Forest is a great game, you plant trees to get time off devices!! But there’s just one thing...
Why should we have to pay to get screen time away from us?? I know that they want to get profit, but it’s sort-of an educational app!
But apart from that it’s great!

This app is great, it monitors how many hours of revision I complete with the added bonus of getting to create my own forest which can be filled with many the different tree species, only problem is it seems to subtract the coins I receive after I revise, take for instance I completed 2 hours on the trot yesterday evening and only received about 42 coins for doing so, taking my total to 139, I clicked off the app, came back on and found that I only had 119 coins left, not too sure why this is the case, but besides from that love the app! The forest sound gives me a good vibe and is a great background noise for concentration.

I mostly use this app for when I want to study, it keeps me from being distracted by my phone and is also a good timer as I can set how long it can be, so if I am doing a 50 minute study session I set the timer to 50 mins and it counts down and I can’t use my phone. It is motivating as I don’t want to kill my trees, and its for a good cause as making trees gives you coins which you can use to plant real trees!

super cute and works really well. I get distracted very easily and often find it hard to focus which is why I love this app!! it motivates me to work because it gives me short periods of time to sit down and just focus so I can split up my work in a more organised way.
I’ve tried free ripoffs before but this one is just worth paying for because you get to see your progress which really motivates me! anyway, super recommend. ♥️

Can’t start a session from Apple Watch. When a session is started it doesn’t allow you to view it on Apple Watch face.
What would be ideal are the following features:
1. Able to start session from Apple Watch
2. When session is active, Apple Watch takes up whole screen with the time remaining, the tree. & the name of the task at hand (to focus you back to the task) and nothing else.
3. Able to automatically set time to be until next calendar event. This would be great at work. If I only had 13 mins til next meeting, it’d be great if it knew that automatically and set the pomodoro timer to 13 mins (or an option of 11 mins, ie automatically factoring in 2 mins transition time)
