Not good to have to pay for essential extras!
I have to walk dogs and am not happy with the fact that I need to pay to have transparency to keep me aware of the surrounding noises and safe on the headphones! Other companies offer this for free! Not good Apple/ Beats!

Great app but glitched at the moment
Great app, I’ve been using it for years. However when you load into the app there’s a popup offering a premium free trial, I press skip and then it pops up again instantly so I can’t play any music.

when from good to bad
when the bass booster was free i would use this app 24/7 but now this app is just useless and i can’t even use any of the effects anymore. please make it back to free again because i use to love this app more than anything and now i can’t even listen to anything bass boosted anymore. get rid of this subscription it’s just ruined my music

Life-enhancing
I have different levels of hearing loss between my left and right ears. After running the hearing test I can now, at last, listen to and enjoy my music again. Just the right balance and frequency adjustment. For me this app is absolutely perfect - can't praise it too highly. Profiles are clever too.
