Why change this app????
This app used to be brilliant, it’s now so filtered and full of ads. I only ever used 1 soft focus natural lens for subtle changes and you’ve taken that away. You want to charge us for everything!! It’s nothing but a con now.

Doesn’t work anymore - unreliable
Was good until it lasted - from last few weeks getting black screen and have tried everything (including reinstalling of app). I still have 6 months subscription left (a write off) so not sure what has suddenly happened that camera/video doesn’t work anymore. Will look for a more reliable app

If I could I would do half a star. You have to pay for everything and not very cool filters. You even have to pay for making an avatar!!! I don’t recommend getting this and recommend BeautyPlus instead which unlike this is free.

Absolutely furious I downloaded this heap of crap! I thought I would try it out but I also have Du screen recorder on my device as record online games when playing,all my photos I kept in my du screen recorder file.tried this app out then next day I went to upload one of my game recordings but every single photo and game recording is now not there,a technician has looked at my device as all my parents and grans photos & videos was there who are now passed away and he says this app has corrupted all my previous photos and videos when making its space in my albums!he has tried to recover them to no avail which has left me devastated as I now have not a single photo of my gran and parents no more who died when Covid hit.I’m so damn angry it’s not like they can be replaced so thanks for that! You’ve now lost me what was the most important to me in my life!check your app before allowing people to have this done to them,I’m on iPhone 13 so not like it’s an ancient old device.will never get over this loss and I haven’t told my sisters and brothers yet but I know it’s going to cause a lot of trouble as I demanded it was me that looked after them! Breaking Consumer Rights Regarding Refund
I bought this app on the basis that when you go to the App Store to download it on the first page under
Subscriptions it clearly says:
“Free Trial (see details)” when you click on this it then says “Free for 1 week, then £29.49/year after trial”
So to me it was clear pay for the App and if you cancel during the 1wk trial you do not pay the £29.49 which I did.
The money was taken from my account when I reported this through Apple ITunes Store and ask for a refund they said not eligible so I then challenged this decision and still not eligible for refund or the right to complain anymore.
I hope the App developers will see this posting and will choose to refund me because if it is not refundable then the App Store is very confusing and perhaps not fit for purpose and for that reason I believe does not comply with Consumer Rights Act.

Removal tool
I’ve used this app for a few years now and suddenly they’ve stopped letting me use the removal tool once a day with the free version. That was the main reason for me using the app but now there’s no point keeping it as I can use the removal for free on a different app. It’s a shame as the free filters/effects etc are good on this app but I get all of that and more from somewhere else so because I am no longer able to use the removal tool I will be deleting this app.

Don’t sign up to free trial!
Signed up to the free trial then cancelled before having to pay. Next thing I know, the yearly subscription fee is taken from my bank and is now active!!!! Can’t even find a way of contacting the app owner! Absolutely terrible!!!

Horrible app that could have been great
First up I’ve been subscribing to this app for years. I hardly use it and when I do I am told over and over again to subscribe. I just want to edit a photo that’s all. It’s a busy app with tons of ‘beauty’ videos and ‘stuff’ that you cannot avoid. It’s cluttered and annoying. I would never recommend this app ever period I pay every month stop asking me to sub and stop bombarding me with ‘beauty’ videos. Just give me what I paid for??

Best photo editing app I’ve found
Absolutely brilliant app, I used the 7 day free trial but will be paying for a yearly subscription, something I don’t normally do, but there’s so many fun effects, filters, animations etc, plus the removal tool is really handy. It can take a bit of getting used to how to get the best out of the removal tool, but when you do it’s fab. Highly recommended :)

One very dissatisfied customer
I downloaded this app in the hopes of making an epic emo edit of me and my sexy boyfriend but instead i was met with a violet barrage of subscription pop ups which almost resulted in me accidentally subscribing to this one parasitic service which I did NOT want. I just wanted an epic emo photo edit :’( why is life so hard. Why must you make it this way.
Picnik (my usual preferred platform for professional photo edits) has been closed since 2013, and since they very tragic day I have spent hours trawling through the app store in the search and hope that I would find an alternative with even 6% greatness that picnik held.
I can comfim that this photo editing application does not deliver even 1% of the mighty strength of picnik, never mind 6%.
Take heed of my warning ye wayward traveller or may you drown in subscription pop ups.

Never again.
When I try to remove a part of a picture it does not work and instead duplicates what I tried to remove and completely ruined that picture and things keep popping into my screen, I don’t know if it’s a glitch where when I try to remove stuff it duplicates and I tried to remove the background of when I took a selfie of my self but then the whole background was just millions of my face if you don’t want to barf I recommend a different app.

I have been searching for a good editing app for EVER and seeing as I have tried SO MANY times. I thought that Thai would let me down just as much as the others. I WAS EXPECTING TRASH. AND I GOT THE EXACT OPPOSITE this is such a good app and I would highly recommend. There are a few ads but not major like a lot of others if u don’t pay for premium! This is great and I can even say anything more.

I don't want to give money to these apps but on this app it had so many features so you don't need to pay! Best app ever!
I absolutely love this app it has everything I would like it to offer. Also, I think that it is fair that you can do one cutout a day when you have the free version. I have had this app for around a week now and I love its results, but I have really started craving some of the premium features, I think that I would have purchased the premium version if it was cheaper, because it is too much of an expense for me. Aside from that, this app is the best one I have found!

This app is brilliant for those who just love editing photos, however you can’t get the full use out of it if you don’t buy premium. I have found a way round this by take a screenshot of the premium image but this does not enable me to use other premium effects. Slightly disappointed but all together I think it’s a brilliant app and totally recommend it.

Amazing app
It does perfectly what is meant to do. You can modify your pictures, add filters and frames and easily share them. I think the "modify" section is a big plus, because you can literally modify everything in the picture. Highly recommended

Best photo editing app ever!
I totally love this app! I use the free version but, unlike the free versions of most apps, it works absolutely fine. The only restriction is that it doesn't let you use all the filter effects and you can only remove one thing from your photos everday. I think this is very reasonable.
I use this mainly for touching up my pics but there are also pro photo editing tools. I would recommend this app to everyone, and also the other apps by this developer!

What happened!
I loved this app until the update. Now it is horrendous and I’m trying to find a new one! The enlarger tool now makes your whole face look bigger instead of just the area you’re concentrating on. The smile tool doesn’t work properly anymore either. Very disappointed.

Policy changed
All of a sudden the delete function in the free version is only allowed five (5) times .. and this means only five times forever. If you use the delete function 5 times on a picture and then you cancel the photoshopped picture it doesn’t matter as you lose your five times! This is too edgy.. 5 times free should be for every new picture and if you decide to cancel the changes you’ve made on a specific pictures your free five times have to be reinstalled so your pic could be changed in perfection..
