Description

The 3D Horse Anatomy App lets you explore a detailed three-dimensional model of a horse. Internal systems can be viewed and manipulated layer by layer or simultaneously with other layers, at various zoom levels. Individual anatomical structures can be highlighted and display a caption, or they can be removed to permit viewing of deeper structures.

Available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japonese, German and Latin.

The Augmented Reality Mode requires iOS 11 and A9 processor or above.

The app is intended to be a supplemental educational resource and should NOT be used as the only source of educational information, nor should the app be used as medical advice or for medical diagnoses of any kind.

Not value for money

This is a really basic app and money would have been better spent buying a good anatomy book. The label system is faulty, they are too small, there is minimal information on each anatomical structure, no origins and insertions or functions of muscles. As far as I can ascertain there is no way to have all parts labelled without having to touch (often repeatedly) the structure you are interested in. Seriously poor value. Hoping for updates that make this worth while. I am just glad I didn't fork out for the desk top version, assuming it is equally poor.
