Needs more flexible timing

Perhaps you are unaware that people work shifts, get in late or early. Midnight is a totally random cut off for time of exercise. One should be able to set a time appropriate for your schedule. I can’t believe this would be so hard to add. It’s otherwise a good app but this 9-5 job type skew is annoying

Great app! Option for future development?

Really helpful app! I’ve gone from not doing any exercises to doing them daily. My notifications come through to my watch, and I know I would improve on my daily target if I was able to activate the exercises directly from my watch. As I actively try and reduce the time I’m in possession of my phone. Especially around the kids.

Brilliant App

UPDATE
Ive been to hospital this morning and had to have an internal examination. I was so chuffed when the Dr commented on how well toned I was in that area and asked if I did pelvic floor exercises. I explained that it was thanks to the Squeezy app reminding me 3 times a day. I am 70 and only started doing regular pelvic floor exercises this year so it’s never too late to start. A big thank you to all at Squeezy.
I’ve attempted to do regular pelvic floor exercises in the past and frequently forgot all about them. Despite having a love/hate relationship with this app I have managed to do my 3 sets of 10 slow and 10 quick every single day for the last 25 weeks. Admittedly, there may have been the odd occasion when I’ve had to do all three sets at the same time just before I go to bed, but at least I’m still doing them. Best £2.99 I’ve spent in a long time. Worth every penny.

Good App but some tweaks would make great

Works really well, gives good instructions and really simple timer - but I so wish it would minimise to top of screen or run on pop ups when ive started the exercise. Time is an absolute premium for me as a new mum - and being able to multi task the exercises would be so good. Instead I find myself just using the reminders and counting them myself while doing other things. Thats a shame as I know the quality wont be as good

Please add Apple Watch support!

This app is SO useful. It could be even better if Apple Watch support was added as my only problem is I often miss notifications as they get buried on my phone. I’d love to be able to do the exercises without having to remember or get my phone out.

Does the job, but for a paid app I’d expect..

..it to at least vibrate/ring to signal when to stop/start squeezing. It makes no difference whether you select the option for it or not, the app has a brain if its own and will always do as it pleases 😂 furthermore, £4/£5 for an app offered by the NHS to expecting mothers …is just ridiculous.
It should be free.

Really works!

I was recommended this app by my pelvic floor physiotherapist and I’m so glad she did. Her mentor during her training developed the app. It really works and the reminders I set each day allow me to do the exercises at the times that work for me. If I stop doing them I soon realise as I start to leak again - that’s how I know it is working.

Keep squeezing

It’s not always easy to find a convenient time to do the squeeze exercises even though it’s only a few minutes. Three years ago I had a repair to my prolapse bladder, it was the best thing ever, I will find the time to squeeze, certainly wouldn’t want another prolapse.

Please make an Apple Watch app!!

The app’s great, but PLEASE make a version for Apple Watch. I know there used to be one, but it never worked well for me because you had to rely on the sound. If I could play the exercises on my Apple Watch, with vibration only to signal the timing, it would make it super easy to do the exercises anywhere, anytime.

A Huge Help!!

After struggling for four weeks to get into my pelvic floor exercise routine my physiotherapist reminded me about the Squeezy App. It has changed everything, mindset, ease of exercise, stamina and positive attitude.
I am amazed how much time I wasted pre Squeezy app messing around, half concentrating on what I was doing, without really doing much good at all.
Using this app makes the exercises very quick to do and you feel confident you are doing everything correctly and giving yourself the best chance of success. It has definitely worked for me!

Excellent felt the benefits after about 3 weeks

I have a vaginal prolapse and though I know improving my pelvic floor area can’t repair the prolapse, it has certainly helped reduce the discomfort after standing for a long time. It has also improved my bladder control which I wasn’t aware I had a problem with, as the deterioration has been so gradual, I no longer need to pee urgently or get up every night for a pee which disturbs my sleep.
I don’t do the exercises at the times I have set always but just press squeeze now and get them done when it’s handy, but the app does remind me otherwise I do forget.
I’d like to have the option of sending the app as a present, a pre paid app link would that be possible?
Anne from Bath
2024-03-29

Not worth paying for

For a start the app icon is terrible, the app itself has discontinued development for the Apple Watch so this feature is no longer available, it feels clunky to use, the reminders are unreliable and repeatedly remind when they have already been marked as complete, there is no way to edit notes, and overall it feels like it’s been written as a primary school project. Definitely not worth paying money for.

