Product delivered but not received.
I’ve ordered from SHEIN twice and haven’t received my items either time. This time, they emailed a photo of the package left on the pavement/side walk outside my house— no call, no text, and no doorbell. It feels like a mockery; a refund doesn’t help when the event I needed the items for has already passed.
I’m only giving this a one star because it’s the lowest the system allows.

Okay, first of all shein is so useful, you can get basically anything and everything on it and the discounts you can get when you login are amazing!! But, sometimes when you order it it malfunctions and since so many people have bought the product in the past it suddenly runs out which is quite annoying and upsetting. Apart from that, it’s a nice app. For the prices the clothes are good quality enough but sometimes the whites are see through and I go out in public not knowing that people can see my nipples. Definitely recommend and 5 stars for shein.

Not too good for boys and over 12kg boy or girl
You buy something better and pricey to get things easier for you not more difficult. Discussed and very disappointed! I love how it’s color and the designed but I believe it’s not designed more for boys but for girls (depending on their weight and age). my baby sits on it and within few minutes I can see his legs turning color slightly purplish. I believe this size is only for up to 12kg baby girls. The design is not very suitable for boys because the front part that stops boys urine is not high enough to stop the it. every time my baby urinates it’s all on the floor and potty which is very bad hygienic for babies because he’s still too small to understand that it shouldn’t be touched. At first I would sit in front of my baby and would get all his urine on me. Now all on the floor. Wasted £15+. the simple wide potty is much more useful than this one. I don’t usually leave review until I use the item regardless any company’s production.

Shein became a return scam!
I have been buying form Shein for years. I always been very happy customer because you could buy nice stuff and get really good advise from reviews. That’s what I love about Shein - real people reviews. Normally the items were as described but sometimes not at all, normally the sizing was spot on but sometimes not true to size. But it wasn’t a problem because you could return your items and get full refund… NOT ANYMORE!!! and I feel SCAMMED!!! Shein is taking one third of the refund back, this is unacceptable and unbelievable! If the items were true to size of the quality would be always as described I wouldn’t return anything, this is online shopping and customer cannot try on or see the items. But now when you are returning items you are being robbed and shopping with Shein became unpleasant and I’m going to stop shopping until this is resolved and customers are not being charged one third of the return value! Such a shame and scandalous situation. Shein you are loosing VIP customer because you are UNFAIR with your returns!

Prices change in basket
Please be careful. The items are good, however I’ve noticed several times now that an item that may be £5 before adding to my basket for example will immediately say £22 when viewing the item from my basket. this happens frequently with all items, and then shein will give you “discounts” that supposedly make the item £15, when I only put it in my basket because it said £5. This isn’t because of demand either, as the change in price happens immediately after I put it in my basket. Seems dodgy and very misleading practice, and will probably cause people to spend more than they realise. Also just updating this review to add that upon reading other reviews it seems that they’ve been doing this to people for a while and the developer has actually responded to reviews about this and yet they’ve continued to do it, so I’ve lowered my rating. Also I find that ordering the exact same items but from my other account actually makes items even cheaper for some reason without any discounts which leads me to believe that items sold don’t actually have a set price at all if people are getting different costs

Great but why did it suddenly become 16+?
I only ordered off of here yesterday, and I’m checking back and it’s now suddenly a 16+? I now won’t be able to check my order and track it at all. How do you think I feel having to just wait in agony just in case my package doesn’t come and I have no way of reviewing anything? Make it back to under 16. I’ve had the app for about a year now. It’s genuinely not my fault I’m under 16 years old? Just because sometime inappropriate showed up doesn’t mean to have to restrict the app for people under a specific age. Just get better child protection om the app and make people provide an ID or their face to show they are over 16-18 years old. It’s incredibly unfair for me because I can’t check or review my incoming package. You may send out emails to the customer but that doesn’t help. I want to TRACK my package so I have a rough idea on its arrival. This same issue has happened with many other shopping apps, but this is the one I’m mostly upset about because I use SHEIN very frequently.

Don’t bother to buy
My parcel was delivered to strangers on a different address! The postman who delivered my parcel took a picture of delivery and on that photos two different parcels with my address and my name and another person address and name! Obviously he delivered my parcel to someone address and there is was prove of another parcel with address on it, so you can clearly see that it was delivered to somebody else! I have a cameras around my house and postman never came to me with my parcel! I show photo to SHEIN from Royal Mail site that postman posted a picture of my parcel and another parcel with different address on it but SHEIN keep telling me that I’m a lier and that I definitely received my parcel! I already explained that I’m disabled person and can’t walk and can’t go myself to that address where postman just threw it! This is fully discrimination against me as disabled person! They ignored that picture of delivery to wrong address and ignored the fact that I have a cameras! It was a Christmas gift for my little son and my boy will never get his Christmas present. Please, never buy anything from this company because they will lie to you that you got everything on your hands, even if you have a cameras around your house!

The handling fees are ridiculous
I’ve never paid handling fees anywhere else in my life, that’s the employers responsibility and frankly it’s not like the handling fee is £5, which would be more than adequate off every customer. It’s just another scam to rip everyone off. Half the time it’s nearly quarter to half the order it’s outrageous. I understand why everyone’s going to Temu now and I don’t blame them. I’ll be going there now simply because of that. I spend hundreds per order with you and have always been a loyal customer, I don’t expect a fortune added on. I have to either cancel half my order or make 2 or 3 separate orders. That’s no way to do business and your discounts are a scam. It’s not 25% off or any other percentage off its maximum a certain amount of pounds. So instead of lying just say £25 off, £8 off etc. Literally sick of the false advertising (illegal by the way). Just so you can stick extra charges on all over the place. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time but I’m out and jumping on the bandwagon with everybody else. You need to change some things before you end up going bust because everybody I know has changed to Temu because of these things and they have most of the same products anyway.

