No Landscape mode!

I really want to enjoy using this App. However, since I suppose most iPad users hold and mostly use there tablets in Lanscape. Most Apps will self adjust to either portrait or landscape depending on how it is held. Please can you consider making it do both…. It's quite infuriating to have keep turning my iPad around. 😬

Good app for a mclaren fan but needs to become more accessible.

This app has good contents and so enjoyable for a mclaren fan. However I would like to see a ‘speak text’ or other ways it could become more accessible for those with a disability.

Love it!

Really easy to navigate, slick looking and regularly updated with behind the scenes videos and pics from the drivers and team. A must have if you’re a McLaren or F1 fan. Can’t wait to see what this season brings!!!

Great app to keep on track with McLaren

This is a great app to be on track with McLaren and keep your focus on how the McLaren team are performing. There may even be rewards for using the app but personally I haven’t been ‘lucky’ there.

Great app - minor issue with notifications

App has some good content. Radio messages are a nice tough!

There is one small issue where I get 2 notifications for each message. These are spaced about 3 mins apart. Minor but annoying.

Issues

Would love to use this app but every time I try to open the app I have to wait for a email with a code,what’s going on ? I have registered but this doesn’t help.Update after Update this app still doesn’t work for me as I am still unable to access it.It should be easy to use this app to receive information from the team but why oh why is it so impossible to use.

Doesn’t work after update!

The app was quite promising until a recent update that asks you to enter your email address to login, which then crashes and opens iTunes! It won’t work at all now.

Version 3 has dumped landscape mode on the iPad

This app has gone from good (initial versions) to bad (more recent versions) to useless if you expect it to support landscape mode on an iPad (the newest version 3). App value seems to have run in inverse proportion to chassis performance. ☹️

Lacking

The app has gone downhill over recent years. Partners page is not up to date and has information relating to last year not how partnerships are progressing e.g the coca-cola. Missing things like driver profiles. Could be so much better to engage with fans.

Far too slow

This is a nice looking app. The images are clear and the content (if limited) is good. The biggest problem is the initial loading time. In this age of Apps it is unacceptable for an app to take sooo long to load. Most of the time I give up and use other apps for the same news. Considering McLaren is a speed based company this is a very poor show.

Treats fans with contempt

OK, so there is a bit of news about McLaren, but have you tried joining the supporters club, whatever they call it? I tried and have heard absolutely nothing at all, and dates offered for supporters visits etc. are years out of date. This app treats McLaren supporters with contempt suggesting they have no interest in us whatsoever.

Was a good app but since update I have no circuits and the app is still saying that 2016 info is coming but that was supposed to be this update. New season starts tomorrow and I love watching the live feed from practice to race day.

Lets hope their cars are more reliable! Site seems to be obsessed with past and dead drivers. Flogging McLarens relationship with Senna getting a bit distasteful. Very little mention of Button???? Come on Ron get this sorted.

Doesn't work properly

The app is not working properly. During the race it kept saying 1/58 laps, no last lap times, no tires etc.. Need to take the app back to the drawing board and resolve all these problems before the Malaysian GP

Heard Ron Dennis today 22-11-14 stating he was going to review the whole years data from his drivers before he made the decision to keep either JB or Mag. JB has nearly twice as many points as Mag. JB is still at the top of his game and much more experienced than Mag. With the uncertainty of the new Honda engine next year. Stay with reliability and performance - keep JB, or like the others and after 20+ years of following Maclaren, I may as well download another teams app to follow.

Pretty good job, for v1.0

There seems to be a few bugs, but at least the app works as it should.

This is much better than the official F1 app though, and McLaren haven't stooped to the levels of IAP. All is good, so far.

Oh, and renew Jenson's contract for 2015.

He'd be sadly missed if he left F1.