Really makes a difference!

This is the only app that I’ve paid for - and it’s worth every penny if it’s already cheap-as-chips price tag.
Having the flexibility to control your squeeze(s) by time of day, number per 24 hrs, length of pause between each squeeze, sound and vibration options, and even pausing mid-squeeze makes this so user-friendly that even the least enthusiastic user has no excuse not to do their pelvic floors!
As to the most important question - ‘Does it work?’ - I’d say yes. Unequivocally.
I only need to squeeze once a day (lucky me) - but I really notice a difference if I skip a few days and don’t squeeze: that sudden sneeze, a belly laugh, and I’ve had a little leak. If I squeeze every day? No leaks. 10 out of 10, NHS! 👍🏻

Please change the icon!

This is really useful and has helped loads…but the icon is awful! Having something pop up on my phone with a picture of a woman desperately trying not to soil herself is kind of embarrassing. The name is bad enough: we know what it is and what it’s for so a neutral image that could mean anything would work just fine!
Otherwise the description of how to locate the pelvic floor message was great and since doing this regularly, it has improved so much that I can now sneeze without crossing my legs first. Still not quite strong enough for running but for the first time I feel like I can get there.
(It would also help if the NHS could introduce women to this during pregnancy and after birth, rather than my having to search for it four years after three vaginal births — and a whole lot of embarrassment.)

Very simple with appeasing graphics

Very good at reminding and you can set your own plan. My physio told me to start at 5secind four times a day and I can choose how often the app reminds me. The graphics are very nice and simple and they actually take my mind of the tediousness of the exercise. The app is brilliant in my opinion, perfect for the exercises and also has a very good explanation to help you with your form, very important for all exercises.

Expect better from a paid for app

Frequent issues where I’ll complete a squeeze session but the app does not save it to my daily squeezes (even after I have pressed the save button). This makes it harder to track my progress. Also would like to use this on AppleWatch or have the sounds work so that I can do other things while squeezing. Currently I have to stare at a very boring screen while I squeeze.
I see the developer response here is not taking my feedback on board to improve the experience, but instead telling me why I’m wrong. Disappointing.

3x1 daily

Brilliant for reminding me as I use the % chart but on reading the reviews I now realise I should be doing these exercises 3 times daily and not just once.
I love the weekly chart but wish it could be adapted so instead of telling me I have achieved 100% and need do no more, it actually reads that I have achieved 1 third of my daily exercise.
I wondered why it was taking so long to work.🤣😂🤣

Quick and effective app for supporting your pelvic floor

This quick, easy and effective app has been an absolute success for me. An excellent locum GP recommended it when I went to see her with yet another UTI. She was the first GP to examine me instead of just giving me antibiotics because she was trying to find out why I kept getting UTIs. Her examination revealed I had a prolapse and she said this was a major factor in why I kept getting UTIs. She suggested this app for exercising my pelvic floor and a HRT pessary (which has none of the possible risks of other HRTs) and I haven’t looked back since. I don’t get UTIs anymore and I feel much more secure. This app is a wonderful idea so well done whoever came up with it.

Amazing for pregnancy & postpartum!

I've used this app throughout my pregnant and now continue to use it for postpartum, especially as it's been emphasised to me how important it is to do pelvic floor exercises now.
I love that you can set an 'exercise plan' that works for you (or if a specific plan has been recommended for you) along with notification reminders so that you don't forget to do them throughout the day!
A simple but effective app that has been really helpful for me - would recommend!

Watch app?

Only just started using and seems to have all the basic requirements, but some suggestions for improvements would be to develop an app for Apple Watch, maybe creating a visual or haptic to remind and to prompt a timer -- also to have the option to build progression for postnatal recovery or even suggestions for how to do this... basically I'm sleep-deprived and would pay more for an app that did all the thinking for me (and connnected to my watch)...

Changes added no benefits (made it slightly worse)

This is a useful app (& it’s making a difference for me) but the update has just removed useful things and made it worse for no perceivable benefits.
- The vibrations are only available if your sound is on, you used to be able to have vibrate if your phone was on silent. (I tend to run my phone on silent when at work and I then forget to put it back to silent after using the app)
- it doesn’t consistently record sessions. Many just don’t seem to log despite completing both sets and selecting to log them.
- the removal of the Apple Watch app is such a shame. I know it didn’t sync but it was so useful for doing exercises discreetly in public. Could it not have been retained even if not updated?
I do really appreciate this app and it’s been a good addition to my daily routine but I just can’t fathom why a redesign was needed at the expense of functionality.