Missing parcel
I placed an order in July for all my summer clothes for a holiday I was going on. Unfortunately my parcel did not make it to my address. I contacted customer service and I felt like I was talking to a robot and not a human. This went on for multiple weeks but heard nothing back till I sent another message. The messages I received were the same each time but just worded differently. My Shein parcel and my pretty little thing parcel were meant to arrive together. Neither of them made it to my address. I received a email to state it was delivered at number 12 but it was not. I have a photo of proof of delivery but all you can see in the photo is a random pair or somebody legs holding both parcels. I contacted Evri and explained the situation and they confirmed that my parcel was lost/stole. (I never knew a delivery driver would pass a parcel to a random person in the street.) I contacted yourselves and pretty little thing and I received my refund from pretty little thing with no issues straight away. However.. yourselves are refusing to give me a refund or even acknowledge my emails without me having to keep repeating myself asking for an outcome,so I’ve now lost out on £82 pounds of clothing which is a lot of money to a company like yourself but to me it’s a big amount. The fact you just dismissed any sort of refund or even sending the clothes again. I will not be using shein again due to this matter.
I hope that in the future no other customers have the issue I have had, if so I hope they get a better outcome than I have had.

So this app is overall decent it has some good cheap prices although I do not like paying £3 for shipping but we can’t have everything so anyway this happened 20 minutes ago , the delivery guy was at my gate and my gate is like elevated so I was higher than him and my dog (which is all bark no bite btw) was in the doorway like 6 feet away from me and I had 3 people around me and the gate was closed and the delivery person said is your dog away while walking away and so my dad said well no I guess because the door was open she was just standing there (btw she’s tiny) and he ran away and we could of come out of the gate to collect it but when we got out the gate he had left and drove away and I appreciate that some people have a fear of dogs but I think it was a bit rude and not necessary and like a overreaction plus I am currently on the road for my holiday and something in the parcel is very important for my holiday and now I have to go on without it because of delivery person scared of a dog in the doorway that even if she attacked wouldn’t be able to get to him. Sorry if I come off rude or ignorant but this has deeply upset me!!

Amazing app this I’d say it’s the best one I’ve ever used I love it ranging from baby’s to as old as u want,lots of fashion for women and men,children’s clothes are beautiful too. You can buy most things on here not just clothes,shoes or pjs & slippers there is so much more you will be super surprised I was,tool,garden,shopping,household items,furniture,decoration,toys bedding some superb stuff here but it don’t matter what you look for if you search the item in you will probably find it at a better price. The app is so easy to and easy to purchase items & get them delivered to ur door you can track it an see what day it will be delivered who with an approximate time normally a 2 hour slot.
What ever you get from here you will be happy with and very suprised, delivery can sometimes a little while to come but can be anything from 1-2 days but upto 2 weeks. You get vouchers to apply, you can pay for shien club or shien saver, an u can use student discount too but not at same as ur tokens from shien. Shien have everything I love it,they have even now taken into account people who love sports wear & they do loads of sports stuff any way but they now have some designer makes includes I’ve seen Nike,new balance, adidas and others you just search them in. I won’t ever stop buying things from shien now it’s that good.

I ordered from shein for the first time, it was a Christmas gift for my sister, which was baby girl clothes for her new born baby, when the clothes arrived I noticed every single item of clothing had the white age tags hanging off them on the OUTSIDE!! Having never ordered before I’m not sure if this is normal or ok for some people, but it definitely wasn’t ok for me! They was all a gift and looked absolutely ridiculous! Red dresses with tags down the side, a white fluffy coat with tags hanging down the side! Tights, leggings, jumpers, not on the collar or the back of the leggings but down the sides!!
I would never of been giving this mess as a gift! After emailing shein customer service with my complaint (who were as useful as a wet paper bag) I was told they have received my complaint and it would be looked into, I was then told this is how all their clothes are made and sold, which I replied with , so why are they not advertised that way!? As I would have NEVER purchased them in the first place! After being told again and again it was being looked into further, I was lastly told , my refund period had expired !!! And there is nothing they can do and they are glad I understand! No! I don’t understand at all and I have never been treated like this from other online stores! I paid for rags basically THE LOT WENT IN THE BIN and was offered NO REFUND even when willing to post them back!! I’ll never use shein again and my account will be deleted after I have post this review for other customers about to purchase clothes, for children to NOT BOTHER!!!

No refund if parcels or items go missing
Multiple items were lost or stolen during transit. Unreliable courier used by SHEIN (Yodel) so my parcel was not safe/securely delivered to my address. Customer service terribly unhelpful, marked the case as closed without even offering a chance for me to respond. I was therefore unable to get a refund. This also happened when a courier (Evri) previously delivered my parcel to the wrong address and it subsequently went missing/stolen. Luckily, I contacted my credit card company and payment to SHEIN was blocked while they investigated the issue. I will not order from SHEIN again until they use reliable couriers. I am posting here because there is no other way to communicate with customer service about the missing items in my order (they have marked the case as solved when it clearly isn’t). They have no interest in helping their customers resolve these problems even though it’s their responsibility to make sure the customer receives the products they have paid for. Highly dissatisfied and disappointing!

