really good when i first got them but i paid an extra £1 for deliver in 6-8 days and i’m still waiting on them now, i ordered them 10 days ago which they should have come by now, so basically i paid an extra £1 for nothing, i know there’s a big pandemic at the moment, but there shouldn’t have been an option.Also i am only 12 years old and £1 is a lot to me

I ordered prints on 04-04-20.
They were finically printed 2 weeks after I made my order which is ridiculous.
Initially the delivery was supposed to be on 16/04, but now it has changed to 21/04.
I wish I had gone with another printing company as I have no idea why it takes 3 weeks to print and post photos. Especially when they add on another week for expected delivery.

When I ordered my photos it said it would be arrive within 6-8 days. It’s actually been 21 days! I haven’t heard anything. It’s disgusting. No communication and they didn’t warn about the VERY long extra time. Don’t order from here.
