Big fan off the app and everything it stands for. There is loads of beneficial exercises, information and social contact which is a massive help towards active recovery. My only issue is it keeps bugging out when i try and send a reply in my team chat or on the advice/help forum. I usually have to type it out three times before it actually sends.

First 3 days the app was stuck on day count screen, after reinstalling it said my membership expired (I still have 3 days left) and offers a ‘promotional’ 75% off for 10$ per month. If I click it it goes to error. Fix your app

Good app, shame about white images only to promote happiness.
I like this app. I love the meditation practices, the community and the progression tracking. What I don’t like is the images they use to promote emotional growth. Not sure why they couldn’t find other races to mix it up a bit - maybe to the developers happiness only belongs to white people.
Each time I watch I keep thinking that the developers have done it on purpose, so I skip those videos as I cannot relate.
Otherwise I am enjoying the app.

I like this app but there is virtually no Customer Support or app support what so ever. Not even an email I can find. What do you do if you have a problem with the app or payment or account nothing it seems because even Apple can’t find there support details. They should have at least one persons to assist customers with login issues if they’re charging £11.49 a month.

The app contains only content inclusive of straight people, for example there is a video of just heterosexual couples hugging and there are no references to non-heteronormative users. But I would avoid this app mostly because it charges an extortionate £11 a month for what is really very simple technology - profiteering of people's struggles.

Kinda homophobic?
As a man who is attracted to men, I felt kinda put off by the intro which made references to “interest in real women”. Almost makes it seem like a conversion therapy app. Maybe ask users about their sexuality so you can avoid making assumptions? Or just avoid gendered terms altogether? This is the 21st century after all...
As to the efficacy of the app, I’ll still give it a go and see. Results pending.

Embellishing Life Tree
Great app! Very useful and with content blocker is just a step ahead of any other app.
Suggestion:
Something I’d have love is having the possibility to embellish the Life Tree using the days of no PMO as currency.
Eg. Having a shop with a car, house or other stuff and to buy them you use the days you have, the more days, the more coins you have to buy.

I can’t believe an app like this REQUIRES a fee so high. There are apps with big developing teams and expensive softwares that charge less - this app is ridiculous. I downloaded this a while ago before deleting it straight after seeing the price and managed to cut down through will power and other apps. This is NOT worth it.

A great app let down by price
The app is a great pleasure to use with a very attractive interface and some great insights through your journey. It’s a real shame that they charge so much per month, considering what it really boils down to is being a day counter with added ‘diary’-like features. If the app was ~£3/$4 a month I’d be all for it, but at this price I just can’t justify it. A real shame really as I think this app would have great potential at a lower price.

Would highly recommend if not for the price
Highly recommended, I’ve been using this app for a few months but it is far too expensive - as a result I felt that the price incentivized me to delete the app once I lost my progress as it no longer felt justified

Amazing app but stopped working - issue contacting server
It’s an amazing app when it works !! Stopped working and having the ridiculous error contacting server which makes it unable to use the app since it wants to submit a checkup. And then the checkup relies on it connecting to a server for whatever reason (app doesn’t work offline) so I cannot go passt the missed your checkup screen. PLEASE FIX.

As much as I love to support developers I just can’t get behind this. With massive companies price gauging us for all we’re worth (£75/month for Adobe alone is killing me but I need it for work) the “it’s less than a cup of coffee a week” thing just doesn’t work.
I understand that a one-and-done model doesn’t really work anymore. You can’t keep updating something if it’s not making money. But when you can get every piece of popular music you could possibly imagine or millions upon millions of hours of TV and movies for less than this, I really can’t bring myself to lend my support and that breaks my heart.

Everything has it’s value but the sheer cost of keeping this app running is prohibitive. It’s good stuff, but recurring payments always make me uncomfortable and make the product feel like it’s purpose is solely to extract money from users rather than be of use. The developers of course need to make a profit for their work, and rightly so, but this is too expensive.

Too expensive
I don’t normally write reviews, especially negative ones but I used this app in the past with success so...
The app is simply too expensive to use. The only option I see is £12 for one month. I’d rather spend that money on headspace. In app purchases in app store have a £2.5 price that I can’t find in the app. If that’s for one week then that’s again too expensive.
I’d happily give £5-ish a month but any more it’s just not worth it in my opinion and it’s a shame because this could really help people.