Great app but seem to have a bug

A great app. Very easy to set up reminders and use. I particularly like the mute and vibrate buttons, means you can exercise anywhere anytime and nobody would know. However since the last update often the slow exercise keeps repeating and then shuts the app instead of moving to the quick then save.

Where are the badges?

The app fails to display badges anymore, so I am not reminded by the sight of the little badge on the icon, which is a shame as I had become used to that visual prompt. Also you have to setting for display badges, but this feature still doesn’t function. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I use the app daily, but I forget a lot more more since the update and loss of the badges 😨

Not able to set the exercises I’ve been prescribed

Generally I find the app easy to use and it’s a good reminder for me to do my exercises, as well as making it easier to do them on the go since I don’t have to concentrate on counting the seconds myself.
My only issue is that I seem to be unable to set the exercise plan that I’ve been given my an NHS physio, which seems like a miss. I am supposed to do 3 x 3 sets of 10 slow and fast, so 9 sets in total over the course of the day, in 3 sittings. However the maximum I can plan in the app is 6 sets, and if I select this I would end up with 6 reminders throughout the day. It would be great if there was an option to set up ‘sets per session’ as well as the current sessions/reps/squeeze and relax time.
It would also be great to be able to set up sets for relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles too, since I’ve been told this is just as important.

Very helpful app

I’ve been using this app for over a year and have found it extremely helpful. I like that I can set times/duration/prompts for the exercises to suit my day and, using the double vibration feature, can do exercises discreetly when in company. I had an issue with two recent updates and the developer responded quickly to my feedback and sorted everything out. Thanks.

Basically a counting app you have to pay for

Bought this post operatively after the physiotherapist mentioned it may help with pelvic floor exercises. It doesn’t. It basically counts your 3x daily sessions. And you still have to remember to press start and stop. It’s a stopwatch app you have to pay for.
Other than the extra information you get about how, why and when…. which can be googled for free or obtained from healthcare professionals this is just a money making counting/recording app. It doesn’t even remind you. Don’t bother.

Used to be great but update spoilt functionality

This is a great app, simple to use and straightforward. I’ve been using it daily for about 18 months. However the recent update has spoilt it. The text on screen became larger and doesn’t appear so good but the vibrate function doesn’t work any more even though I am using the most recent version which said this has be reinstated. It’s also been glitching when you close this app it also stops other sound based apps at the same time. Please sort these issues out or just go back to the old version which worked much better!! I already reached out directly to the support on the app and nothing has changed!
Hepatica21

Update has made it useless

I’ve used this app for four years successfully. However, the latest update has stopped there being a red number showing on the icon on my screen to remind me I needed to squeeze. Consequently since updating I have missed loads of sessions. Having to open the app to see if I’ve done all my sessions is too much faff, and frankly without that red number I just forget. Reminders appearing and disappearing as notifications are nowhere near as effective. Thanks for completely ruining the app for me.
And yes I did use the feedback option in the app but haven’t had a reply as yet.

Where’s the phone vibrate gone.

I use this app regularly, it’s great for reminding you to do your pelvic floor exercises, and on the whole I’m loving the update. However, since it’s been updated I don’t seem to be able to activate the vibrate option for the timer in the slow squeeze section. I used this all the time and don’t like having the sound activated when I’m using it (I like to do the exercises discreetly at work or wherever I might be). If this is a bug can it be fixed asap, or can someone tell me if I’m missing something please!

Could be better!

While this works as a regular reminder to do pelvic floor exercises there are some niggles - first if you do the exercises earlier than the alarm, even though you ‘save’ the session, it is not recognised on the app and is marked as a missed session. Second it isn’t possible to have the sound/vibrate function on and continue to do the exercises while looking at something else on your phone. You have to keep looking at the app. Third, the record of sessions only holds one months data so if you are doing this for three months as recommended by your health professional there is nothing to show when you started doing the exercises. All this could be easily resolved given that this is essentially an alarm/stopwatch app with additional info around the way in which to do the exercises.

