Easy to use and is like a major superstore from home.
Everything you need at the touch of a button. It’s super easy to use and great value on its buy now pay later options and pay 3 instalments all interest free.
Would recommend. I only lessened it one star as when I check previous orders, it doesn’t always have the full details of what you’ve bought but will obviously let you know the price.

Have had trouble with deliveries & click & collect last time I ordered.
This time I decided to forgo half my order as because the App has to split it into 3 parcels total went from £145 to £170 or there abouts - upshot of this was I settled for all I could do on click and collect & will purchase other items else where
It’s not my fault parcel had to be split into 3/4 posts the total order was over £30 - then some bits could be click & collect others were post office only ; I may have added as I want not sure I’d finished my shop - but at that point I’d really just had enough!
To difficult when times limited negotiating all the tech on phone.

Some things are rather expensive for what they are, which is a shame.

I shopped with Littlewoods for years, my daughter shops with very and suggested I get the app. I haven’t looked back, I’m still new to shopping with very but so far am very happy with the service I have, prices seem reasonable. ordering is easy I can keep an eye on the sale a lot easier, with little woods I often used to miss the bargains. I would recommend anyone to get the app. The clothing is well made and all sizes covered . I’m looking forward to doing my Christmas shopping soon
I find the delivery a bit pricey especially if you shop for single items, I think the delivery price should be removed .
I shop with another and pay a delivery subscription once , and that covers me for free next day delivery for 12 months

I’ve read a few reviews and totally agree about the delivery charges. Very often, I order enough items to take me well over the £30 but because they split the order you end up paying for delivery. It seems to be happening a lot more lately and I do wonder whether it’s done so you have to pay some delivery charges? Very should do what a lot of other companies do by letting us have the choice to pay for an option of a yearly charge for delivery (at a reasonable cost).
Apart from that I do like Very, Very much and will keep my account with them because of the BNPL choice which is great for more expensive items you may need. Most delivery dates are pretty quick too, even though you may have to reluctantly pay the charge for it!

I’m not a lover of going to the shops, what with the last couple of years and Covid restrictions the Very app has been really useful.
The choice is very good and you can buy almost anything , but like somebody mentioned items are more expensive. In the grand scheme of things when you take into account the credit element and not having to physically go shopping there are benefits . When ever I’m purchasing anything I always take into consideration my own time and cost of fuel etc , although I only live approximately 10 miles from a major shopping hub it still costs to shop.
I will continue to use Very.

I give the app 5 stars as I have no problem with the app the problem I have is the delivery charge I shop quite frequently at Very And my orders are always over £100 so I get them delivered to my door But why can you not deliver them for free if people are spending that amount of money when you are delivering them to a shop that is close by I don’t see the difference I think you are the only one that still charge us postage for getting parcels delivered Any other site I shop on i.e. Debenhams Adidas Reebok they are all free delivery. I think if you have loyal customers at least you could do is check off the postage. Also if I pay over six months 12 months whatever it may be I don’t see why you can’t put the postage in with that as I didn’t Know that the postage had to be paid separately and I was charged interest on it so now I make sure I pay the postage

I have a very account so often use the buy now pay later option. I love how quickly the amount is adjusted after making a payment. The app works very well and is effective. The only issues I’ve ever had with very is them sending me the wrong item and not really being great customer service wise about it. I also brought a sofa and paid the full amount straight into the account. Because it was awaiting stock it didn’t come off the buy now, pay later which means I could have still ended up paying interest had I not noticed. I also thought it was cheeky as it took the purchase date as the start date meaning I had less months to pay the item off. You don’t get a selected date to make monthly minimum payments either - they have to be payed by the 19th which for me isn’t an issue but I know it causes a lot of trouble with some others.

