Deleting records
I really like this App, it’s great with the reminding. However, I am seriously thinking of using a different one. Any changes to reminders etc changes all previous entries too, even if you run a report. So I had a medication I was taking twice a day, now only once. So I changed it and all my previous records only show the once - the second dose I had been taking has gone. Also, if I take the medication early or late it doesn’t record the actual time taken which can cause issues if things need to be taken several hours apart. I can work around the latter but the deleting past records has become a deal breaker. I am sad as this works well otherwise.

Brilliant reminder app
This app is perfect for reminding me to take my meds and apply for refills .I like that you can set repeating notifications as the first is often missed or ignored so this makes a huge difference . I wouldn’t be without it! The only areas for improvement are that it does not work across devices and if you change any doses or reminders it will reset and all previous records are deleted .

Brilliant to keep track of pills
Pill reminder does just what it says. Works on phone and Apple Watch. You’d think you’d remember but it genuinely has saved me from missing them many times. And refill warnings are brilliant too. I just wish it would let me refill by box, instead of me calculating how many to type in, as it knows how many per box.

WARNING - badges are UNRELIABLE
There are many good things about this app, but it has a bad flaw – the badges cannot be relied upon to appear. So, if you rely on badges on the app icon to remind you there’s a med still to be taken, you can expect to be randomly let down. For no apparent reason, sometimes the app shows badges, other times it fails to. HOPELESS! And potentially DANGEROUS for those who would rely on the app to remind them to take important meds.
I emailed the developer to ask for assistance, telling them that I had my phone notifications switched on, and that I had tried restarting my phone, to no effect. They replied, telling me to make sure my phone notifications were switched on, and to try restarting my phone – so they hadn’t even bothered to read my email properly! I pointed this out, but got no reply. So, to conclude: this is an UNRELIABLE app and the ‘support’ is HOPELESS.

Easy to use, keeps complex meds for 2 dogs and 1 human right and means I know when to re-order supplies. Brilliant app, flexible and easy to use. love that you can add a photo of each medication. The only thing I’d change is, it would be handy if reminders showed which user they’re for too. But overall it’s a 4.99 out of 5 and I recommend it

Just purchased this app only £2 to get full version as a one off payment.
Took an hour to list medication and appointments etc but the interface is so user friendly and it give you total control of your medication, you can even programme it to let you know when you need to get another prescription as your tablets are getting low.
It comes with 30? Sounds you can select from to use as a reminder, I think that this has enabled me to forget the worry of taking meds in the right quantity and at the right time!!! Well done to the App team!!

It's a nice medication reminder but what stops me using it is the refills can only be set for a maximum of 2 weeks, I need 4 weeks in order to put in line with my prescription as 2 weeks is not enough time to order from my doctor and collect from the chemist

Need to be able to sync
This is a very user friendly app - but a desperate hole in that it doesn’t sync across devices - please fix this and it would be perfect.. I can’t put in all that information separately.... surely an easy fix? Would happily pay more to get this.

There is probably more than I need on this app and I would love to give it app 5 stars but there appears to be too much missing at the moment. It doesn’t appear to update other linked and networked devices. This just leads to the very confusion it was meant to dispel.

Great Pill Reminder
I have used this app for years. I have so many different tablets and so many different times; some even so many hours between each dosage. This app makes my life that much easier. I can take my medicine then forget it until the alarm goes off telling what I have to take next. Brilliant.

I went for an operation a few weeks ago, and the alarm went off as my surgeon was checking me over, he asked me what it was, when I showed him, he wanted to know the name and downloaded it to his phone.

Good app. Needs a bit of work on some things
I bought this app a couple of days ago to monitor both my regular tablets and as needed tablets. It is a good app providing you are regularly taking medication on a schedule.
When it come to refills, there are no options for the as needed’s. This is a pain if, like me, you’re on pain killers and take them as needed but still need to refill them on prescription. There isn’t an option to have a minimum level to remind you. Say you have 160 tablets in a box, I would like to set a reminder to remind me when there are 8 tablets remaining so I can re-order them. That way I don’t miss out on my prescription and have enough time to place the order. I like this app and if this was done I would rate it 5 star.
The website does not give any contact listing for the developer and really if you want to provide support you need to provide the option to give it and the option to receive feedback from your users. I am giving feedback because I like the app and this is a suggestion I hope, to make it better.
Another note dated 4th Jan 2020. If you have to modify the reminders it deletes all the history of any doses you’ve previously taken. Why? I cannot understand why it is needed to do this. It is a real pain if your schedule has to change. Still no feedback from the developer and that should be a warning to anyone buying this app.

Very good helpful app.
One suggestion would be that when I tick to take my meds it logs the time I’ve taken them. This would be handy for me as I have to take meds at set times per day and I have to fast either side of taking them so I can loose track of when I should be taking the next dose or when I can eat a meal.
Also, I’ve completed a 12 month course of meds and now the only way I can stop getting notifications would be to delete the meds, this deletes all my meds history which I would like to keep as a point of reference!

