Sending to Nigeria
WorldRemit is very reliable and they send money very quick and straight to the persons receiving the money in Nigeria in his/ her account .I totally and 100% recommend WorldRemit.

Poor rates
Few years back lebra money transfer was best transfer rate for online they only had sending fee £1 for Bangladesh rates were much better then WorldRemit when lebra merge with worldremit there rate gone 10x worse I only use acemoney transfer and SmallWorld money transfer they have better rate them plus they give free transfer to very disappointed the rate they give for Bangladesh

Fraud company Avoid
I have send money through world remit on 18 March but still haven’t received the payment.Calls and emails over 20 times to customer service but they have no decent answer.Just ripped off.Over a week requested for refund no refund either.
I’m still m planing to case against company to get my money back.
So many decent companies use them.Avoid these fraud company.If you use you are just wasting your money same as me.

Simple, quick and convenient
The best part is you could pay with Apple pay up to £8000. I’ve been using this service from last few months and I must say this is the most convenient and reliable platform I’ve ever come across throughout my foreign transactions history. So far I’ve completed a dozen of transactions and on average it deposits the money next working day into designated bank account in Pakistan. I used Western Union quite a lot of times in the past but their online & app system was very frustrating whereas World Remit beat every other service provider. They keep me updated with the transactions until it is deposited. Excellent & Recommended service provider. I don’t mind paying 99p for uninterrupted & convenient service. Thank you WorldRemit.

Recipient Management
App is simple enough to send money but recipients Management doesn’t work at all. You cannot add a new recipient on it’s own but only when you send them money. It tells you names only in your Recipient list but you cannot view or modify their details. This is very basic n should be fixed.

Ok if you have time to waste...
Sent money to Ivory Coast for mobile money on a Friday, 4 days later it still had not been processed. Tried to speak to a manager but they were too busy, manager finally called back next day and money had still not been sent to the recipient. It’s a good concept but definitely would not recommend it if it’s an urgent transfer!

Problem with fraud they said so I tried again to make work
The exchange rate and charges are good and minimal. Payment is made quickly and easily to many countries and in their own currencies. I can pay using credit card so I have a week or two to get my finances. Never use a bank again.

Awful customer service - Avoid this company
Terrible support and customer service. Really disappointing with the way they have treated an old customer. No apologies, not information on a transaction that was having issues, needed to wait and call them to get to know what was happening, and not even an apology for the huge inconvenience they have caused. I have to say sadly, avoid this company... their service is below disappointing. Very bad WorldRemit.