Shein is now ripping people off
Shein has always been an amazing shopping avenue for me I used to order a couple hundred pounds every month until recently when they started sending me wrong items for my order and I had to return a mahir part of my order. Recently I place 2 consecutive orders and had a same issue. When i was processing the refund I was given an option ton process a combined return for reduced carbon emission and I happily did that now both the returns were made under 1 tracking number in 1 parcel which is showing delivered and shein’s site itself noting the status that quality check is completed for both the orders however they only refunded the lower amount return and kept on saying that the other one is not registered in their warehouse, while both returns were in 1 parcel which makes it logically impossible. I shared all the details and evidence with them but they are happy to ripp me off for a gbp90 over a business of several hundres pounds a month. The only reason I was not going for Alibaba and Temu was the laziness to learn about their apps etc but now I am definitely done with shein.

Shopping would be a pleasure if only the delivery courier would be different
Every time I buy at Shein, my anxiety level goes to the roof, not for the quality of the items I order, but for the Courier that is going to deliver. If it is through Royal Mail, everything is in place, but when Evri take the parcel here is where the problem starts: they do not knock, the do not leave delivery slips; if I am not at home then I am scared they going to through the parcel to my neighbour back garden scaring the hell out of them because again they don't knock at the door. My neighbours saw this round parcel flying through her back yard and thought it was a 💣. while landing it hit some light she had ha i gong and a vase and broke them both. I don't understand while they bother the neighbours rather then pop the parcel to the next door shop, and also they never send me a message saying it was due to the delivery as if so I would have left a note on the window TO NOT DISTURB THE NEIGHBOUR. I would order basically every day... but the thought of having to deal with EVRI just stop me every time.

Terrible business that steal ideas from small businesses!!
I ABSOLUTELY can not tell you how much I HATE SHEIN!! I think they need banning as a business. They steal ideas, products and images from small businesses and use the products as their own products!! They stole my beanie hat design that I handmade and claimed it as their own.
I also know of a lovely artist that sells pinbadges (all their own creations and designs) SHEIN stole their design and started selling the pinbadges that this small business had created. It was a little circus design. The small business then had a cast and desist on Etsy for selling and stealing sheins products even though it was not sheins and the small business had been trying to get her product removed for months off the SHEIN website!! I think it’s horrendous what their getting away with. For cheap nasty quality items that are mass produced. It’s costing a lot of small businesses the rights to their own products. I know of a lot of small businesses having their products and images stolen by SHEIN. Another girl selling corsets had all her images stolen too and they were selling cheap knock off items! It’s horrendous. DONT SUPPORT THEM!!

I love shein !!!
I love the good quality of items and the low prices, you get your money’s worth and there is pretty much something on there for everyone. Although the background of shein isnt to great i would still highly recommend it . I have only ever had to return something twice and one was an ipad case but that was my fault because i selected the wrong size and the other was a pack of three tops which were just the wrong size . Always look at the size guide when looking for clothes because you might be one size in a certain brand but it wont always be the same measurements on shein so check the size guide and that will help you . Also look at the reviews of it , I mainly go to the reviews to see if it is true to its size and to see pictures people have put on to see what things are really like because once i bought a pack of mini claw clips and i thought they would be a good size for a half up half down hairstyle hut they were only 2cm long but when i looked at the reviews afyer they were delivered i realised if i had looked at the reviews that that wouldn’t have happened . So the reviews are really good for seeing what you are actually going to get because some things are advertised to look a bit better then they are .The shipping however is not free but £2 GBP this isn’t that much but when it was my first order I didn’t know that so i had to take things out of my cart and it takes normally 9-14 days , for me it always seems to come between 9-11 days but sometimes it will take less than 9 days , you can also get express shipping which is a little bit more money but if you need something soon then it wouldnt be a bad purchase. Overall shein is one of my favourite places to buy thing from since everything is good quality and good prices . I VERY VERY VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!! I hope my review helped .

Be very careful of this app
I have bought numerous amount of clothes of this app. Some of them turn up dirty and stained. Some of them will not what I ordered yet you can’t speak to anybody. You can’t get a human being. You just end up getting a bot all the time. Then we had the case where you buy, a whole lot of clothing and you don’t know it’s not returnable so you’re left with a pile of clothes that are no good for you and you’ve only got a pound off but they’re saying that is final reductions which is a lot of rubbish because the items that I’ve got, which they sent me two of the same dress didn’t want to keep one of them why do I want two of the same dress? Can’t return it still sell the dresses didn’t really get it much cheaper. I think I’ve got £2 off yet. I can’t return them trousers pointless disgusting not at all what they were pictured like can’t return them sippers I bought I love not going to slate the slippers but they were 50p off the resale price couldn’t be returned so be very careful when you’re going to shop on this app because they will stitch you up. Did they offer to help you via some lady on Facebook? Never heard another thing didn’t contact me they have all my details but they’ve never contacted me to get my problems resolved. Disgrace. Oh yes, and yes, some of the clothes do stink of fish they turned up screwed up to buggery they don’t check what they’re sending but on the plus side I’ve had lots of good things off them please just shop with the thought in mind that you’re probably not gonna be able to return anything, 90% of the jewellery you can’t return so if you wanna waste money shop with them

They don’t let you win the credit through games!!!
I’m so frustrated every time I play any of Shein games on the app they always make you think you are going to win and then trick you into sharing to try to get points and credit. It does not matter how often you share or follow the instructions you can never win! Example: I need 100 points to win £100 credit on a game and I am at 99 points. I share and they add 0.2 of a point instead of the usual 1 point or more. They know how to rope you into the game and use you for clicks and sharing to other people add more clicks and engagement then possible purchases on the site. It’s a shame because I have enjoyed using items purchased from here but get mad every time I go on the site now. Don’t even get me stared on the outfit competition that’s another issue of it’s own! I don’t know if I will re purchase from Shein anymore. Don’t waste your time on the games they feel like a scam every time.