Horrible icon, great app

The app is excellent - very simple to use with fantastic reminders that help you to improve your pelvic floor. You can increase the difficulty as you get better at it, so there’s a good amount of improvement available.
My criticism is the icon - I absolutely hate the picture that shows someone having an accident or needing the toilet. I can’t have that icon flashing up in a professional meeting when my reminder notification pops up, it is embarrassing and I definitely don’t want to share that part of my life with colleagues or clients. I have deleted the app a couple of times due to this reason, but I do want every other part of the app! Please, please make the icon more discreet - it’s definitely suitable for my work environment, and I don’t particularly want to share it with friends and family either!

Great app but annoying amount of reminders!

This app is great and easy to use, but the number of reminders is really annoying. I wanted to be reminded for the three sessions a day, but having three reminders per session is too much and there’s no option to change that. It’s all or nothing. For days where I can’t do the session there and then, or even in the following hour, I don’t want to be constantly reminded. Please add the option of how many reminders per session. I’ve had to turn the reminders off which I’ll probably now forget to do the exercises at all!

Beats the Elvie trainer hands down!

For someone who had struggled desperately with bladder control all of my life and tried every gizmo and gadget going, including the Elvie pelvic floor trainer £££, this simple app has hands down had the biggest impact at improving my pelvic floor health.
I bought this app when I fell pregnant and have used it’s religiously throughout, and for someone who is now heavily pregnant, my pelvic floor and bladder control has never been better! Prior to pregnancy, I felt like I had a pelvic floor of an 80 year old 😩
It’s so easy to do with great tips and prompts, and no hassle, unlike my Elvie… which I never enjoyed using. 100% recommend this over anything else.

Great app but doesn’t always record

I’m expecting my first child and this app is great for reminding me to do the exercises. The guide is easy to follow and has helpful “beeps” to be able to follow without staring at the screen.
The only downside is half the sessions don’t seem to register. Especially when using the watch app for sessions, if I remember I have to add these later on the app otherwise is states they were missed for the day.

Good but could be better

I like being able to customise my exercises and set reminders, I’m definitely much better at doing the exercises with this app than on my own! However when doing the exercises I wish the audio was louder/more obvious - even on full volume it’s almost impossible to hear, and I don’t want to have to stare at my phone screen the whole time to see where I am! It would also be great if the app could run the exercises in the background, so I could browse other apps but still have the Squeezy audio/vibrate cues going on in the background.

Great but it without flaws

This app is great at getting you to remember to do your pelvic floor exercises. I have an alert come up on my phone and watch and I can honestly say I wouldn't be doing them without it! But, it is very annoying that the app does not track when you have done them properly. Once I have done a slow squeeze I save it, but it still says I've not completed the exercise. It only seems to track the quick squeezes? So most days it tells me I haven't completed all my scheduled squeezes, not an issue if you aren't bothered, but if like me, you are a little OCD and like to visually see that you have done them all then it is quite annoying! But overall a great app.

Good app, could be better

I find it very odd that there doesn’t seem to be any option to change the scheduled time for the exercises. I keep notifications off so this doesn’t bother me, but there’s no way I would do the exercises at the preset times.
On a technical level, I really like the buzz feature on the long exercises and wish the short exercises also had it.
I also think some of the language around not being able to find time for the exercises is dismissive and demeaning - some people really do have a lot to fit into their days and it can be hard to find five minutes where you won’t be disturbed, especially if you have small children. I don’t find it motivating to be told I’m just making excuses.
I would also like a less obvious icon for the app - other family members see what’s on my phone and it is a bit personal. A circle or a drop, like elsewhere in the app, would have been fine.
My main problem is that I think the app is no substitute for having at least one physio appointment so that you’d know you were doing the exercises correctly, at which point the app would be more helpful and probably enough support for most people. This is obviously an NHS problem and a funding problem rather than a problem with the app!

Every woman should use this

Such an excellent app! One of the main challenges is remembering to do the exercises, and it’s great for that. It also gives you confidence that you’re getting it right, gives useful information and you can set it up to suit you. I also like the exercise plan function and the ability to keep a record of the exercises you’ve done. And, most importantly, it works - for me, it’s not an exaggeration to say that being able to do the exercises regularly because of the help the app gives has been transformational!

