Only slight niggle you have to round up to nearest £ you cannot enter an exact figure which isn’t to bad on only a few items but you when have a lot doesn’t give exact amount Apart from that it’s excellent.

I’ve been using this Christmas gift tracker app for two years now, and it has become an essential part of my holiday planning. If you’ve ever lost track of who you’ve bought gifts for, or worse, forgotten what’s inside a beautifully wrapped package under the tree, this app is the perfect solution!
The app makes it incredibly easy to keep track of every gift you’ve purchased, including who it’s for, whether it’s wrapped, and even the cost (helpful for staying on budget). With the ability to add a picture. The interface is intuitive and simple, which means I didn’t have to spend hours figuring out how to use it.
What I love most is the peace of mind it provides. Once the presents are wrapped and tucked under the tree, I can always check the app to remind myself what’s inside each box without having to play the guessing game. It’s also great for avoiding duplicate gifts or forgetting anyone on my list.

Fantastic little app
This gift app does everything it needs to and is simple to use. I love buying things and listing them straightaway under the person they are for. Shortcomings!

I bought the same item for my three grandchildren and the app said I’d already had that gift after I’d entered it for one and wouldn’t let me itemise it for the other two. Of course we buy the same gift for more than one person!
The other quibble is that I want to list my people in family order, but the app automatically puts them in alphabetical order. Is there a way to put in my own choice of order?

Would be the perfect app if……
I love a Christmas gift tracker app and this is the best one I’ve found, I love the photo option & how it saves gifts so you can easily add to others!
But there are a few things missing that means I won’t be using it to track this year! If the following were added it would be perfect & I would use forever!!
- remove the gift idea cost from the budget per person regardless of if purchased or not
- show the detail of each persons gifts without selecting them individually
- be able to choose the order they appear rather than alphabetically per category! 🤞

Everyone has a budget allocated. I enter ideas from September onwards and then buy them between October and November.
So easy to keep track of what I’ve already ordered, what’s been delivered and what I’ve already wrapped.

I have used this app now for the past two christmases and it is amazing. It keeps me organised and my spending on track. I use the app whilst shopping in town to make sure I don’t stray too much and buy what’s on my list to buy. It also saves presents and people to buy for from previous year so only have to set up once and add extra people or remove as needed.

A must have
I have been using this app for the past 3 years. It’s so easy to keep track of all the presents I have to buy. And I don’t just use it for Christmas either, I use it for birthdays and special occasions. So handy to have everything organised. I especially love that you can lock it so that any nosy family members can’t see what you plan to buy. Highly recommend, I’ve tried others but this one is a firm fave.

Been using this for YEARS now
I downloaded this years ago to see how it was for sorting xmas out, i will never ever use another way of tracking what i need or already have, whats wrapped not wrapped, and what is sent, unsent, made or not made. Its amazing. Only this year did i upgrade to the pro version too, so all of what you need is there for free when you download it. You wont regret downloading it, its a simple yet very effective app.

I’ve tried lots of similar apps over the years and end up back at this one. My one way to improve it would be where you could add URLs for gifts. I did try adding to the notes but it didn’t work as you can’t click/cut or paste

I normally use a note pad but my memory is slipping that I forget to take the note pad out shopping with me. I now can update everything as it happens and hoping it keeps me on track. Excellent Christmas tracker
Love the countdown timer, progress against budget, ability to track bought, shipping, received and wrapped presents and the function to split gifts by category (family, friends, neighbours etc). My only bugbear is that once you have created a present, it saves all the other details like price, shop etc with it so you can’t mix and match between recipients. Otherwise a fab app - this is the best present tracker in my opinion. The fourth Christmas it will be in use!

Xmas and birthday list app
I love this app it helps me keep track of what I’ve bought for my family and how much I’ve spent. I buy Xmas presents as I see them throughout the year, wrap and hide. I take photos so I can see what I’ve bought too. I give each person a budget amount so I can keep on track on that and it shows total number of gifts per person so I am fair with the younger children. For list keepers this is my favourite.

