Great idea and beautifully designed, however the widgets only seem to refresh every few hours so quickly become inaccurate, especially if on the move.

Doesn’t work anymore
Used to be great but it stopped working recently on both phone and watch. Have removed and reinstalled but still no look. It just doesn’t seem to update location properly and takes multiple refreshes before it knows where I am. On arrival home it still thinks I haven’t set off!

Aggressive monetisation
Just started using this app but I’m going to have to give it a low rating for having the audacity to ask me upon installing to pay for it to work with my calendar. This is already a paid app, based around a function that’s already free on all major map apps, which in turn rewards your generosity by asking for more money.
Not a great way to treat your customers in the age of the free apps.

Makes the Apple Watch worthwhile!
The more I have explored ETA app’s functionality, the more I am impressed with it.
I travel from London to several places in a week to work. I can highly recommend this app to everyone who has to plan their journeys.

Works well but...
The functionality works well.
However, the size of the text on the infographic complication is far too big and because of this it looks ugly. Plus, when the journey time is over an hour it only reads ‘1HR 4...’ or similar (due to the text size), hardly ‘at a glance’ convenience as you have to go into the app to see the actual journey time.

Doesn’t work as described
I purchased this app for the Apple Watch feature. The app is supposed to update in the background periodically.
I followed all the instructions online but the app doesn’t update so I need to keep clicking into the complication. The app is fine when clicked into but this is not what I purchased it for.
I reached out to the developers but they did not get back to me.

Done know what has become of this app but was working perfectly but lately doesn't work period on my watch as the complication or the app and on the phone is so slow. Kind of defeats the purpose of having it really. A shame used to be very good

Too slow to load
ETA loads so slowly, if at all, on my watch that I simply can’t (be bothered to) use it. And Siri watch face cards just suggest I save my current location rather than actually serving up any useful information.

Could be 5 stars when it works
I’m using this app for a while and I’m a bit frustrated that after defining my home and work locations and created shortcuts for using
Siri on my Apple Watch , 9 times out of 10, the message:”Shortcuts will continue with you request” is Siri’s reply instead of the actual ETA to my destination. If this is fixed quickly then my rating will be reconsidered.

Appears not work with Apple Watch 4
Unable to load application to Apple Watch 4. Watch has been reset and access to location and services enabled. Cannot use the app on intended device.
After app update; the app installed only after resetting and re-installation all apps on the watch. Eta app on watch now stuck at loading screen and does not progress further.

Confused
Brought this app plus the calendar add on so I can see on my Siri watch face every morning how long it will take me to get to work: I have a calendar entry set to go to work each morning and have set the location in the diary using the location search. Nothing is showing on the diary entry in terms of the ETA??? Is this broken?

Great idea but the widget on my watch does not tell you if it’s selected an alternative route. Would be handy if it told you it was not the most direct route. Also would be good if you could just quickly tap which route you’d like to stay on watch display

Potentially great
Lovely app with nice potential but the Apple Watch complication doesn’t update unless you press on it to load the app. Kinda spoils it for me. Have reinstalled, rebooted, allowed the app constant access to location services on the iPhone, doesn’t help.

Not worth paying for...
Downloaded it today and not sure why I bothered paying for it to be honest, it doesn’t have my home address in its database! It’s not even a new address anymore, it’s been in existence for 2.5 years...
Also charging an additional fee for the calendar? Poor show... I read about th compatibility in the description thinking that was included.

Super handy!
Does exactly what it says on the tin! I do a fair amount of driving and this just a really handy little app. The UI feels a little cramped on my SE but no big deal. Love it!

Great idea, not great on the iWatch.
I have not problem with it on the iPhone. It's a winner 👍🏻. Downside is if you want to glance at your phone and see how long it'll take you don't trust that it's updated. Mainly because it hasn't. It's a little buggy and glitchy on the watch too. The ideas are right the performance just isn't there on he watch :(. Notifications if your about to head off from your location would be useful too. I.e if there is a delay. (Especially if you don't have it as the main module)

New update seems to have removed the Apple Watch companion app from my watch. Hopefully this can be fixed soon as always had a fantastic experience with this app previously.

Time and time again the dev has been told it doesn't update as you drive on watch complication and time and time again dev ignores this. But says it's fixed.

Great for notifications
I use this app daily when travelling to numerous locations, it's a great app for notifications to be used alongside other sat Nav apps.
I have recently been using Tom Tom Go which I think is the best app for sat Nav in the App Store at the moment.
If the option for connecting to the new Tom Tom app I would certainly be rating this 5/5

Great concept for an app except it still doesn't update on the Apple Watch face (despite the developers saying it does after the latest update!). It's a bit useless if you have to go into the app everytime you want to see your ETA.

The concept of this app is fab and I was really looking forward to using it on my Apple Watch for my commute to work but.. It doesn't work on the Apple Watch, it is forever stuck in 'loading' so is rendered useless. It has also crashed my watch once or twice.
Seriously, if you are getting this for Apple Watch, don't waste your money.

Update still not fixed loading/refresh issues!!
Apple Watch compatibility still very flawed. Won't update on the complication at all. Takes forever to load on opening the app on the watch. Sometimes the phone app has to be open to 'force' the watch app to load. This is after a update which allegedly fixed all these issues?! Phone app isn't a issue and works well.

Crashes iwatch :(
Well even after this latest update it hangs on trying to set a location on the iwatch, then it crashes and the apple logo comes on the watch. It's not good.
It's horrendous. The complication setting on the iwatch (ios2) doesn't update, even when 'refresh locations' is pressed. It says on the watch that I should get home in 27 minutes, the app on the iPhone says 27 minutes, yet the 'complication' on the iwatch says 39 minutes. It's awful.

Great idea but...
... the Apple Watch app (for watch os2) is flakey. Basically it has problems updating, and tends to hang. Updating locations sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. This makes it utterly useless as a watch app because you end up having to faff around. You never know if it has updated or not, etc, etc.
The iPhone app works well though and is useful for figuring out quickly if there are any delays getting to work.
Just get the Apple Watch app working smoothly and it'd be great!!

The app on the phone is fantastic but the AppleWatch app is horrendous. It doesn't refresh or update at all so the complication just shows a static estimate to a destination no matter how far you drive or even arrive at that destination. Could be an amazing app but really disappointing and I'm kinda annoyed I paid for it

The companion Apple Watch app is next to useless. It seems to only pick up the first four destinations. It also only offers you one route for particular destinations, whereas the iPhone app offers multiple routes. Disappointed.

This is a really useful Sat Nav app.It not only gives an accurate travel time but added time for possible delays on route,I hardly ever use my Tom Tom anymore.
The only reason I have given it only 4 stars is that it shows you 3 routes but you can only use the fastest,other than that it's great.

Push Notifications
Almost great, just needs push notifications to get 5 stars. I use the M25, so notifications regarding traffic situation on Apple Watch would be perfect.

Good, but glitchy
I love the concept of the app and the overall look and operation is great.
However, it is a bit glitchy and often fails to find times for my four programmed destinations.
This morning for instance, the app has not been able to provide times for my destinations, it just shows them as 'calculating'. This is in both the app itself and on the notification centre.
When it works, the app is great, but I'm finding that it's not as reliable as I would expect from a paid app.
