-Manage My Booking:
Review and modify your current active booking, pay or issue your on-hold booking and benefit from many additional services, including options to select your seat and meal, request for special services and upgrade to Crown Class or even GoCrown by bidding for your next upgrade.
-Check-In:
Royal Jordanian wants what’s convenient for you. This app has been designed for you to save time at the airport by checking in online, selecting your seat on the spot and getting your e-boarding pass through email and SMS.
-Flight Status and Schedule:
Plan for your next trip and search for RJ flights through our flight schedule, available for both round-trip and one-way flights. You can also track RJ flights through our flight status feature.
-Royal Club:
If you are a frequent flyer member, you can the option of accessing your Royal Club account on the go, or become a member for free!

Unusable
This app will not let me sign in despite all my details being correct. Royal Jordanian read these reviews and do something about it, not a single review above 1 star… I’d give zero stars if it was possible.

Royal Jordanian Airlines للأسف انتم أسوء شركة طيران وموظفينكم في مطار ستانستيد الاسوء في الخدمات والتعامل.
موظفين عنصريين جدا ( اجانب) وهذا كان واضحآ وجليآ مع
كل ركاب الطائرة
يجب توظيف الأردنيين في الملكية في مطارات العالم لكي نعكس قيمنا وعاداتنا مع مواطنينا ومستخدمي الملكية من الجنسيات الأخرى لا ان نوظف أجانب لا يجيدون التعامل مع الأردنيين .
تضارب الأقوال والمعلومات لدى موظفين الملكية هناك غير مهني نهائياً ولا يتماشى مع قيم الشركة وأهدافها .
الخلاصة، نقاطع التعامل مع ما يسمى بالناقل الوطني ونبدأ بالتعامل مع من يحسن التعامل مع الأردنيين وخصوصاً كبار السن.

أسوأ خطوط طيران في العالم
يخترعون القوانين لفرض رسوم عليك ويتم اعلامك وتطبيقها على باب الطائرة
اجبرت على دفع خمسين دولار كاش على باب جسر الطائرة مرة
واجبرت على دفع مئة وخمسون دولار في رحلة اخرى لندن وكنت اخر من يركب الطائرة رغم وصولي مبكرا حوالي اربع ساعات تشديد إجراءات وادفع ادفع ادفع حتى تركب.

Shameful app, excellent way to show the public the real meaning of corruption in large organisations or when unqualified people become decision makers. Obviously no one of the shareholders of Royal Jordanian has the skills, knowledge or expertise to challenge the bad performance of the multimillion airlines with the 7 digits salaries of its board members.

Maybe another corrupted deal where the CEO's friend was chosen to make an 'amazing' app for the airlines.

The most personally intrusive approach. You cannot use it without filling your personal details. Not only your email address but name address telephone number and date of birth! Not only that, you have no option but accepting to receive their promotions. Unbelievable! Immediately deleted.
