If you are not a member of Food on the Go please do not download and install this app, as you will not be able to log in. This app is not a replacement for the ShopandScan kit.

App works perfectly and always has done since I downloaded it. Takes a while to get into the habit of remembering to record your meals. I only wish there was an app to replace the clicker for food purchases would make life so much easier.

For everyone wondering about logging in with the food on the go scheme. You have to use the food on the go scheme panel number provided via email rather than your usual username.

Only use your fotg app panel number for the username and leave password blank
Hoping that I can help some people. I couldn’t get on either and I know my username and password. Then I remembered when I had to reload app to my phone I was advised that you use the fotg app panel number as the username and leave the password BLANK. Find your Fotg app panel number in the introductory emails. It’s a little confusing as the email has your shop and scan household number then your fotg sms panel number then it has your fotg APP panel number. it’s this one that you use as the username and leave the password blank then press enter. you should then get in. Hope it works for you.

Food on the Go has ground App to a halt
App worked fine until I was asked to apply for the Food on the Go scheme. App now locked up despite repeated installs.

Received an email to join their food on the go panel, already an shop and scan panel member for several years. This app does not work, all I get is the home screen and a message stating it failed to connect. Sort it out guys I would like to participate in the goth panel but cannot until you fix this. Others reviews saying the same as me do it’s a major flaw in the app and not just me. Shame on you.

This app is good however it would be good to have a 'shared product' option as its a pain to select myself all the time if say a bag of popcorn is eaten by the family or a friend, and it would be a pain to re add them on each time for one product

Can't get past the login screen
This is what I've been waiting for, an app to use for transmitting data etc but can't even login. Says incorrect username &/or password but they are correct. No other options to get on. Load of rubbish in my opinion.

All you do is scan your receipts and send you get 10p for each one and £3 for joining and sending your first one