I’ve been using Gift List Lite for quite a few years. It organises my Christmas shopping weeks and months in advance of the big week. Dead easy to use. I can add and delete items or recipients of gifts on the go. Budgeting is a fabulous weapon in these days of austerity - Gift List has that well and truly stashed! Exactly what I need !
Every year I buy gifts through the year and then forget who I bought them for or where they are. This way I can see at a glance who I still need to buy for and what I’ve already bought (avoiding the embarrassment of buying the same thing 3 times for my daughter). I only wish you offered an everyday list for my hobby and craft items.

Love this app. Tried others however this one is far the best. Can do different categories so can group people. Label idea, need to buy, bought shipping, wrapped, and presented so really good for keeping track. As well as keeping eye on what ya spent on people. So handy for trying to be equal with ya children.

Fab despite ads
This is a great app, allowing lists of people to buy for and lists of gifts. Also you can mark up people with ‘bought’, ‘wrapped’, ‘sent’ etc so you can remember what stage you’re at with each one. Slight downside is the ads but they’re not massive and easily ignored.

I used this App last Christmas and it is brilliant! There is so much you can do on it, add things you’ve bought along with the cost of each item and write in things you’ve seen that you need to buy. You can see how much your spending! I will be using it again this year.

Good but shame I lost everything when upgraded
Have been using this for many years but wished I could print list so decided to upgrade to paid version. Annoying Lost all names and gifts stored.
Emailed for support and got answer quickly but not being very techie I didn’t understand all of the instructions. What i did manage to do failed so easier to input everything from scratch

Really good, only a few tweaks needed to get 5 stars
I have had to download a new app this year as the one I have used for years which was excellent is no longer supported. There are a couple of differences which I prefer in the old one. When you add a gift, eg Jumper, with all the details, if you try and add another jumper it won’t let you as it is already in the gift list, if you allocate that to a person and change the pricing details it then changes the price for everyone. The way round this is to change the name of the gift, eg blue jumper. This is a bit frustrating. I like that you can select from the gift list but it would be better if you could then customise the entry without it affecting ones already allocated. Also when you go to gift list it shows gifts from the same shop in different groups, not sure why. Other than that really like the app and will be upgrading so that I can archive my gift lists.

Great tracker for Christmas shopping
I’ve downloaded this app the past two years to keep track of my Christmas shopping as it’s so useful.
It has great features like setting budgets, showing you where you’ve overspent, marking gifts in different categories like still to buy, shipping etc so I can keep track of my progress.
I have a lot of people to buy for & do a lot of spontaneous online shopping so it’s easy to forget what I’ve ordered/what’s expected & this app helps me keep track.
Another useful thing is if I buy the same gift for a few different people I don’t need to enter it as a new gift for every person, you can just select it from the list once it’s been input once.
There’s so many other good features in this app I could go on & on.
I rarely write reviews for anything but for a free app I felt I had to share how useful I found it.

I love this app. If you are the sort of person that buys presents in the January sales for next year, then put them ‘away’ and totally forgets you done it... then you need this in your life.

I’ve put the pin access on mine so even if my kids are playing on my phone I know they can’t have a cheeky look.

Trusty Christmas list
I have used this app several years in a row! Can add names, gifts, set a per person budget, and this in turn creates a pie chart with total budget and overall spend. Can tick off once bought, wrapped and given gift to recipient.
Details can be emailed to your own email after Christmas for record if you wish, then clear the gifts etc ready for next year.
Very easy to use and very reliable, would recommend to anyone.

This is a great app! I started to use it in 2019 and already using it this year, helps me keep track what I have brought people and how much money the left as it’s so easy to get carried away! Even if i have brought something that isn’t on the list I just add it on because then I know if I went over budget for that person 😂

Fab for organising yourself in advance!
I’ve used this for about 4 years in a row now and it is brilliant. I try and buy a few bits early, here and there, and this helps me to keep track of everything I’ve got. Also, if you think of anything you can add that to the list too (instead of instantly forgetting like me) and then just change it to ‘bought’ when you’re done. Would definitely recommend :)

Honestly I start my Christmas shopping as soon as possible I always write down in different notebooks what I’ve brought people and throughout the year these notebooks get lost and I can never remember what I’ve brought for what person. This app is really amazing: there are so many helpful things to this app including... List of people and what you want to buy for them, helps with your budget, christmas countdown, how many presents needed to be wrapped brought etc, a pie chart on your progress and so much more! Brilliant organisation tool
I have used this app for the second time this year and I love it. Once you add all the people you need to gift at Christmas time you can set a budget and you can indicate when the gift is bought. I also love the fact that it adds up how much you have spent once you have put it when you have bought a gift and how much it was. It really helped me to see how much I spent and how I can budget better this year. I also like that you can separate the people added into work, friends, family etc. Really useful app and it’s free, I would highly recommend.

