Very clunky - forced to use to get discount
Very clunky. Only way to register for “Access” and get £20 off my item. Fine. But super hard to do, kept getting an error code until it eventually worked. Then kept failing to pay via Apple Pay - error “discrepancy with apply pay” - then taking me back to payment screen showing all my discounts removed, so it was expecting full price when Apple Pay was trying to pay for the full amount.. in the end manually entered the card details and it worked, but was a pain.
If you’re going to force people to download some annoying app then at least make it work! Will make sure I delete it now I’m done using it, no data tracking for you

It's a scam don't order
I ordered some shoes and it didn't even let me view my orders, had to ring customer service and they didn't believe me cause it said I placed the order 2 days ago under a different name. Also the app doesn't send you emails like ordering from the website did so I had no actual proof of my order. You're better off doing it from the website or in-store.

It’s ok generally, easy to use and whatever and it’s legit.
Just be reminded that if you wanna return stuff like shoes, try them before going out and make sure they’re clean, or else you wont be eligible for returns. Don’t cut the tags, keep receipt and the paper for issuing returns (will be in the shoe box).

When raised to customer service that they had sent me the wrong item, the product I ordered was now out of stock, I had to send photos of the box and the shoe inside to their customer service email and then ring back the customer service number the next day!! instead of them trying to resolve the issue considering it was there mistake! would not recommend

The recommend sign comes out every time when I look at the items, it is very annoying needs 5 secs to disappear and blocked the image of the product. Second, items added to wishlist cannot be added to basket and all items keep showing SOLD OUT!! Which is terrible to use, I need to re-search the item and then add it into the basket so what’s the point of the wishlist???

Running for 24h for days!!!
Having used a lot of apps as most people will this one is not behaving like you think it would. Looked at my screen time and it’s showing that the app has been running constantly for 24h since I installed it!!! Needless to say I’ve removed it and it’s still running which has me worried as I have no idea what it’s doing since it’s been removed. Not going to use it again.

Not happy!
Ordered 2 pairs of Adidas Ultraboost trainers on Tuesday the 4th of August. Both orders got cancelled due to no stock available.
No trainers, no money and Size kept my money for 15 days! This should of been refunded straight away! Not 5 days, not 7 days, certainly not 15 days!!
I won’t use SIZE again & I definitely wouldn’t recommend.
I spoke to Kerry at customer services on Wednesday the 12th of August who said my money was refunded last week. This didn’t happen.
Now SIZE are under investigation by my bank!
SIZE finally refunded my money on Wednesday the 19th of August, 2020. They kept my money for 15 days!
Think twice before shopping with them.....

Better app…
Size? Needs to update their app or stock every 5 mins not like every 3 hours or so, I’ve ordered a few cloths and most of them have been cancelled due to no stock. This is just a hassle as it take a day or so for money to be received back and it’s very inconvenient… however, good cloths and I like the discounts they offer!

Wouldn’t buy from here again
Consistently putting out exclusive trainers for reselling touts to buy using bots online or organised gangs queuing at stores. These are then sold on eBay for 3 or 4 times the price to actual collectors that wanted them. These issues could be easily fix but size? don’t care as long as they get paid. Also stores should have even stock of these exclusives. The recent Liverpool release for example seen all Scottish stores share around 40 pairs between them while one store near Manchester alone had over 100 pairs ... sounds fair.
Online orders get cancelled all the time so pointless even trying to buy from size?
Plenty respectable companies selling trainers out there so won’t be buying from size again.

About a week ago i found amazing shoes at a really great price and everyday i was checking if my order has been dispatched and it said it was going to arrive on a froday so i waited and on friday i got an email from paypal that size has refunded my money and i know that the trainers were in stock and i was looking at other reviews and one person said that they bought shoes and they returned the money as well to them as well so i think the people that work in the place they keep it for themselves when they find out the price and return the money to the buyer. Which i think is just stupid because they could’ve bought it first but I bought it first and now my daughter is very sad and i have to find a new pair of trainers for her now. I don’t think i will be buying from size anymore.

My recent quality fashion discovery..
I have known of the retailer SIZE?, for about 6 months now. I have just purchased my first item finally, from my massive, hope to own soon wish list, and reflecting on the items I want, shows that SIZE? Are selling the best type of clothes, from tops to jeans and of course trainers. In my whole life of buying new clothes etc, I have never visited a retailer where most of the items I like are offered for sale, as most the time I purchase off the internet I would 9/10 purchase that product through my need of necessity or desire, and rarely would reflect on who I purchased it off, as most of the other items I would look at in other retailers ‘websites’ sit within that Generic field. Which is great, but for me I’m always looking for clothes and trainers that are unique and stand out, and that’s why SIZE?, for me are leaps and bounds ahead of all other leading high street shops and internet buying site, as they are unique in a fashionable, independent and expressive way. Plus I discovered the retailer SIZE? Through word of mouth, a friend of mine who is more trainer mad than me, and from looking at what they offer I can see why. 🥳
PS - For me to write a review, that’s a rarity, but from time to time I will spend 5 mins telling others my good experience as hard work needs to be rewarded and recognised. Thanks guys. 🧐👍🏻

Poor standards
They let me enter a raffle by taking my money and if I win I will get a pair of shoes, from this i proceed to win. Now with this I had paid next day delivery to my house meaning I’m expecting them the next day however I never receive anything or an update. The next day I receive an email telling me I’ll get a refund in 5 working days. Not only has this annoyed me it has put me in a position of no trainers, no money for a week and no belief in ever shopping with size? again. I don’t know how they can promise something for a shoe I had been excited for ages and to only do nothing but basically just hold my money for a week.