So far I haven’t had a problem or bad experience in any way. The offer selection is excellent, there’s an excellent selection, outstanding quality, true to size and picture/description, price ranges are great. The delivery times & tracking options are true. What the information says is what has been carried out. The lady who delivers most of our items is excellent all round & when items are delivered through post so far they have been on time also + my post man is lovely also.

I’m Shein obsessed. I always use this company. Never had a problem as the max I spent was £40 however, I spent £200 on chlothes a whole month and it’s still not here, but no proof of delivery at my door I didn’t even get an email or text to say what delivery has came. I’m never out so I didn’t miss it but the company saying I can see it’s not it’ been delivered so they keep saying wait another seven days, so wait and nothing I’ll complain and complaint and all the kids saying wait another three days so I had a email off a person of the company saying if it’s not here by the 10th or Saturday will give you a refund back I told him to keep the clothes I just want my money back £200 is a lot of money but the company keep saying wait another three days they don’t want to give my money back so I’m fuming an angry as it’s a part of the Christmas I should’ve known not to spend so much had a problem with soon as I spent £200 and then not delivered to me it’s a bit weird to me. How you can spend so much and doesn’t come, but then if you spend £40 pound and then it comes Just be careful. People don’t get spend so much money on Shine you can’t trust it always been on the case for months I don’t know if I will have my money back. I hope I do I’ve got proof that I’ve paid machine I’ve always got proof of it saying been delivered but then it’s not delivered Shane 🙌 knows it’s not been delivered. They agree with me but they’re not doing nothing about it. So what’s that about I’ve got every proof then I had a message saying I didn’t pay my delivery you can’t press without paying your delivery. Great amazing site with a fantastic choice of various clothing items & other household, phone & jewellery type of accessories that any woman loves to shop for & buy!
Which clothing types for all tastes to choose from such as elegant & ladylike, classic basics, lovely winter styles that still make you look great while keeping you warm & then there’s the sexy & seductive kind of styles! All at an affordable price to suit anyone’s budget!! My only criticism would be that there isn’t more of an option to get the deliveries a lot quicker…even if it was only on certain items? Would also like to see the flash sales & bonus offers of price reductions & money off codes or free delivery codes…to last a bit longer on some of them… than at the moment when you are sent them & often have run out before you can take a proper look thru for something you want to buy?? If you’re like me, then work can often take up a whole entire day & nite…on shift work…so you don’t get to claim the offers & codes that are sent to you…due to it already expiring before you can even try!

Amazing but check reviews
I’ve found shein to be a great online shopping app, it’s the only one I use and I’ve downloaded tons. But I’d recommend looking at reviews at the items and double checking descriptions of clothing etc to check if it’s to your standard, eg; stretchy or thick fabric etc. if not you may be disappointed by your purchase. You can return most items such as clothing but not makeup and some jewellery obviously. Online payments which is good as it includes clear pay for uk residents of ur not willing to pay in full. And it’s so easy to track your parcels, as I’m writing this mine is in transit. Some deliveries do take a few days such as a week or two. But I’ve found small purchases come as quick as 5 days. It has everything you could wish for including points which u can log into the app daily to get them or enter clothing challenges etc to take money off your final purchase, coupons, TONS of them and so much more!

I wanna give five stars
I love so many things about SHEIN. I like to pronounce it, Shine! They always have my size which is usually hard to find. You can filter for better material quality if you’re like me and prefer/need natural fibres. The shipping and returns aren’t scammy like lots of other international companies. I find that if you follow their descriptions everything is generally spot on size wise, and it’s affordable for very poor people like me. Alas, I can’t give a full five bc of the unfair labour practices that keep being mentioned online. I also follow some tiktok creators who have had their designs stolen from SHEIN which isn’t cool. There could be more care for the environment. The shipping is pretty slow but tbh if it were faster in this current climate it’d only drive up the prices so I’m cool with planning ahead a bit. Lots to love and trust about SHEIN and they aren’t worse ethically than other high street brands but are cheaper and have my size so they beat the competition in many ways but definitely have some serious room for improvement. Trustworthy for actually getting what you ordered and being able to return it without much hassle which is pretty major.