Just Do It

I’d tried setting my own timers and my own set of exercises which worked for a while but I’d made it too complicated and it didn’t take long before I started ignoring my alarm.
This app is so simple but effective - simple exercises, simple visual and audio prompts really help you to hold for the right amount of time, 3 times a day for less than 2 minutes - we can all fit that in so it’s not daunting, exercise record so you can see how consistent you’ve been. Add to that you can feel the results!! Best £2.99 I’ve spent this year!😊

This really does work!

I’ve been doing the exercises 3 times a day without fail. By week 6 the improvements really kicked in. I ran a hard and fast 3k without so much as a drip and then subsequent 5ks had the same result. I still get a small leak on a longer run but I feel confident that this will improve in time and I can do away with any pads. To say I’m delighted is an understatement. You need patience and perseverance but it is so worth it. This app helps remind you to do the exercises every day. I was sceptical and after about 3 weeks I was fed up of still having leaks when I ran but I was encouraged by other people’s reviews and I’m so glad I continued, which is why I’m writing this review. I’m looking forward to continue improvements over the coming weeks.

Great little app

I’m loving this app. Certainly gives me the incentive to do the exercises every day - and remember to do them too. I like that the app reminds you if you haven’t done them at the specified time, but does it discreetly.
My only issue is the watch app. I’m finding that when I open this to do my exercises it doesn’t always record it, and after a few seconds the screen goes off and the buzzer doesn’t sound, when I tap the screen it comes back on, and doesn’t always record that I’ve completed. Other than this it’s great

Wish I’d tried this first!

We all know we’re supposed to do these exercises but unfortunately if you’re anything like me it’s hard to get into the habit. I wish I’d tried this app before I spent £250 on ‘the shorts’. Foolishly I thought that 30 mins a day for 4 days would be easier for me to fit in than 3 times a day for 7 days but I was very wrong. The Squeezy sessions take 2 mins, you can do them anywhere which is very appealing to me as I spend a lot of time ferrying kids around, waiting in the car etc! You can initiate a session earlier if needed or defer one if not convenient. As long as you do your 3 a day you will notice results - I’m only 10 days in but already seeing results. Everyone should be asked to try this for a few weeks before they get a referral to a clinician, I get a feeling the NHS would be saved a lot of time and money!

No it’s not normal! For me this app has been miraculous

Just 11 days in and this app has been a revelation. Slight bladder weakness has crept up on me with age (50+) sneezing, coughing, running, nothing major but enough to make me try the app. Easy exercises that we’re all familiar with but with a reminder to actually DO them... that’s the key. I’ve just come back from a 5km walk in the cold with no urgent need to ‘go’ and no rushing to the loo as soon as I’m through the door. Very happy that such a simple idea can help so much.

Brilliant app

I have stress incontinence for many years I tried this app. Been doing it for 14 week's and. WOW. Wish I had know about it years ago. I had big babies which did not help my incontinence Been using pad to help too. Well no more pads and no more leaking either Was a bit unsure at first and took about 7 to 8 weeks of doing the exercises but well worth it. Keep doing them if ur not seeing any improve u will. Love this app.

Good basics, but needs some additions

This is a solid app from the NHS - thank you. But having used it for several weeks, I can see that the app needs an advanced section, for those who’ve been using the app for a while and who are ready to try longer or just some different exercises. Currently the only option to extend the exercises is to increase the number of times you do them per day - very boring if you’re already doing the exact same movements 3 times a day every day. Please could the developers consider adding this option? Or at least to add a rewards or incentive option- eg complete all exercises every day for 1 week and get a star or similar. Complete every day for a month and be given ‘bronze’ status. Just anything to incentivize users and break up the monotony. Thanks. Otherwise a useful and important app

Great but need to keep looking at watch

This app is great for reminding you to do your pelvic floor exercises and guiding you through them. The thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is that you can’t feel the haptics if your watch face isn’t lit up - if you stop looking at your watch the app continues in the background but you can’t feel any of the haptic warnings to know when to squeeze/relax. Please change this so I can do the exercises anywhere!

Syncing with iPad

There’s lots to love about this app, like the graphics and vibrating signals that time you without staring at a screen for times when you’re on public transport. Is there a way to persuade phone and iPad to sync tho? As a retired person I spend a lot of time on iPad but find it frustrating that my mid afternoon squeezes using iPhone aren’t recorded. Also it’s a pity you can’t leave the screen to do something else like read or play a game while the clicks time you. It just pauses, meaning you have no choice but to stare at the water drops. We need not to get bored with this stuff over a period of months!

