It’s a gift from heaven above we finally get Problematique! Even if it’s not the original intended track list we do have the majority of the major debut from Kim officially and I couldn’t be happier. Every song is a sublime, incredible work of pop music art. Each song is forever memorable. With its addictive French house and tropical pop beats the album has it all. All She Wants with Paris Hilton is probably one of the greatest pop duets of all time. Deeper and Somthing About You are utterly beautiful euphoric anthems. Confession is a dance floor banger as is the French accordion hook in Love Ya Leave Ya! The album is perfection from beginning to end!.

Unclear why I can’t download music when I have paid for the streaming service. Clearly this makes sense to the engineers but as an end user it is unclear why I can’t play my music when it worked previously. In the old days when I ripped cds I could see what I had purchased and available to play on the device. It is frustrating wanting to play some music on a walk to be blocked for some in explicable technical reason. The UX is baffling and not intuitive

I load albums to iTunes on my windows laptop, then update my iPhone 11 iTunes. A lot of the tracks are missing on the phone. Also when it does download albums and tracks to iPhone, a few weeks later, some of the tracks will be missing from the phone but still in the iTunes library on the laptop. Utter rubbish.

I think it is fantastic that Apple stil continue to honour their commitment to iTunes, even on the iPhone / iPad / Mac even though they plug the Apple Music like crazy, that I originally subscribed to on Microsoft PC and still use as my main storage resource.
Why would I want to pay £9.99 a month to play my own music collection? The fact that there are umpteen million tracks in the Apple collection is irrelevant to me, when all I want to do us to play the ones I’ve purchased from iTunes or those from my own personal collection stored on there.
Sometimes, weeks may pass when I am unable to find the time to listen to my own iTunes collection or I may be listening to radio instead. So paying out £9.99 a month would be a total waste of money!
When I remember a particular song or piece of music (why does Apple call them all songs?) that I either never purchased, lost or damaged, I’m very happy to pay £0.49 / £0.79 / £0.99 to download it to add to my collection, even though I’ll never actually really own it!

I find 99p steep for one song especially when your buying songs from years ago, folks have already retired or changed careers and yet the song prices I have paid for are the same price as new comers. I have 258 Oldies from the late 50s and 60s music, all the hits of my era. I was 15 in 1960 just right for the start of it all. Now lm 76 but still only listen to the same music from iTunes. They have allowed me to have all the original hits of the artists on me at all times via my phone onto my car radio its wonderful, l never ever listen to any other music then the oldies from iTunes, so please l can still buy them. Love that I can mix tunes brought on ITunes with tracks downloaded from old CDs and play these on iPods, the iPad etc. I don’t want to subscribe to Apple Music. Increase in authentication measures over the last 6 months for Itunes purchases seem designed to make the purchase of tracks and albums more cumbersome.

The sequence of songs on an album is ruined when some are sent to the cloud, then they return as space is made available; you end up with 2 counts of the same song.
Also, I don’t think 1 song taken from an album should constitute an entry in the ‘albums’ section. An album is an album.

I’ve loved this app since I was first introduced. The only problems I seem to have are that a) I initially had uploaded a battery of music to it and used it as storage. Those songs, not purchased from Apple, disappeared from my device and later, my iTunes. Customer services said I could only have this resolved if I provided proof of purchase of all those songs so I had to kiss goodbye to that! Then b) it seems like if I don’t listen to a song for a while, it disappears from my device until I re-download it. Other than that, I’ve always found it to be a brilliant app.

The store has different items for sale depending on whether you access from iPhone or MacBook- the search function is not easy to find (this is basic no?) and it constantly tries to sign you up to Apple Music subscription service which is just a con for someone like me who doesn’t spend that much on music.

Overall great but sometimes your shows are either missing early seasons or split in parts making it hard to find which episodes are in the right order plus when looking at buying a film it won’t tell you if you have it just because it’s now a HD version so you can end up owning it twice

I have always enjoyed iTunes, though that’s not to say it’s without its faults. As Apple encourage me to move to Apple Music … I’ve spent too much here to jump ship, now. It’s generally easy to download your desired music, especially with the help of Shazam but again some of what you want isn’t on iTunes as Apple push their other Apple Music option. Not for me. It’s iTunes or I’ll go to Samsung, for me. Also, Apple make editing your playlists difficult in order for you to spend more, so be careful when editing.
Quite good but more often than not I Tunes does not have the remixes of soul and funk tracks I want.

I like soul and funk music and find that, mostly, iTunes has the songs I am looking for but often not the remixes I am particularly looking for.
I also find that some music I have paid for and downloaded simply disappear!
Purchased music has changed order.

Recently subscribed and really regretting it as my Purchased Music playlist has synced in the wrong order. Over 10 years of MY music purchases, 1500 songs, which have been in the same order for 10 years. No warning, no explanation from customer services, no fix (tried re downloading, deleted app and reinstalled etc) not good enough!! And to add insult to injury, you stuck a U2 album in I didn’t even want. Really.. 🤷🏻♂️😱

Love iTunes just needs more tracks available to buy, ie. Went to purchase the original Supa Dupa (released in 2009) not the 2010 album, and it’s not available, was gutted n had to buy the cd n upload it to use it

I love iTunes…….. I dont feel the need to play loud music on a hi-fi system with vinyl or cd’s these days, so a good music library with my iPhone and good earbuds has been great for me for maybe 15 years now!! iTunes has almost any music ever recorded except maybe some really rare alternative or independent label stuff……… highly recommended!

The most annoying thing about iTunes is when you preview a track, one it’s not long enough, plus it starts randomly somewhere in the track, it’s about time you were able to play the whole song while are you a previewing it, due to its starting randomly, you are not able to review the whole track, as you may not like it when you download and pay for it, as the preview did not include the entirety of this song.
I do not understand why you cannot preview the whole track, this day and age, as if you really want that track, you will purchase it, and if you listen to an entire album, there is no danger of you doing that, and if you enjoyed the album that much, it is an incentive to purchase it. Come On iTunes (Apple) get your finger out change it and let us enjoy your whole track,

The iPhone app is far superior to the app on the Mac, which for reasons unknown is called TV, but it’s like walking through deep snow finding anything available, as for reasons only known by apple they seem to want to push what they want you to buy/watch!!
Come on apple what was wrong with old store on the app?