I like the app very hard to find any fault with it at all,apart from if you need to use the” contact us part “. Like a lot of these sites they use a robot thing that tries to answer you and it can become annoying,but I’m not blaming VERY for getting that wrong it’s just technology moving on .overall a great app , great company with great offers ,on products.
One thing that is a problem is the free delivery option on items over £30 using click and collect, I’ve just ordered 3 items of clothes but because 1 was a different supplier they wanted to charge me delivery for it, easy y to sort as I just removed it from order , most places on line now offer free delivery anyway.

The app is good and very themselves are a good company had a couple of issues before but all have been resolved in a timely manner and shopping on here makes it a lot easier when you don’t have to pay right away. The only negative thing on the app is that there seems to be an issue with the save for later part every time I click save for later it comes up with an error message and it doesn’t work. It has been like this for many months now which is frustrating as it would be a great tool to use to be able to go back to and use rather than keeping items in the basket. I’ve shopped with Very multiple times and I’m disappointed that I have to leave such a low rating review. The reason for this low review is down to the delivery charge. There’s a notice on the account when spending £30 or more using click and collect, delivery is free. My order was for £47 and I was happy to use the click and collect service. The order was due to come in two separate packages, which was fine, however as the order was being split I had to choose two click and collect destinations. I was hoping to be able to use the same destination, however one was going to my local shop, where the only option for the other was a local post office and by the time I finish work any post office will have closed and I didn’t want to have to go to two different destinations to collect my parcels, especially when they were ordered together. So instead I opted to have them delivered to my home address, which resulted in having to pay a delivery fee of £3.99. So I’m curious to understand why the order had to be split, why I couldn’t get both delivered to the same shop and how is it possible to get free delivery to a shop when an order is over a specified amount but have to face delivery charges when spending the same specified amount? Not great.

I absolutely Love my VERY APP it’s so easy to use and you have everything you need at you fingertips, Very is a lifeline for such a lot of people especially in these difficult times, you can purchase whatever you need and pay over time without breaking the bank, ordering is straight forward and if there’s something specific you are looking for you simply put your description in the search bar and it takes you to what you are looking for( most of the time). Payment method is straightforward too but I do feel that there should be a PayPal payment method to help keep your details extra secure. I also agree with a review that mentions delivery charges i ado feel delivery should be free and I’m sure Very will probably find that a lot of people customers will probably buy more.
Would be good to see more discounts or even bonus points like a Clubcard to give customers incentives for their purchases pans again this will benefit both customers and Very.

Love the app, and prices are reasonable considering it’s on a credit account, for example a game I’ve ordered today was £10 more than the game shop, which is to be expected, but it was £30 cheaper than another company on credit..delivery charges can work out a lot I only wish that you did yearly delivery options, I pay my other catalogue £9.99 for free next day delivery for a year, so it’s a shame that very haven’t started these options, especially around Xmas when I can be ordering 4 or 5 times in a month for family and friends meaning we can end up spending upto £20 a month on delivery, between us all.

I love the ease of the app. I’ve never had a problem using it. It’s easy to navigate around and I can use facial recognition to keep my account safe. Very support team (customer service) are top notch. Recently had a slight problem and they was very quick to resolve it. If you join very rewards you receive special offers which is very handy when you have 2 teenagers who grow very quick at the moment and have expensive tastes 😂. You pay slightly more as it’s a catalogue but makes shopping so much easier. Delivery is usually really quick too. Sometimes it’s next day, depending on when you order. Can be a little longer if it’s coming from the supplier but not usually a long wait.

It’s a good app, easy to use but it said free delivery for orders over £30 on my perfumes but every time I went to checkout I was charged £3.99 and I spent over £100 so I just did click and collect, you’d think you’d get free delivery spending over £100 😔 The app can be annoying when you are trying to look at something quick and you get pop ups saying how many bought in the last hour, I’m not bothered about how many are sold, I just want a quick look. I’ve only had my very account for about 7/8 months, but during that time I’ve used it countless times, with having 3 children who constantly ‘need’ something it’s really handy to have, the customer service representative’s are amongst the nicest I’ve ever dealt with, the selection of clothes, toys, home furnishings, electrical appliances, the list is endless and the prices are very reasonable, the one and only little thing that bothers me is the delivery charge, it really adds up, I order quite a bit, sometimes daily, sometimes twice in a day, maybe more and it’s £3.99 each time, I just think it’s a little steep to have per order…I ordered a suit for a friends baby and forgot to order the bib any booties along with it, so ordered them immediately after and it cost another £3.99 delivery, it cost me £7.98 to order £32 worth of baby clothes, I was a bit annoyed 😕😣