Favourite shopping app
Such a huge selection of stunning dresses & lovely things. Easiest shopping site to navigate on the whole net. Has a better & more efficient built in search engine than Google. Although everything is made in China, the cut is not for Oriental women. There’s breathing room & flexibility in every garment. Beautiful, cool, comfortable fabrics, well tailored & always a flattering cut. So affordable I’ve bought my favourite dresses in many colours & bought 2 of each of my favourite colours in each range as I wear their summer dresses everyday & have tons of their black & white suit style dresses which look so expensive & smart so as to make you feel confident when walking around posh department stores & you get treated with respect by their staff (as we know, some posh department stores judge us on how we look & discriminate against us if we don’t look the part.) Such a huge selection. I’ve bought tons of gorgeous dresses & loads of stunning belts. I’m probably gonna buy some of their crystals next time I do a big shop. Just wish their crystal range was wider & slightly cheaper as the same crystals are half the price on Alliexpress, so are some higher quality, bigger crystals. Most stuff arrives fast so they obviously have warehouses in U.K. You don’t have to wait for them to ship it from China like other All Chinese made sites. It’s my favourite place to buy dresses but there are cheaper sources for the exact same homeware & same cosmetic related products, the latter of which I wouldn’t buy as ALL Chinese cosmetics are tested on animals & in Labs with No Animal Welfare rules, checks, standards or limits.

Treasures to be found
I feel a bit like a pirate digging up gold on the app sometimes. The stuff I’ve bought for my very spoilt cat has been amazing and compares well to expensive items found elsewhere. I’ve also found gems for me too.
Quality of clothing is hit and miss but the return process is easy so it’s not a problem. I’ve found some stunning dresses on here for around £20 that would be £100plus elsewhere. They do some really cool and quirky home accessories too.
I am aware that a lot of the clothes are not from sustainable processes but unfortunately I am not in a financial position to be 100% ethical when shipping. However, there are some items that mention sustainability.
I recommend reading the reviews, the customers are your friend, the photos and feedback are really helpful when making choices and you get discounts for providing them, regardless of what you say so people are very honest.

Never looked back
I admit I was a little hesitant to order anything at first, I thought it would be poor quality and the wait times horrendous. Not so. Not so at alllllll.
Firstly once I decided to order - I thought I’d start small - impossible! There’s so much gorgeous stuff! Quite a large order with free express delivery (I still thought it would take ages) and also 25% off due to order size. The amount of compliments I have had on my clothes have been ridiculous, including the style and quality and I love them. I had lost some confidence in myself and my appearance so the order was a wardrobe overhaul. I have never looked back. The delivery came in 2, first one arrived within days and the second just after a week. I didn’t return a single item (though I have been assured by my 18yr old daughter that returns are super simple).
Today I have ordered some things for my mother in law, and also my 9yr old daughter (as well as some more things for me! Haha) I am so excited to receive my order. Again free express shipping and also 25% discount. If you get to the pay screen and it seems too much, double check and press cancel - you may not have applied your discount. It asks if you want it all back in your basket, say yes, go back through checkout and apply any discount codes you are eligible for. Simples.

This app is good but rigged….
I like using the shein app and use it everyday to keep up to date with the daily check ins. It gives me coupons and most of the time I use them. Sometimes they are ones that I’ll never use like 30% orders over 100 but I understand that others will use them as it’s a good deal if you have the money. The one thing that does frustrate me is the games you can play to win points. Every so often there will be a game to play that can win you points. At the moment it’s a spin the wheel concept. I have had this app for over a year and not once have I ever ever got and single point or coupon. It always lands on thanks for playing. This is very frustrating and annoying and I think it’s extremely rigged. No matter how well I do in the games where you control something ( for Easter for example you had to collect things in the bunnies basket ) I will never win anything. This needs to be fixed or at least addressed thanks for reading this far.

SHEIN is a great app,cheap app,trusted app,fun app,overal a great app!You can get points where you can discount your money,etc. 100 points = £1, 200 points = £2 (whatever type of money you have)and you can use them when you pay,there’s a special button that says something including with points at the bottom when your just about to pay and you can insert your points!You get a free delivery for your first time!And this might go away soon but orders of £35 or over you get a free delivery!But the delivery takes around 2 weeks and if there’s a short supply or packages then it will be delayed for a few days,which is quite sad🥲But other than that you can also get points from doing outfit contests!(it will explain everything there lol) and also by making reviews!And other ways too!Overal it’s a great app!<3 have a good day!🙏🏻💖

Shein review.
Shein is a lovely place and can sell absolutely anything to door handle holders! mop slippers! Bread sponge, and tops leggings and much more I 100% recommended shein as you could buy stuff up to your budget yes the shipping price is quite expensive £2.00 but it’s not that bad compared to other shops you can also return, use any card of ur desire, it can get delivered to your house or pick it up from a certain location if u don’t go to shein now things might sell out ( not ) but it would be amazing for shein to build more and I hope shein becomes more popular than pretty little thing or anything else I love shein as I can get 10% vouchers 20% vouchers and more and you can also get free shipping from time to time. Shein is so aesthetically pleasing u can get so much stuff and so much different styles from white to black, green to red, blue to yellow you can get stuff for u bedroom like small little plants and wall decor i love shein and try to buy off it once a month it’s cheap and don’t know wha I would to with out it )…… thanks shein u have changed my life in 1000 different ways……

Love Shein, its definitely very different compared to other places. I love how you can see previous customer’s reviews/pictures with their exact body sizes. It really helps to get the right size. To be able to see pictures of the actual items from customers is a plus. You can check in daily to get points. You get points for reviewing! Pretty much points for everything! They have such a wide range of things! It’s unbelievable! Absolutely love their clothes! I can tell you my wardrobe is pretty much full of Shein! I love the bags the also send the items in! Reusable! I take them everywhere! I have got quite a few family & friends obsessed with Shein!😂🙈 I cant tell you how many parcels we have coming to my own house/extended family & friends houses! GREAT ALL ROUND
I live in Greece and it is really difficult getting stuff from the U.K. now. Some things take three months to reach me if sent by standard mail.
SHEIN orders normally arrive in 10 to 12 days which is great as I am on a Greek island.
So far I have been impressed with the quality of the items ordered and the sizing has proved excellent when buying clothes. I put in my own measurements on the app and it tells me which size is appropriate for each item. Also you can look at the reviews from others who often attach photos of themselves wearing the item which gives a more realistic view if you are not 6 feet tall and a size XS.
The prices are amazing and this year I have purchased all my swimwear and summer dresses from SHEIN. Everything has been perfect and I have not had to return anything.
I have just placed an order for some homeware (towels, sheets and cushions etc) so will have to see what these are like.

