Excellent app to remind you to use affirmations during the course of your day. You choose when to be notified and if you feel the daily suggestion(s) isn't for you, there is the facility to change it. I love it.

A great app for free
It's a great app that sends you notifications as many times as you wish to remind you how fabulous you are and boosts your self esteem. It could have been brilliant if there was an option to write your own words for I AM.

Simple idea and easy to use Had my boyfriend help choose my options which made them feel more personalised. Shame you can't add some of your own :-(
