock

I would like to have the products what I choose and put in basket available even if I don’t finish the order, at least 2,3 days. If my choice will be to cancel the product from my basket, you can leave available in your store. Do not leave the product available if this is in my basket until I decide. Please, Do not decide in my name, give me 2,3 days or limited time otherwise I’ll be nervous and I’ll not come again on your website! Be different, competitive, innovative, not like others!!!

Absolute joke !!

Ordered a tracksuit order went through payment was taken, then 2 days later get my email confirmation that my parcel has been dispatched but thought we would let you know only 1 item will arrive due to other being out of stock !!!!
Is that a joke ? I wanted a tracksuit not half of 1 …. Had no refunded payment for missing item which shouldn’t be taken if nor should the order of not in stock !!
So now I’ve re ordered the same ones order has been accepted payment again taken I’m having to pay a second delivery too…..
What an absolute farce try contacting customers to see if they want half things fgs .. my 2 yr old could of done a better job …

Just after money

Such a Terrible app it cancelled my order and didn’t send me a notification to inform me, I then spent 15 minutes trying to find my order which had mysteriously vanished only to find out that it had been cancelled. To help screen kept playing me automated scripts of questions that had been asked and when I finally got to put in my own question it said it didn’t understand. Now I apparently have to wait 5 days to get my money back

Awful service and Gift cards a rip off!

My whole experience with JD sports has been awful quit honestly! My father purchased an e gift voucher for me for my birthday recently, he requested delivery to happen the day before my birthday and when this did not happen he called and was given the run around for a week, when the voucher finally arrived I found that I was unable to purchase anything in the clearance sale via either the app or online. I contacted JD sports to mention this, and kept getting emails back that did not address my questions and also got my name wrong. I asked for the issue to be escalated and was then ignored. Do not use JD sports for any reason, the app, their customer service and their online systems are appalling! If I could give this zero stars I would! Avoid!!!

Can’t stand the information on how many people have looked at the same thing I’m looking at it takes ages to leave the screen when trying to look at items it’s sooo annoying!!!!!!
And why is it you don’t have tracksuit pants with tracksuit tops together to purchase. It takes for ever to find top and bottom to purchase at the same time when looking!!!
You may have them In the picture together but you don’t have them priced together at the same time when viewing the items. It’s time wasting and I end up leaving and buying else where.... sorry but guess what time for a change!

Poor customer service

On the 27th of December I ordered a coat which arrived and was the wrong size, I sent it back and a month later have still not received my money back. This is disgraceful you have your product back and £100 of my money.
Also 2 weeks ago now I ordered a tracksuit and it says the order is being processed and has still not changed I have tried calling 5 times now but you tell me you are ‘busy’ every time and won’t even let me cancel my order, so now in total you have £180 of my hard earned money and I have received nothing from you not even a message.
Very poor customer service I hope it makes you feel good taking money from the pockets of your customers when they could have just shopped else where.

It’s okay but...

They don’t let you know whether an item is out of stock. I purchased some trainers in a size 6 that were said to be in stock. My money went through and the payment had been accepted. I got an email saying that my order had been confirmed. Then about 5-6 minutes later I got another email saying my order had been cancelled because an item in my order was out of stock. My money was then refunded 1-2 days later. After my money was refunded I tried to purchase the trainers again, since it gave me the option to add my size to the cart. The exact same thing happened again. Please sort this out and let your audience know whether an item is in stock instead of having our money go through and then having to refund it later. I’m not happy!

Disappointed about order all the time

I am very disappointed about this cause I ordered yesterday night and the items were available so I purchased them. The JD app gave me a confirmation email to say order is confirmed and after a few hours got an email from JD saying that order accepted and being proceed, ok I was happy with it. In the evening time I got an email from JD saying your all items in order has been cancelled for out of stock. I said what the heck is going on with me, if you don’t have the stock then why did you give a big sale and put everything in stock while everything is out of stock. I don’t know what’s wrong with you because before last week I have ordered a trainer from JD and same thing happened. They didn’t notice me for my item. After a week when the expected time finished I sent you an email about my order, what you said is “my order has lost in the van” even you guys noticed me before, that is not fair, not good and disrespectful. If you don’t have enough stock you should haven’t give a big sale and make the items disappear from the sale whatever the items sold. Please focus on that. Make you app or website correct order. I am not going to say thank you.