Fantastic app and online store
Having ordered a few times now from this app I think I can safely provide an honest review… the app itself I have no faults, discounts and active bonuses/points you can find yourself getting cheap clothing even cheaper!
The items itself is a bit touch and go although 98%of the item I’ve purchased have been as advertised (the key is to read the reviews) and great quality but you have got to be wary on sizes… be sure to read enough reviews on items to way up the size you need to order. The quality for what you pay is brilliant also. Delivery times vary but usually within the estimated time I’ve order with express shipping and got that in 2 day!!! Other times was 14 days. Orders usually end up coming in separate deliveries also due to being stored in separate warehouses but again always arrives in the time given.

Hi! When I first discovered shein I was so happy. There are so many clothes and variety’s of styles for such good prices. I’ve been shopping there for a while now and never once have I had to send something back. Honestly I especially like shein because it has really good dupes and it always has the things I’ve been wanting. For example the bunny hat with the ears that move, I blight it and dammn it’s so cute.I recommend you always check reviews to see how it looks in real life, but I would also like to comment on how good sheins jeans are. They are really thick, amazing quality and for all my tall girls out there, they are perfect. I am tall and they reach to floor or a bit longer, exactly how i love them. I really do recommend shein, but if you need an item for an event e.t.c I recommend ordering 3 weeks in advance, my orders usually take 1 week and a half or 2 weeks to the uk :)

Cheap and cheerful!
I’ve been using Shein for years now and I’ve only ever had a few issues (my own fault) due to clothing sizes. I don’t understand why shein gets such bad publicity when all you need is literally here! People like to buy clothing with the wrong size and blame shein but You can fill out a size chart and get clothes tailored to your own size. Everything comes as pictured; so what you see is what you get! You can earn points by checking in everyday and it can be used as a discount not to mention you get given weekly discount codes which is amazing! Being from the uk your package will take at least a week to come but you can pay extra for faster shipping. Sometimes you can get some of your items in the uk warehouse but you can’t chose it usually comes from the China one. Overall it is great! Don’t knock it till you try it! A lot of the stuff on there is cheap as hell and comes exactly as pictured. Give it a go :)

I came across this app from an old friend, I asked her where her outfit was from and she was like, ‘shein of course!’ Wondering why I’d never heard or come across this app, I asked my mum if she’d ever heard of it and she told me she’s actually done quite a few orders from here, all good quality and comfortable fit. I decided to download it, even though I don’t normally order offline however when COVID-19 hit, I decided to have a little go at online shopping. After about 3 hours of scrolling through and adding items to my basket on shein, I realised I had over 200 items!!
It became my go-to shopping app as it’s not only clothes they have but accessories such as handbags, earrings, necklaces, phone cases, hats, rings, pop it’s and more.
I’ve done about 7 orders off Shein and all of my items have been extraordinary, comfortable fits, cute outfits, good prices, amazing quality and always true to size!
I mean, what more could you want?
If I’m going to be honest, it’s become a bit of an addictive app which I don’t see as a bad thing.
The only thing I will say is that it takes at least maybe a week and a half to arrive and if you have a big order it may be split into different packages so they will come at different times but in my case that’s only ever happened once and it was a Tuesday then a Thursday so it wasn’t that far apart.
I’d recommend shein for anyone. It’s so amazing and I’m absolutely in love with this app! 🤪😝

ABSOLUTELY LOVE
I came across this on an advert on Snapchat, and I have bought so much stuff! I love it all! I have never found a reason to complain and all the clothing is suited specifically to what I have bought or favourited. It’s such a good app, the clothes mostly arrive fast and are of a good size. Once I had an item of clothing which didn’t fit, so I returned it and found an easy, helpful return system which gave me a full refund, I sent back my clothes and bought the exact same ones in a smaller size and it was great! All the customer reviews are helpful and honest, they come from real people not fake people paid to say positive false information which I love. All the trends are current and I find myself filling my basket to £££ and then trying to buy them one by one 🤣 Before this app, my wardrobe was fine but a bit bland and ordinary, and since then I feel like an ABSOLUTE QUEEN getting ready in the morning. My one complaint is that I can’t choose between the millions of outfits to buy and wear! Thanks so much for keeping up with trends and making my fashion life soooo much better xx

Help..?!
I was super pleased with the app when I first downloaded it! There’s lots of great offers and the whole layout is clear and easy to use. However, over some time (a couple weeks or so), when I’d be in the middle of using the app the screen would start to glitch and become a lot slower, and then the screen would go completely black and then crash! At first I just thought it was because my battery was running low or something but it keeps happening over and over and it’s getting worse. Now WHENEVER I use the app, after a minute it crashes really fast and my whole phone gets EXTREMELY HOT and when I say hot I mean too hot to touch! This problem has really put me off the app so much I wanted to write a review to see if this can be fixed! Or looked into because I’m doing some relaxed shopping and then my hand starts to irritate from how hot my phone is and then BAM! The app crashes and I have to start all over again. Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this?

