Really gentle but effective

I love this workout, it isn't cardio so no real cals burned but wow what a lovely workout for the back & shoulders!& goes nicely at the end of my existing workout Definitely feel more flexible after this and I appreciate a workout that just targets the back, good for giving you a stronger back and nice toning for that backless dress too!😊