I’ve been a Very customer right from the start. I generally like the App but hate the pop ups that cover the images. I don’t want to know that 12 other people are also looking . Also when you click on an item to look then return it takes you right back which is very annoying as you have to scroll through the same things again. Searches could be refined better as things don’t always come up but then I find them searching for something else. Love the choice of products and prices are very competitive I do tend to try and spend over £30 then click and collect as I feel delivery is expensive for just one or two items

Very is a life saver I bought a new flat as soon as I move in all my appliances star broken down fridge freezer/ washing machine/ Tv /coffee machine also needed to bu bedroom set for my sons room so everything started failing together this is not a joke every month something was broken down 🥲I didn’t have enough money to replace them.
But luckily I’m a very customer I ordered everything from very paying slowly and very has lots of easy paying options. I can’t thank enough it’s a life saver.
People are saying it’s pricey yes it’s little bit pricey but not much difference and I do except to be little bit expensive because giving customers lots of opportunities to pay slowly and easily.

Love very but a bit disappointed, placed an order for a iPhone 13 pro max on the 9th of December. It states it was in stock. After checking tracking later that day it said it would be delivered on the 30th of December, I thought ok I can explain to my daughter and she would probably understand trying not to tell her what the present was. But then a couple of days later after checking tracking again it had been pushed out to the 19th of January for delivery. Not acceptable. My daughter was 16 on the 21st of December, she did very well in mock exams and I mean very well as it was only this year she was found to be dyslexic.

Been with Very for years and would normally order over the phone or later on the PC, both of which could be a lengthy process. The app is definitely a game changer, easy to order, return via click and collect and sort out returns. Never had a serious problem - but delivery charges can add up and this can sometimes put me off ordering one/two items. Delivery of larger items can add up to over £20. A few years ago Very tried the option of letting us pay a one off delivery charge of £20 to cover all delivery costs for a whole year, needless to say that option did not last!

I had never heard of "Very" prior to looking for a laptop for my son who is doing a two year course. It was a particular one he was after and Very had it in stock, to my surprise It was also cheaper then other stores (in this case Curry’s however they we’re out of stock) which was a surprise. Another excellent example is the Tommy hoodie which was £30 less than House of Fraser!
They have a credit account which is the same or very similar as the Argos store card and a "Pay in three" service (similar to Klarna, PayPal etc).
You can delay payments up to 12 months, as long as you pay it in full prior to the end of the term, there is ZERO interest 🤩 which beats your traditional credit card!
My experience so far has been brilliant and I would highly recommend. Thanks Very (ps they quite frequently send through additional promotional codes)

I’ve just bought 3 items but couldn’t find a way to get them all on a single delivery, the only item I could change the delivery for was the largest. I don’t mind a small charge and think £3.99 isn’t unreasonable however that was chargeable to the largest item at £170, the other items both under £60 were free delivery so figure that out. It was the smaller items that I couldn’t add to the delivery for the larger item so they all came together. My only other option is to click and collect from a post office and then these would arrive on different days. If I’m going to have to pay for delivery you should be able to arrange all item to arrive together. It would be environmentally friendly as well sending 1 van and not 3… otherwise I do enjoy using the app for the interest free option even if it’s slightly more expensive than other retailers where you have to pay outright.