Said I was already registered yet didn’t accept my password. When I reset my password kept giving an error of password had to be longer than 8 characters. Password I was using was 11 characters. Had to re-register with a different email address.

Size are a terrible, I ordered a pair of trainers in a sale for £20 reduced from £100, they took my money straight away and my order is confirmed in an email within minutes saying they will be shipped out to me, so I wait for five days then receive an email saying my order has been cancelled, this has happened on numerous occasions when I find a pair of trainers that are a massive bargain, I believe people in the warehouses are keeping these bargains for themselves and cancelling the orders, as when I find a reduced price in the app say at £40-£50 they always get sent out to me, this makes me incredibly suspicious of the warehouse staff, I won’t be using this store again.

Delivery and shoe presentation
Ordered a pair of air max’s. Upon arrival, I noticed a few mark along the shoes. Then there seemed to be hairs with the right shoe and cotton marks along the white sole indicating some one had previously worn them. Really disappointed as the same order I made before this shoe had been sent back to size headquarters without giving a reason. To this day I am still waiting for a refund due to size?’s poor customer service

He app is fantastic and easy to use but what annoys me about the app is that, each time I tried to log in on the app, it rejects my login details stating that my details is incorrect and I tried registering with other email address, it gives the same error message except I order without creating a password which is so annoying each time I place my order.

Often lets you order items that turn out to be out of stock
My son uses this app lots but recently we have had two disappointing experiences. Yesterday we ordered some trainers only to be told late today that they are unable to fulfill the order, this is not the first time this has happened. Surely the app needs to be set so it does not sell the same pair to 2 people. A few weeks ago we ordered 6 pairs of men’s Adidas trainers- was sent 6 pairs of women’s reebok trainers. Need to sort both these issues out!

Great app needs work on wish list
The app is easy to navigate, is well set up and the clothes are on point. The only reason this isn’t a 5* is because every item in the wish list appear to be “out of stock”; it will not let you click to view the item either. I know these items are not out of stock in my selected size because they are available from the search option. Please make this fix! It’ll make shopping with the app much easier.

Needs improvement
The shop itself is great which drives it to the generous 4. The app is a 3 star alone though and it needs work.
The interface is bit slow and meh and the login and order tracking features on the app are not great as it doesn’t keep me signed into the app and I have to constantly re-sign-in every time I use it. I can’t track orders in conjunction with my account login, I have to pull all the order details from the email and it’s been made a separate feature?
Makes no sense when orders should be tracked within an order history within the account. It really is probably better to use on Safari or browser atm which begs the question, what’s the point in the app???

It's a decent app but quite clunky with some of UI stuff, like adding an item to a wishlist does not change the icon or give any indication that it has been added. The image gallery is also not the easiest to use - maybe look at ASOS for some inspiration?

App is great, perfect user friendly platform and have a huge variety of streetwear items for more or less anyone buttttt, one thing that I thought would have been updated was this small problem with the wish list which I was having for the past couple years...
This problem was that I’d add things to my wish list but if I entered my wish list to buy the item or view it, the item status would be listed as ‘sold out’ for every single item in the list and it wouldn’t let me view the item... I knew the item wasn’t sold out because I could still locate it with the search option or in the category it would of been in and it would still be in stock, I could still view it and I’d be able to purchase if need be. Other than that the app is good.

App seems to work when moved from bit territory? Tried on many occasions to by trainers and missed out on them because of error codes ? These now seem to be the way to counter bots on either the preview or normal app ? Friday’s TR release seemed better as it was buried amongst the size? exclusive range ?? I love Size? products and it’s almost the only place I shop now. Though customer services don’t reply and the app is very glitchy, with password reset and address changes. Stick with the store or buy elsewhere online.

Size never fails to please me , always provided with a great service and speedy delivery, with an item that is in great condition and double boxed so the box doesn’t get damaged! My favourite go-to place to shop from when buying trainers! ❤️

Great app
I've always found the size? App to be easy to use and very responsive. Only slight fault is the inability to access your order status through the app. All in all tho it's pretty good.

Shows you the items with nice clear images from various angles (You also get video footage with trainer images so you know how the trainer looks on foot.

Bought a pair of trainers through the app. However didn't receive any email confirmation which puzzled me. The order seems to be going through but I had to go and enter the details online myself. Over 24 hours later and still have no correspondence through my email, even though it specified I would. Otherwise the app makes it easy enough to view items for sale

Not happy as the app lets you order and pay for items they later tell you they don't have 😡👊 now have to wait for refund for something I've never had! With modern stock systems this should not happen!!!

Great app but.....
The app is great but it would be even better if you guys added the dashboard/ order tracking/ order status viewing on the app. As you have to go on to the actual site to do this. If you add this feature guaranteed millions will love it.