Your selling clothes you don’t have in stock how can one of the biggest sports companies take peoples money for items they don’t have then days later when you’ve checked stock send us our money back no apology just a refund. Then you go online you see that the clothes you wanted are available so you order again for the exact same thing to happen it’s disgusting and wrong you can get away with doing this not just taking peoples money for things you don’t have but the inconvenience you put people through who could have shopped elsewhere even now your showing you’ve got the stock and taking money shame on you JD SPORTS it’s so wrong if I ran my business like this I’d be out of business

late delivery & poor stock management

I ordered 2 items via jd app & choose click & collect to store (which is promise 3-5 days delivery).
After 8 days finally i can collect my order, but turn out i only recieve 1 item and suddenly i recieved email from jd said that my other item was cancelled because out of stock.
Is it jd app didn’t connect to the stock system? how come item that customer have paid suddenly out of stock? and jd cancelled it without early noticed, option & permission from the customer, without even said sorry for your late and poor stock management.
And about refund, in the email that you send you didn’t even explain how & when customer recieve the refund. so customer have to dig information from your app ourself.

Change the wish list

The app is good but need to be worked on the wish list. I add things on the wish list and when I go to move to the bag (so I can buy) it always show something else (not what I chose) or it says it out of stock. So most times I always have to go back again to all the clothing section and try to find the product all over again. Most time I prefer to go buy on the Footasylum app Where the “wishing list stays there until I delete it.

Adidas samba

Have ordered loads of stuff over the past week whilst we are all on lockdown and I can’t fault them in regards to the notification emails and telling me about my order being picked and ready for delivery etc and also the actual delivery to my house. All in all a good service. Only problem I do have with JD is I wish they would source and stock more samba super in as many colour combinations as possible like the gazelle trainer. Please cater for the 40+ adults who have a lot of disposable income to spend!!

It’s a good app overall

To start off I really enjoy JD as it is where I mainly get my clothes from, but this app never filters out what’s not in stock. So whenever I use the filter for a size it won’t show you wether it’s out of stock or not until you go to buy it. Also it was recently my birthday on the 22nd April. On that day I ordered £131 worth of stuff since they had a sale on. It is now the 2nd May and non of my stuff has arrived yet and when I try to track my order it still says order processing. It has been a whole week and 2 days when it said 3-5 working days.

Awful shopping experience

I’ve been trying over 3 weeks to order online using my gift vouchers. After going to the shops and three stores having very limited options, I had no choice but to order what I wanted online. After finding items in my size as many you click on says it’s gone or not in the size wanted. I proceed to checkout. Some items placed in the basket had gone out of stock within the space of half a hour. After giving up I went to purchase what I could and I couldn’t use my voucher as the items were delivered by Adidas. I contacted JD, they said you can only use the voucher on items that are delivered by JD themselves.

About the app:

The app JD is really good it gives you loads of notifications so you don’t miss out on anything. It has some very cool ideas for outfits so If your struggling to find an outfit idea you can go on JD but one thing I don’t like about it is that the music section will only play a little bit of a song rather than the whole thing and it stops halfway through so you can’t listen to it anymore but other than that it is a really good app and I really recommend it 👍👍

Worst Customer service

I have ordered on 27 of September and it is showing in my order details on the way the last date to deliver is 3 october so i call them whats happening with my order they said it was lost in transit and they said we are canceling this order and give you the refund and it will be there in your account by 9th october but still i didnot get refund and today one of the customer assistance tell me i dont know why he said you will get refund on 9th it will take more days and one more worst experience I have ordered same shoes and track suit to wear on sunday for the party so i paid 9.99£ for the next day delivery then also i did not get my delivery on time and i have canceled it after two days and they are saying it will take 14 days for the refund. I am really Disappointed with the service not once but twice and this will be last

It is a shame that not all products come from jd as some come from 3rd parties and the out of stock business should give an option to collect from a store or give an option to go to a store for stock other then few things great place to shop...

Absolutely Brilliant.....

Absolutely Brilliant, I placed an order on Sunday morning, giving me an estimated day of Thursday. Using klarna but not using the unlimited next day option, I used standard delivery. Although it was bank holiday Monday, they still went through with the order doing everything they do and my order came today (Tuesday), they use a Brilliant currier that keeps you tracked up to date and also jus for future reference I noticed that they will attempt at your door 3 times before they take it down the dreaded Royal Mail office which always seems be miles away lol, thanks for everything to jd, the currier and everyone else involved in my order, I’ll definitely be ordering again and again :)

Just like the website only smoother.

I find using the the JD app to be much easier than using the browser. As I do all my shopping from my phone I find this app very helpful. Touch pad to open my account. £5.99 a year for next day delivery be either Hermes or DPD the latter being my preferred courier as they also have an app that automatically links your order. So I place the order through JD and within a few minutes I get a notification on my phone telling me my order is being processed. As it’s Friday 1:40am right now I’ll get my order by Saturday morning. I’ll get a notification from JD and then DPD saying my order is on its way. Can use both apps to teach delivery. I use this app all the time and love it. My go to for footwear, training gear and swimwear. Love JD and I love this app. 👌🏼👍🏼😆

Great app !