I use the app all the time, sometimes I pay up front and if it’s an expensive item I use BNPL. On returning a faulty item I get no problems, I ring and ask for a free returns label, or they give me a free-post address and a courier, a replacement is done immediately. The app is fabulous I just order and collect at my local shop, however on the free postage over £30 orders i find it difficult sometimes to remove the £3.99 standard charge, despite several attempts, I usually have to phone very to have it removed. If they sort this out, I’ll give 5*I don’t get bombarded with emails or sales phone-calls. I’ve had catalogues for years and it’s never been this easy to shop, well done Very nearly 100% satisfied.

Just tiny glitches what need sorted out. Pretty easy and fast to find stuff just searching, 1 annoying thing about searching though is when your results show up and you click on an item, it will go back to the very top of the list everytime so you lose your place where you are. Also when you search you can’t for instance filter the results and look at them in multiples size, it has to be large first, then extra large etc, instead of seeing all the results and sizes together. The buy now pay later and take 3 payment options are very handy, it’s pretty well set out also and explained so you never end up paying the stupid internet rates they charge

New returns process does not work!

Very have changed their returns process where they no longer include a returns label with the order. Instead you have to go online and follow the steps which lead you to printing the label yourself or getting a ClickCollect store or Post Office to print this for you. I don’t have access to a printer and both the ClickCollect store and Post Office say they do not print labels. They also said they have had a lot of annoyed Very customers who are facing the same issue. I called Very who arranged a collection by Yodel. They didn’t turn up. I called Very today who said Yodel only collect large items. They have arranged a collection again but I’m not going to hold my breath. I essentially can no longer order from Very unless i buy a printer. That’s brilliant, a cost saving for them which they’ve passed on to the consumer. Once I magically return this parcel to them this will forcibly be the last order.

I am fairly happy with the app but it does have one major flaw when you are searching for anything. This is the only reason I have given this 2 stars. When you search for items it brings up the results list and you then have the choice of viewing 12 or 100 items per page. I don’t like the 12 items pages as you are constantly hitting the next button for the next 12 results. For this reason I always use the 100 items per page choice, this is where the app lets you down, you can look down the list and if you find an item that you want to look at the details for you can click on it to bring those details up however when you return to the listing it takes you straight back to the start of the list. Not so bad if you were viewing item 24 on the list but a real pain if you had been looking at item 83 as you then have to scroll right through the list to get to where you were before. Surely it’s not rocket science to fix this glitch, come on Very, make the app better for all your customers.

Been using Very for years now. Love the ability to pay over a variety of different ways. Easy returns, simple and free collection from nearby store with collect +. Never had any issues really from a customer service perspective. Great range of brands and items for all the family and lovely homeware too. Not as much variety for homeware as I’d like sometimes but it’s one of my first choices* for a online splurge of womensware or if I am looking for something for my other half or the kids. *The downside is the amount of plastic packaging that comes with the order. Every individual item is wrapped in plastic and the package itself (something orders are split into several packages) all also come with plastic packaging. Could just as easily send the order in a box like a lot of online retailers do these days so on that basis I’ve marked down from 5 stars to 4 and sometime it will sway me away from very if I can get similar/same items from elsewhere with less plastic packaging.

They layout is clear and consists unlike some shopping apps where they have loads of tabs and tabs off of those tabs. Instead Very puts them into sections, within are suggested sections related to your search making sure you can catch similar products on promotion or sale! One issue I have found is that sizing guides don’t always line up or make sense, for example when trying to decide what size slipper I would need I was given bust sizes... neither the less I went direct to the company site and worked it out myself. However this could be an issue from their suppliers admin. Plenty of options to pay and spread the cost which is very convenient! Speaking of which this order I am trying the click and collect option to save a few pounds, another handy service but I can’t really review that side of it yet. Overall I would highly recommend this shopping app to consumers of all ages as it had a variety of products to suit all on one easy app :)

Absolutely excellent if you are a gamer with new titles coming out mid month and you can add the item to your credit account, with buy now pay later or spend it with 3 payments interest free. To get the item delivered to your door there a postage charge but they have added click and collect and the list is massive. So with click snd collect I can add the post office down the road from me for free and I get a text off Royal Mail saying my item is ready to pick up. Very handy app and nice to have a small credit account of £250 and get the gaming accessories or games day of release. If you can handle a small credit account snd use it properly it’s very handy no pun intended 😂