Fantastic App
I have been using a competing app for many years. Perfectly satisfied and I’m not averse to double entry so I might run both in parallel.
However
This app is nothing short of brilliant, the developer has clearly put lots of effort in the functionality and design, not only is it a breeze to use but it’s aesthetically pleasing too. Sergio is giving this away at £1.99 so I would grab it now before he realises 😀

Nice to use, notifications don’t always work
Much nicer layout and user interface than all the others I tried. Simple and easy to track. Nice icons. Lovely big tick next to the med. I have two meds every day, one twice a week, then I was on another one temporarily first every hour day and night, then six times a day, then every 4 hours. It copes brilliantly. You can set up the whole schedule easily, saying “do this schedule for x days, then switch to this, then that”. I set all the reminders but also set alarms on my clock app in case, as I Have to be 100% compliant. The reminders didn’t always go off. Maybe competing with the clock app alarm? Don’t know why. The reminders are more reliable now it’s only every 3 hours. Also pops up on the watch, where you can tick the box. I tried about 5 apps simultaneously and they each do it slightly differently. Liked this one the most, by far after using them all in parallel for nearly a week. (next best for me was by Medisafe and that interface may be preferable if you have lots of different meds to take at one time or have someone monitored, but the sound reminder on that one - more fun choices- also went off only sporadically).

Not flexible enough
I downloaded this to try to remind me to take my medication correctly. Unfortunately, you have to search the US FDA database for your medication, which means that only drugs listed in it can be entered - not helpful if you live in Europe! Also, you can only enter the dosage of tablets or capsules, even though it has pictures of injectables, eye drops etc! For „users“ you can enter a name, but only with an image of a woman- and I am not a woman! I am deleting it and searching elsewhere!

Just a demo
Only allowing two reminders in the free version doesn’t really give you enough exposure to the app to decide if it’s worth the money.
Without buying, the app is really just a demo with limited utility. Quite clunky to use too.
Good luck with the paid version but I haven’t seen enough to decide if this is worth buying.

Cannot recommend to anyone with multiple Apple devices
This app ticks all boxes except the fact that people increasingly have an iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch; and expect their data to silently sync across all so they can pick up any device and work.
Had I known this limitation I would have looked for another app that does, so and my advice is to move on if you’ll want to sync your data.
If that feature isn’t important to you then I can’t fault it, it seems to do everything else needed very well.

Pill reminder
Just purchased the upgraded version of this app(£1.99) to replace my existing app which is no longer supported. So far so good Re it’s operation. However I have 2 linked devices iPhone and IPad Pro, so it loads onto both devices automatically when purchased, first annoying feature is if you set up all the info on one device it doesn’t set up on the other, which is annoying as I have quite a few meds to enter. Secondly when grudgingly re-entering all my info again on my second device (iPad Pro) , it would only allow me to enter 2 reminders unless I paid a further £1.99 ! Er I don’t think so, bit of a cheek as I’d already paid once. So deleted the I pad pro version. Bit naughty developers, is this the thanks you get for supporting you ?!
Please have a rethink on your charging policy developers, then I’ll give you 5 stars.

Great but cross-device reminders needed
This app is just what I needed - I paid to upgrade as it said the upgrade version worked on iPad, iPhone etc. and I need one set of reminders across both devices. However I would have to set up the reminders twice, and therefore tick them off twice, which isn’t ideal. Apart from that it’s really good and a big help.

Life Saver
I need to control 8 different medications, with multiple doses every day. On top of that the prescriptions are not synchronised so refills are always being required. The drugs are life critical. This app is the best I have ever bought, literally a life preserver.

Needs sync to multiple devices
It’s great but could improve. I’d have given this a 5 star rating if a) it could sync across devices. No way do I want to type all my meds in more than once (I have 3 apple devices). I’m on my iPad at home then phone when out and about so I need this feature. I expected it as standard these days. And B) if it could check UK medication not just american formulary as meds have different names and often dosage distribution.

Absolutely brilliant!!!
Oh how I wish I'd found this app years ago.
I used to forget to take tablets or couldn't recall if I'd taken them at the risk of taking double.
But this app sorts all that out and more. I must admit it has more than I actually need and I use mainly the reminder and check list to record the fact that I've taken my meds.
I've even put my dogs meds on. It copes so well as his are every other day.
Please keep the app upto date and working with each IOS update as I'd be lost without it.
If you have trouble remembering to take your tablets or not sure if you've tAken them then this app is for you. The full version is only £1:99. Absolute bargain.

Pill Reminder
I find this app absolutely invaluable. I used to just sometimes go upstairs to take my tablets and then forget to take them, the only way I knew I had forgot was I started to feel unwell. I now use the app and keep my tablets with me. When the alarm rings I immediately take my medication. Recommend this app to anyone on long term meds.

Just what the doctor ordered!
Invaluable app especially if you're taking multiple pills across the day. Easy to customise as needed to your own requirements and circumstances, and the option to add GP and/or hospital appointments is an added bonus. One area where it could be improved is where a prescription changes, e.g. Dose increased and/or dose schedule modified: If you change this in the Reminder option, when you save you loose past logged records. If this could be modified to retain those records, it would warrant the extra star. Additional to this, (as a nice to have) if the app could use iCloud and sync across devices, that would be the icing on the cake.

Brilliant
I’ve just had an eye operation. The post-op requires me to put one type of eye drop every 2 hours and another type 4 times a day whilst putting 2 different types of drop 3 times in my unoperated eye. Sounds confusing - you bet it is, but this app has enabled me to forget about having to look at the click all day long or set separate timers. Thankyou developers x