Great products, poor customer service
I always loved shein but recently had really poor experience with the customer services. I got locked out of my account, the password rest wouldn’t work, regularly tried checking both my inbox and my junk mail, I tried a variety of web browsers and the app for this reset and nothing. I tried daily to talk to someone on the customer support and even though it was within their ‘opening times’ was offline. Every day. For a week! I tried messaging multiple of the Instagram accounts and got told to email them, who then after waiting, replied telling me to talk to the customer services that oh yeah once again offline. There was no where I could report anything and was chasing my tail all over the place. Had stuff I wanted to order, an existing order to track and then also want to place some items for a return and couldn’t do any of it. Such a unnecessarily stressful situation that I had to keep chasing and there was no one there to help. Was like a robot was replying on Instagram as the response was barely relevant to what I had sent. Just all in all an awful experience. Eventually I got to talk to someone and they reset my password. But even that took an extra 24 hours to get sorted. Just felt really let down as always loved shopping with shein.

I absolutely love this brand! I tend to order a lot at once because of the cheap prices and huge range of styles.
I have found that some items are poorer quality but still find a use for them and can’t really complain for the price I pay! They offer so many styles for all seasons and have a good range of sizes. The majority of my wardrobe is from SHEIN! I have never been disappointed with my purchases, I’ve got my friends into it as-well and they are equally obsessed with everything they have purchased!
The only thing I wish was improved is the shipping time. My orders usually take just over 2 weeks which is sometimes quite annoying as I’m desperate to get all the products or I have an occasion I specifically needed the things for.
Other than that I have no complaints for this brand! I absolutely love it and regularly order a whole batch of new things 😂❤️

SHEIN is my favourite brand out there and I think it is the BEST brand! You can get so many clothes for such cheap prices and also receive these pieces of clothing and be super happy with it for the price and the material and fit! Everything I have ordered so far have been true to fit I’ve been super happy with my purchases and I literally wear no other clothing anymore apart from my SHEIN orders!!!!!💕 this brand I highly highly recommend it, it’s an amazing brand with amazing clothes and also sells home accessories including bedding for aga in cheap and they look amazing! SHEIN has also been every good with me when I have returned something too! You can not fault SHEIN by the slightest. Shop is good, app is not
I love Shien for the wide variety of clothes and accessories for my size! Not many places have nice plus size clothing, most places sell plain and boring clothes that make me look like an old lady! But Shien actually caters for younger audiences and I love it! HOWEVER, since the app has been updated, I can’t change my profile picture! The photo part is now just a white circle! On top of this, Shien VIP is ridiculous, I’ve followed the rules and it took months for it to actually show! And contacting someone to actually talk to is stupid, I can’t find ANY way to speak to someone, just a stupid robot that doesn’t answer my questions. Shien needs a better contacting route, there’s no number, email or online chat to contact in case something is wrong or you need to ask a question that isn’t answered in Q&A’s! I spent hours the other day trying to find a way to contact anyone after my VIP status hadn’t changed in months and the robot repeatedly answered with wrong answers and wouldn’t put me through to anyone despite it saying live chat was available!! Just ridiculous. I am happy however with the payment options. There’s a good range of options with good payment schemes. It’s just such a shame contacting someone is so hard to do! It’s the only thing that puts me off alongside the VIP statuses taking forever to change. Needs sorting ASAP.

Best clothing market
Because I’m not really a girly girly if I went on boohoo or pretty little thing only girly things would come up but with SHEIN there’s loads of different genres which is really important and something that makes the app better. Right now my The basket is full with 111 items and if I find something I really want and it’s really nice I can’t because I have my basket is full of lots of really nice clothes and I have to try and find something to swap it out with that is less import😂
SHEIN is such a lovely market and it’s so easy to search things up and nothing i have bought has been bad I even got an extra with a top I bought. I do really really recommend this app it’s brilliant but I think they should make it so there isn’t a basket limit because I have has to swap really nice things out because I want something else. So that’s my only problem a unlimited basket

Omg!! I love this app I couldn’t recommend it enough to you all!!💓this is the best cheap clothes site I have ever shopped with I spent just over £200 on this site and got like 28 items that’s amazing I can’t believe everything is so inexpensive but such good quality💞totally recommend for all girls they even have a plus size category and everything is so cute from that section😊and I’m most products they show the customers pictures of when they got the item in real life and that is such a great help because you know if your buying something that is pointless🥰the best thing about this app is that when you open the app you get a free 15/20% off most of the time when you open the app that’s such a great deal😳the only bad thing about this website is that someone the pyjamas come in a different material shown in the photo but it’s fine you can’t really tell there still really comfortable🦋I honestly love this clothing brand I can’t wait to make a new purchase😉my whole wardrobe will be filled with shien clothes😂LOVE THIS 10/10🌸

Love love LOVE it!
I first came across SHEIN when an ad for it popped up on a social media and I instantly thought it was going to be another cheap store where everything you ordered was nothing like the photo or made you look like you were dressed in a bin liner. I decided to have a nosey anyway and came across some things I like. I took a risk and ordered them. I was completely surprised at the quality of them when they arrived to be to be honest. However the sizing wasnt quite right and I needed to send them back. I thought I was going to have a nightmare returning them but it was so easy and the refund was quite quick. I decided to use the site again a couple of months later and I haven’t looked back since! I now turn to SHEIN as
my first point of call when shopping online! They have some lovely clothes and I LOVE the pyjamas that they do. I’ve even recommended the site to friends and family who also had the same initial thought as me. Give this site a try! You won’t regret it. Super lovely clothes at a super cheap price!

