No longer works properly

This app used to work well but in recent months it can take multiple attempts and 10 mins or more to switch the camera on or off. Though once connected, the stream is fine. Two emails to support have gone unanswered.

A bit buggy

Every time the app is updated all my sensor settings reset to disabled so I stop receiving notifications. Have to log out and in then turn sensors back on each time there is an update

Great camera terrible app

Camera is fantastic? Such a shame about the app and the software. Constantly crashing and not working. All my other cameras that use a different app are fantastic! So it’s not my internet!

Why don’t you test?

Updated the app yesterday, now just crashes on opening.

Restarted phone - still the same

Reinstalled app - success, till I logged in, then it just crashes again.

UPDATE - An update 24 hours later fixed the issue. But seriously you should test before issuing the update.

Give the developers some credit...they listened and made appropriate rectification to the app. New update fixed the problem.

Keep crashing after the latest update

Very disappointed. This keeps happening on my iPhone and iPad after the recent download.

Waste of time poor support

Had the focus 68 for a year has worked great until a few months ago.

The app no longer connects to camera and I have to delete the app everyday and reinstall it. This is the only way to get it to work.

Having contacted support several times I’m still waiting for a actual answer as to why this is happening.

Have asked for money back several times and still keep getting ignored.

Rubbish

Spent hundreds on monitors only for the app to be next to useless. Constantly crashing and then loosing the camera meaning you have to re pair them, only you can’t because that would mean disturbing the baby and obviously you cannot do it at all if you’re out.

Great Camera

Great camera. We use it when we go on holiday. It looks out the top window over the front door and the road good quality pictures taken automatically. You look through the even pictures and save what you want.

This is one of the best 35£s I have ever spent.

The quality of technology and picture quality is brilliant.

Once set up it is simple and intuitive to use.

I’m no techno geek at 44 and it was simple to set up and is a pleasure to use on top of added peace of mind.

Useless since last update!

UPDATE.

Again another app update and once again it’s made the camera worse!

I've had the camera for a good few years and it has been quite stable and with no issues for a good 6 months or more. The camera now only records 30 seconds of movement instead of the previous 2 mins so I miss loads of things! Whole idea of paying subscription to record is so I can go back and look but can’t now! Sort it out or no point paying my subs!

Had this for a year. Worked great until recently. The stream takes a good few minutes to load. Sometimes it’ll say there’s a connection error but the camera is online. Also the image is very blurry. I’ve tried seeing if there’s an update but no and I’ve not changed any settings that’ll affect the image. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app which turned out pointless as it’s still the same

The camera to iPad connection.

The video quality is great but the connection to the iPad isn’t. It drops out constantly and now that the monitoring my baby free trial has ended it’s like the app doesn’t want to connect to the video stream unless you have a plan. I didn’t have this issue when I first got the camera, I didn’t use the free trial for at least 3 months after purchase. I have sent troubleshoot logs too. It constantly has the camera turned off when the app is closed and I can no longer seem to turn this feature off, this also happened when the free trial ended. 🤔🤔

Another update still no change

We are now on our umpteenth update and despite many promises and asking to be patient. Hubble has still not fixed the problem of there not being seamless playbacks of motion triggered events for Focus 72 owners.

24th Aug Yet another update and still no fix for motion activated events for Focus 72 owners. When on earth is Hubble going to get round to fixing this problem?

1st Sept what has gone wrong Hubble. Server down? Cannot connect, seems I am not the only one. MACvia P2P Neo showing failed. Also cannot log in.

2nd Since the outage at the weekend and a return to normal service, whatever that passes for at Hubble. We are now occasionally getting the Hubble logo, instead of a cameo shot on motion detected videos. Application log submitted.

4th Hubble Team why don’t you read what is written. This is an issue post outage and is it continuing. Crash report sent again 11.45hrs today. Why do you make things so difficult for your customers?

Having had the camera for 24 months it has been nothing but a nightmare, constantly going offline and out of focus.

I purchased 3 of these 2 years ago but over the last few months they constantly drop off line and are unreliable making them useless. My internet connection is fast and perfect so the problem is with the cameras and not WiFi. I have emailed the company regarding some help but had no response back

I’ve had these Motorola cameras for about 2 years now and they started rubbish and continue to be rubbish. Awful app, crashes the timed cameras lose connection, take ages to connect (if at all) when you open the app... just AVOID

The camera was working fine and we were having it on and off with no problem. After the last app update it wasn’t connecting to the camera but there were notifications of moves and sounds. We tried to reset and pair again but it doesn’t pair. Is it something in the app? Should we wait for new version?

Works well bit slow at tracking across the room but for the price of the camera it’s quite good value and the sound is clear. Works ok in conduction with cctv installed on the outside when I receive notifications of noise in the room I can set cctv to record from my phone and capture footage on my fine.

Do not subscribe to the plans they are an absolute nightmare to cancel. All it does is ask for your card details then tries to take more money. Out of all the cameras I’ve used this is by far the worst as it’s restrictive in use unless you pay for a plan. There’s a lot more better out there for free.

Water retention...

Image quality started off great but over time rain after has amassed in the plastic dome covering the camera. You can’t remove the dome so the water is stuck in there. The picture quality during the day because of the rain water retention is cloudy and at night impossible to see anything.