So far so good
I have only had this app for a short while but so far so good!
Love how l can group people together and it takes off the amount spent off of folk total budget so l will hopefully keep a tighter grip of finances this year 😉.
Only minus is having to round up to the nearest pound, you can’t put exact sums into this app to keep a totally accurate expenditure.

Christmas Gift List
Had this app for 3 years now and it is excellent. I can keep track of all my gifts that I have bought for my extra large family. I used to use lists but could never remember where I had put them. Now using this app I have my list with me wherever I am and whenever I need it.

Been using this app for a couple of years now and I find it super helpful and just ideal for me with having a big family and needing to get ideas down early in the year and work my way through it. Also love the fact you can put a picture up of who your getting gifts for.

Great! Just needs improved costs tracking
I’ve used this app for a good while, and it’s great.
One thing that would give it a 5 star in my view is, if the analysis could be extended to also include the total price of all gifts not yet bought, so you’d then see the total budget, total spend, and a vital total YET to spend figure, so that you could see how you’re ideas -vs- your budget stacks up. Essential for keeping track of runaway ideas as only tracking costs when BOUGHT is maybe too late.

Decided to buy presents early this year instead of rushing in the last week before Christmas, but every year I keep coming back to this app and it’s perfect - whether to organise the dash around the mall on Christmas Eve, or the leisurely shopping trips in October (by the people more prepared than me!!), this app is indispensable! And FREE!! Best parts? The features that let you add budgets and see which presents you have to buy/wrap/give etc. Fantastic 🎁🎄

Great with a couple of tweeks?
I find this really app really useful but have noticed a couple of things that could be bettered...
If you are getting 2 people the same gift, I couldn’t see a way of deleting or changing the status of the gift for only one person?
...
And a way of changing the ikon to make it non-Christmas so the kids (& adults!) don’t snoop and so you can keep the gift ideas for birthday gifts?

Great
Really useful. I use it for birthdays and Christmas. It would be good to be able to change the icon so when you have bought everything you can change it from a present box icon to a tick or something similar. It helps me keep track of my budget and also what I’ve actually bought so I don’t forget something and overbuy.
It’s been great this year because as I’ve been on the go and thought of a gift idea I can just add it in and make a quick note about the shop I could get it from a rough price.
Would give it 5 star if I could change the icon or have some other symbol or colour (traffic light system) to indicate the status eg sorted, almost sorted, need to start!

Really would have liked to give it 5 stars, please add the extras
It is great for all those like me that like to have lists so you don’t forget anyone. I use it for birthdays and Christmas. I upgraded for a small cost so I can have it sync on all devices -really worth it.
Two small things would make this a fantastic app
1. To be able to print the list/lists- it would make shopping, wrapping etc much easier.
2. If the present icon changed colour depending on status of a gift. It would be a quick view to see where you were and what you had left to do.
If it had those 2 extras I would definitely have given it 5 stars as it is the best app like this I have used by far.

Great organiser app!
Trying to stick to a budget this Christmas and this app is great for keeping track of spending. Love the feature of being able to specify if the gift is 'need to buy', 'shipping' or 'purchased'. Also love the add photo option which makes it much more personal! Even showed a friend & they downloaded it straight away! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just What I Was Looking For!
I am trying to do Christmas on a budget this year & always try and fail to buy my siblings equal amount of stuff. One always ends up with more, as I'm forgetful about what I've already bought. I took to using a calculator, notebook & such last year and it was so much hassle I ended up just winging it. So, this app being so organised and easy to use is such a practical thing to have! Highly recommend.