App is easy to use but at checkout it doesn’t make it clear if Very is posting the items to you, or if you have to collect from a ‘click and collect’ store. It shows both options, but not with any clear directions to choose one or the other, which is confusing. I have worked out if you don’t select a store this means it will be posted to you,
But if you do select a store by mistake you can’t then deselect it... so I’m still confused.
I also really resent the postage costs. Postage should be free, like it is for most account mail orders. I pay the £9.99 per year to have free next day delivery from ASOS, so if I find anything on Very and they have it in ASOS I will always buy from ASOS instead.

I can’t make my mind up about very, I have bought some side tables that are dodgy, lamp shades not finished off. I think my biggest shock was my delivery not getting here. I phoned the delivery company, no help at all. I had to search for the number for very. Why is the number not on the main page. I got through after a load of repetitive questions. I then get a right idiot on the phone who in the end pretending he couldn’t hear me and put the phone down on me. I have had to order the items again and be reimbursed for the items. I have to add that on the second call to very the lady was lovely.

I have had my Very account for almost 10 years and at the beginning I used to order items over the telephone whilst browsing my catalogue. About 7 years ago no catalogues were being printed so I started looking online but still ordering over the telephone. I didn’t like not having a catalogue but I knew times were changing and could also understand that the environment would be better off without the excessive use of paper.
About 4 years ago I downloaded the app and I haven’t looked back. I have complete control over my orders, deliveries and now regularly use BNPL so that I can budget my expenses. In all that time I have never paid a penny interest as I monitor when my payments are due and if I have more money one month I can pay some items off early.
Not bad for a person who only used computer/smart phones for the first time in my 40s
I have also found Very has a massive selection, good sales and different payment options which I love.

Heaven help you if you have an issue as it will test your powers of patience BUT if you’re lucky enough not to have any issues with your order, which to be fair has been majority of the time I’ve been with Very. It’s been an easy to use app & delivery has been extremely quick. Just note that when you make a payment, if you have a BNPL plan, your monthly does not go towards your plan & your payment to your plan does not go towards your monthly.
Once you accept & understand all of this it’s quite a convenient payment plan to use. I still use the app but cross my fingers that I do not have any issues so I don’t have to deal with the call centre hahaha

I have used Very for a year now and I have been very happy with the service and the overall quality of products purchased. I’ve not shopped for clothes anywhere else. As someone who hates clothes shopping I love that the sizes are true to size and I haven’t been disappointed so far.
The fast delivery service is excellent too. Some items are pricey in comparison, however overall I have managed to purchase clothes and been very happy with them.
I do think on a negative side that the payment details can be confusing at first, if you have items in buy now pay later, knowing how to allocate payment to each order and minimum payment. Customer services when called were a little sketchy too explaining. However this could just be me 🤷‍♀️

It’s annoying that they don’t have certain stuff on there but they do have a lot. I’ve just recently brought clothes and I will see how they fit as I’m not too sure what their sizing is like.
I have purchased in the past a washing machine which is bloody amazing! Facial stuff which again have been really good. I shall continue to pay them each time I get paid. I pay more than the recommended amount. My recommended amount is £7 something and the the three stage payments are £30 something but I’d rather pay more than to keep delaying it.

The thing I love is you can get your daughter on the app and she dan put all the things she likes into a basket . I then go through it and discuss sizes etc with her . If things don’t fit we can send them back no charge. In lockdown I am a busy working teacher with an 11 year old who doesn’t stop growing. She is tricky to get clothes for as (unlike her mum) she is a beanstalk with legs upto her armpits! With shops closed and her growing constantly its good to have very where we can try sizes and styles and brands and we always keep the ones that fit. Mummy loves everything she has ordered so far. And it’s great to be able to pay without interest over 3 months. What a lovely idea for parents who at certain changes of season when children have growth spurts to be able to spread the cost. I’m VERY happy!