Amazing

I have had worsening stress incontinence for a number of years. I was resigned that this was how my life was going to be. My problems started after having 3 children in three years. I am fit and active and was having real problems when exercising. I had stopped running and there were certain exercises I couldn’t do in my circuits class.
I saw this app advertised in an educational talk I watched aimed at health care professionals. I can honestly say, it was the best money I have spent in a long time. Yes, it is basically a reminder service but we all know we should do pelvic floor exercises. How many of us actually do them?
After 2 weeks of using it, I have returned from circuits tonight where I completed 1 minute of tuck jumps with no accidents! Unbelievable. Buy this app, you won’t regret it.

Rapid results

This app is very easy to use. The watch function is handy if you can dedicate time to use it. I use the phone app on silent/vibrate mode just about anywhere. The shrinking water drop is a very useful visual aid and helps you hold those squeezed.
I have been using the app religiously for only a week and have seen a massive difference already. No more dashing to the loo, no more leaks or accidents, no more planning trips and activities around where the loo might be. Have even started having the occasional caffeinated drink again.

Haptics on Watch stop when the screen sleeps

I wanted something which gives good customisation, and reminders throughout the day, on the Apple Watch as well as the phone (I want to be able to do them in work without looking like I’m staring at my phone).
It works well, except the Watch app goes to sleep with the same frequency as your watch screen settings and the haptics stop working as well, so it becomes redundant unless you are constantly tapping and watching your watch. Which makes the Watch app pretty pointless as you can soo this on your phone.
Please fix this, as otherwise it’s a great app and there aren’t many out there which offer the Watch app function.

Apple Watch app can be improved

This is great app and I was delighted to see it has an Apple Watch app as I thought that would be the best way to keep my exercise routine discreetly and without having to interrupt what I’m doing at the time. However it was disappointing to see that the sound/haptics only work if you’re actively looking at the watch screen and keep the screen on, which completely defeats that point. If you turn your wrist back to rest position or let the watch screen turn off, then the app continues the “squeezes” without giving any warnings. Hence you miss part of that session. So you need to keep looking at your watch for the entire session. The watch app would be amazing if you could do your squeezes relying on the sound/haptics of the watch. Or even better if you could choose to use the haptics only, to make it more discreet.

Great for those little leaks!

Fantastic app for anyone, particularly as you get older. If you have those little leaks when you sneeze or trampolining with the grandkids, this is the app for you. It helps with the feeling of “heaviness underneath” shall we say! You get reminders to do your exercises, you can adjust the repetitions and daily sets as well. Info on how to do the exercises which you can do lying down, sitting, then standing, and FAQ’s. Really works after a few short weeks.

Best thing ever

I was recommended this app during pregnancy. I would always forget to do them unless it came up in conversation. I always have my phone on me and this app reminds you to do the exercises. Gives you great control of your pelvic floor. I still continue to do my
Exercises after birth and it has really helped. Still using and still
Reminds me everyday. I have even shared with friends and they are happy.

An excellent app for both men and women

This is an excellent app that guides you through pelvic floor exercises which is great to help people maintain bladder control
It has a very good exercise regime which guides you through the pelvic floor exercises and is great reminding you went to do them.
I have been doing Pilates for years and this app is definitely a must have for both men and women.
Update
They have now added a bladder diary which is excellent for monitoring your fluid intake and fluid output which is extremely easy to use

Simple, easy to follow app

I downloaded this app before falling pregnant with my 2nd child. Last time I really struggled to remember to do my pelvic floor exercises, even with reminders set up on my phone. I like the graphics which help to guide the exercises so I'm doing it properly, rather than getting distracted. It keeps track of how many times I've done it each day, so I can see if I've fallen behind, which helps keep me accountable, even if it's just to myself. I noticed an improvement after just a few weeks of consistency, and will continue to use the app throughout my pregnancy and afterwards.

Squeezy

Bought this after appt with physio, great for reminding you to do the pelvic floor exercises and the visual aid helps maintain the squeeze.
Only gave it four stars though as I have been asked to increase the 'quick' squeeze to 12 reps but the App only goes up to ten. I would also like to see a record of how many seconds I can hold the squeeze in any given week. When I go back to see the physio I could then say how many weeks I had improved or exercised before increasing the goal. Otherwise great App.
