Description

ShotBowl is a fantastic measuring tool for Lawn Bowlers of every skill level. It helps you accurately find the closest bowl to the Jack.

It’s incredibly easy.

1. When you’re level with the green, take a photo

2. Find the centre of the Jack with the magnifying glass

3. Expand the circle until it makes contact with a bowl - This is your shot bowl. If needed, you now can extend the circle to see if there are any more bowls in the count.

It’s ideal for those ends when two or more bowls are in close contention.

Shot bowl

Downloaded this app in the UK as the reviews were good .This app does not even work it will not take a picture. When I try to find the web site it tells me the server cannot be found . So just wasted £1.99 as can’t even get a refund as nobody to contact .

I do like it, only two problems, you cannot zoom in, and when placing the cross in the centre of the jack then taking your finger away the cross moves, it’s only got too be off a fraction and you won’t get a true reading. Can you fix please.

Good idea but when we checked results with a measure some were different, so for a serious game still get down on my knees!

If auto alignment on jack ball could be added along with a measurement meter. It would make world bowls sit up and consider it for competition.

WOW fantastic Bowls App

This is what's been needed for ages no more messing about with chocs. measures and calipers. Very simple to use just hold phone above bowls click and once youve centered the ring on the Jack its simple to see whose bowl is the shot bowl Its ery very accurate too this will quickly stop a lot of disputes. Great for indoor bowls and shortmat too not just for lawn bowls 5 Star Idea wish Id have thought of it

If you bowl, must have app, cant find any resin not to use this for club use. Hope bowls community will be using it as part of the markers kit.