Love this shop soooo much!
I absolutely love Shein! I first came across it from when I saw someone else shopping online on their site, and I went on their page later that day. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of super nice clothes they have on there, and they even have makeup and home decor as well! I was even more shocked when I realised how cheap and reasonably priced their clothes are! I thought seeing as their clothes are so cheap, that they would be bad quality. However, I ordered my first order from there, and I found that their clothes were good quality, so very quickly, Shein became my new favourite shop ever. I’ve ordered 2 packages in total (received one and the other is on the way - exciting!) and I’m pretty sure I’m going to buy everything from this shop! I’m even going to buy some back to school things, and as I have wanted to redecorate my room for a long time, I think I will now because of Shein’s amazing home decor department. Love this shop so much, I am one of many thousands of happy customers - me and my best friend are obsessed with Shein! I have recommended this shop to all of my friends and family. I promise I am a legit customer, I haven’t been paid to write this😂. Thank you Shein for being my favourite shop!

Truth be told when I first saw the ad pop up on Facebook for shein (a very long time ago) I was hugely sceptical.
I’ve been stung in the past with ordering clothing that looked beautiful and ended up being bad quality.. however over the last maybe years and a half / 2 years I have ended up spending an absolute fortune and don’t regret a single purchase.
That’s not just on clothing for me but on my 3 daughters (8,6 and 5 months) as well and all the items have been hard wearing and beautiful.
The prices are fantastic.. great voucher offers given too.
My one and only peeve is that sizes start at xxs and yet there is only ever a handful of items in each category combined for that sizing.. I’m a petite 4 usually so xxs tends to be a better fit for me.. though luckily I can happily fit an XS too if I wear things looser. but it would be nice to see the sizing be a little more inclusive for smaller/petites.

Love but expensive shipping
Absolutely love this app for all the different types of styles, hats, makeup, accessories, I especially love the fact that you can get set clothing pieces and set bikinis 👙 with out having to pay for the bottoms and top separately, the only problem I would say is that the shipping is like £4 and is only free shipping on orders over £35. It also takes quite a while for shippings to arrive as they are so far away in another country however it is not too bad waiting such a long time so long as you order the item you need earlier than when needed (like a month) mine came within two to three weeks which is quite good as it suggested about a month for it to arrive. But apart from this I absolutely love the different items and points/extras to the app, especially the free trials they do which you can sometimes get into, I have never had one myself but keep signing up every few days until eventually I will hopefully get a free trial.

Best online store I’ve used
In my opinion it’s the best online shop there is, a wide range of clothes, aswell as different materials such as makeup and home furniture, all the clothes are trendy and there’s clothes for everyone’s taste, aswell as cute clothes, it’s very cheap and affordable unlike other shops like plt, the materials are good quality, I love how the reviews work, so you can see pictures of it in person and if you should size up or down. If something in your basket goes out of stock, they will show you similar clothes at different prices, most of the time it is cheaper. The swimwear is one of the best qualities of shein, SMSing designs and shapes, and such good quality, aswell as being very cheap. The only thing that I don’t like about shein is the time it takes to get here, it can take over a week and doesn’t have the option of next day delivery if you don’t live in China, but I understand it’s very far away but they should warehouses that actually store clothes and make them in the uk and other country’s, Thankyou

Very, very slow.
I’ve ordered from here three times and each time have had the same experience and will likely not use them again. You can find some very good clothes for brilliant prices, but the time to wait is simply not worth it. You would think this is because it is shipped from China, but I don’t think this is the case. Around a week after submitting my order, there was still an option to cancel an item, so it’s very clear that it wasn’t even packaged yet. The tracking system is very confusing and seems poorly translated and even though I had express shipping, it took the same time (about 16 days) and there was no difference from normal shipping time. However, the staff are incredibly good. They will ALWAYS reply within 24 hours - I mostly received a response before 12 hours - and they were very helpful and understanding. The only issue is the shipping times and tracking systems, so if you want to order from them, I suggest you order at least 3 weeks in advance and don’t bother with tracking until it’s with your local mail holder and then use their own tracking system.

I’m quite a big shopper but It was quite cautious when I saw the first AD for SHEIN. I’ve seen a lot of people comparing SHEIN to websites such as Wish or ROMWE and to be honest, them APPs are HUGE rip offs. I thought that SHEIN would be another one of those but anyways, I decided to risk it and but some things. For my first purchase I bought a jacket, the quality wasn’t great and the sizing was off (I freaked when I saw that I was shipped from China because I know that clothes from there NEVER usually fit me as a 2xl European). Even after the first purchase that WASNT great quality, I went on to buy a few more bits and... OMG.., they’re the best things I’ve bought online. They’re good quality and comfortable. I must admit and give a heads up though. The sizing is all complicated and in cm etc etc, I’m too lazy to do all of that so I just chose the biggest size 😂 the sizing is very on and off but I think that you honestly get more then you pay for. Been a month and ive already made 5 purchases WOOOOOO. The only was I can describe SHEIN is as a online PRIMARK