Amazing easy to use and easy to navigate app for Very. Gives you all of your important personal information, such as your credit limit and balance etc at a glance. Just like a condensed version of their main website it has all the same facilities. Easy to use to shop for the items you want. It has the same search and drop down box, displays all the special offers and up-to-date daily info from Very on the home page. You can use the app to make payments online, you can view your order history, check your balance and many other things. Also has the option to search the Customer Service Help section too so you can use the app to log a query or to contact customer support directly at Very. Has the same secure login just as you would on their main desktop website. Would recommend downloading this handy little app for anyone who is a regular shopper with Very.

I find Very extremely competitive with prices and they have great offers. The downside is that if you’re not careful you can soon stack up massive interest charges. For example I always try to avoid paying interest but have been a bit short of money over Xmas and noticed they’d charged me £55 in interest because I had only made the minimum payment and if you buy now pay later the interest is huge if you don’t pay it off in time. It’s roughly fifty percent of the cost of the item. Just paying one months interest has put me off using this account as much. I now want to pay it off and keep a much closer eye on my spending. You can’t fault Very for choice of products though although I wanted to buy my daughter the Dyson Airwrap for Xmas and they didn’t stock it so had to look elsewhere.

Love shopping the app. The shopping part is perfect. We just need more choice please. Example ... air max 95 ultra se are only available in black and white, I wanted the grey ones. So I bought them off JD tbh. Would have used very if they had what I wanted, which in this case was easily possible.
The account section and deciphering different payment plans you’ve taken out could do with a little improvement. I’ve literally received confirmation emails of payments I’ve made weeks later. Also, would good if all items you’re paying for on various payment options (take 3, buy now pay later, etc) could be shown clearer so allowing easier management of multiple payment options easier.

I have never had any issues with the app. It lets me do whatever I need to do quickly and with ease. The app is very simple to use and very clear.
The only downside is the company. I have had issues with a number of orders ranging from arriving damaged, missing items for deliveries not arriving and the customer service team just don’t seem to care. 1 time when my delivery hadn’t arrived on the day it was supposed to I contacted customer services the next day to be told ‘well just wait until it does arrive’ and then when I asked ‘when will it arrive?’ I was told ‘dunno, should have been delivered yesterday!’
The other issue is delivery charges. I understand that they are a cost so somebody needs to pay for items to be delivered but I do feel that when you are placing orders for quite high amounts (£100+) delivery charges should be wavered. A lot of companies offer free delivery now.

I find the app easy to use and have had no problems and it’s easy to keep track of spend and monthly payments. The only problem I’ve had is recently when I ordered 4 items (1 was a baby chair) and I got a text to say they had been delivered at my local shop but when I went to pick them up they weren’t there. I phoned customer service and they said to leave it with them. They refunded the items off my account within about an hour and had to re-order. After reordering, I got a text to say they were on the way, but after 2 days they didn’t arrive so checked the tracking which said the items had been returned as they were refused delivery at my address...very confusing and disappointing as they were supposed to be delivered to my local store so I’ve gave up on ordering a third time!!

Fab but pricey for the likes of me who needs an item today and a different item the next...

The app is great, never any problems and excellent customer service, as well as the new products especially trainers and beauty, however.... I feel something must be done about the del8very charges. I like buying randomly or when I need something the next day from pjs for hospital to new sneakers when I am out, but as they are two separate purchases and they’re only hours or a day apart, I end up paying a FORTUNE in delivery costs! My entire world is Very, from home insurance to credit card to clothing and beauty, so feel there really should be options for deliveries and not just £3,99. It is really affecting my overall balance so add the interest and find i am starting to purchase the same items elsewhere online now. Add £4 to every item, make an outfit and you are adding £16-£20 on top....
Pity as LOVE VERY! Hope they read and listen to compliments as well as complaints and suggestions!