I absolutely love shopping off the JD app because you can see the journey of your order. It’s quick easy and simple. No hassle. Also, I prefer this app over Footasylum any day. Their app is slow, you can’t see the journey of your parcel and they don’t give you regular updates. I had ordered a pair of trainers off their app two weeks ago and still nothing has been delivered 🤷🏽‍♀️
I highly recommend buying off the JD app if you don’t have the time to go in store as it’s super easy !

App is ok

The app is just like the online webpage, it doesn’t filter out products that are out of stock. So, when you filter in specific sizes for instance, it shows you everything in that size including items that are out of stock. I find that pretty annoying and recently after ordering and paying I was then sent my money back following day and told my item was now out of stock, wasn’t out of stock on the site when I ordered and paid for it though. Also when browsing through items I usually filter a size, product type and sort them low to high but if I click on an item for a better look or to view what sizes are available (because it shows out of stock items) and then click back to continue viewing it messes up all the items I’ve already passed and I then need to come out the app back on and search again because it doesn’t let me put them in order again after viewing an item. On occasion I’ve also found both on webpage and app that not all items are in proper categories. If I’m searching leggings for my kids for instance and look through this category I then see other leggings in other categories that should be in the kids legging category. Unfortunately the app is just the exact same as the webpage and I don’t like it, if those issues were sorted the app and webpage would be brilliant. They give good clear pictures of the items but in my opinion there needs to be more for girls too.

JDX isn’t worth it

When I looked at buying JDX ( the new delivery system by JD I thought it would be a good purchase as I buy plenty of items from JD but soon after buying it I placed an order and a few days later I recieved one item and it said the other one was out of stock which they could have displayed on the app before I made the purchase, sencondly I placed an order at around 4pm and was expecting it to arrive the day after as JDX states ‘unlimited next day delivery, I stayed in the whole day after for it to not arrive and I contacted DPD (the courier) that said they didn’t receive it before they sent to drivers out to do delivery’s, this needs to be sorted as I wasted a whole day waiting for my delivery to find it wasn’t gonna come the day after, you shouldn’t be payed for a service they cannot deliver, not sure if this has only happened with me but it needs to be sorted, I’m paying for a service that doesn’t do what it states. Great app needs one thing fixing tho

I love the jd app and often shop for cloths and shoes, there is a great range of fashion minke designer cloths/shoes and more but the one issue I have with the app is I can’t use the gift cards on there, I get multiple vouchers a month as part of a deal, it would be nice if I could order certain items I want that are not in stores, could you please fix this or if you are a fellow shopper please write that the gift cards don’t work in a review or any other way to get hold of the developers to spread further notice in hope that this gets fixed as soon as possible so I can shop more conveniently, Thankyou

Shocking

I can not bring myself to even issue 1 star for this website. It is diabolical. I went on the site to order trainers and clothes for my holiday. I put 9 items in my basket and proceeded to the checkout. By the time I selected the payment option 7 items were removed and listed as out of stock. Even when you select a fine filter for say a size 9 pair of trainers, they are then showed as out of stock. Absolutely waste of time website. Will not use again, ever, ever, and maybe ever again.

This app is great but the only thing that knocks a star off is the kids bit, because I gat frustrated because I have to always search to find girls stuff, so I think to make this app better you should maybe make a junior girls section and a junior boys section and then maybe a unisex section too?! Otherwise I love JD so much 😻 oh and also it would be amazing if you bring back some old sometti things, I ordered some before but then the top was out of stock so I only got the leggings and that was a bit annoying 😐 but with the whole time of me knowing JD/ the app too I have always loved it to be honest. Iv used it on many occasions when minimising my selections so I get to view correct sizes ect and stock I always seem to get to what I would like and it not to be in stock that need sorting ASAP I put stuff in my basket and instantly it’s out of stock other than that it’s fairly ok sometimes a few clicks before it make my selection which is slightly frustrating but workable. Although nothing to do with the app jd often use Hermes delivery company which have on a number of occasions left or so they’ve said parcels trainer boxes at my front door under a foot mat in my communal Landon which has gone missing on every occasion which is so wrong avoid Hermes at all costs if possible. Dpd or Royal Mail every time. Sorry jd had to be said

Does exactly as it says on the tin!

I have been using this app for just over a week now, and so far it has surpassed all my expectations; I was easily able to purchase a product - knowing that my details were being securely managed, I browsed various products and entered them on a helpful wish list function and am now able to track my order via the app as I have a JD account. Very pleased with how it manages various processes at once, far better than some other shopping apps. I will continue to be an avid user of this app, as it is practical and helpful. 5 Stars!