Irritating Green pop ups on items of ibterest

I love the app and can navigate and find things very easily HOWEVER- when i click on an item ANY ITEM the green pop up bars to tell me 500 customers are viewing this right now and another pop up 19 purchases made in the past hour... i really don't care who is looking or buying said items!! It really bugs me and you cant cancel it out the way, therefore you cant enlarge the picture or move on until they have gone...REALLY IRRITATING. This ploy wont make me make me feel pressured into buying because it may sell out, it makes me look at something else or go to another shopping app!! Please get rid of it very!!!!! Otherwise, great speedy delivery, easy to return items and never had to use the customer service as all in all its been a great experience

I just want to say how great Very and the App is!
Never had a problem buying or returning!
Always found customer service fine, had a couple of late returns due to my fault, forgetting the parcel was hiding!!
Telephoned and explained the 4/5 days lateness, thinking I wouldn’t be able to return or get a charge and they were brilliant!
No problems at all!
Love the fingerprint log in, don’t find the details over costing, postage, interest delay a problem!
Read some of the customers complaints, but can’t understand why people don’t get some of the above.....semi disabled so out shopping with crutches, had 2new hips and awaiting first new knee, is difficult with rucksack and bags banging your legs......so to shop at home, relaxed and in comfort to me is priceless!
Only ever received a skirt of poor quality material, everything else brilliant!
Also on a final note, all promo codes have gone through without a glitch, likewise interest rates the same, only thing is the none refundable postage!
Martin Lewis on the money program said by law this should be returned, but maybe this is because you may only be returning a couple of items from a big order, but I would query it with a single item if I needed to!

I find the app very user friendly and makes shopping through very extremely convenient.
A few things...
Paying your account through the app can be a bit of a poor experience. I attempted to pay my minimum balance and completed the transaction. The money had since left my account but four days after making the payment credit had still not reached my Very account.
The payments are required every 28 days. The problem here is that on occasion you can end up paying very twice in the same month.
The buy now pay later stuff have a deferred interest plan meaning that the interest is calculated at the point of purchase and then added on if you decide not to pay the full buy now pay later balance...never had this problem as always paid. I must admit though that this would be a potential pain.
Closing the account once paid in full is also difficult. It’s taken 3 weeks and my account is still opening despite emails and telephone calls.
The APR is also a bit weird. It says 39.9%. This is based on individual circumstances. I met every single payment, never late and that included my buy now pay later stuffs. After about 1 year of having the account my APR went from 40% to 50% and then almost 60% if I hadn’t of complained. My credit score never changed and as I say I met every payment. Not sure what was going on there.

App is fine when I’m using no issues but as my complaint shows my elderly mother doesn’t have the first idea about this .
My elderly mother has been a loyal customer for years and the amount of stress she had been put under has had in tears and physically unwell . The WAY the customer service team have spoke to myself and my mum is so disgusting and disrespectful.
Having to call up 20-30 times for the one issue on the same day to be spoke to like that and then they hang up the phone because they don’t know how to fix their own mess .
Then to be called a LIAR and have to get recordings from ALL the phone calls that went for about 6 months .
If it was up to myself I would have cancelled my account with them and not paid a penny for the stress I seen her go through but my mum is a good woman and would never do such a thing .
She doesn’t no about Internet , computers or placing orders on them and when she calls up to make an order she’s been told NO and hung up on !!!
All the problems and stress we had to contact an ombudsmen service because nothing was getting sorted at all .
This place really need better customer service advisors without question.
They where told I would be speaking on her behalf as she was ill . She suffers from mental health and this did not help anything

Never had an issue with the app. Found a lot of negative feed back about the customer service I had to call them only once due to an item that was to be delivered and I paid extra for the Saturday delivery they put the funds straight back into my account and gave me next day delivery free of charge. Maybe I was lucky or just because I am understanding that the other person on the other end of the phone can only do so much they are not in control of the situation. However I know u do get negative customer service employees. The app is brilliant log in find what u want through items or search add to basket pay for it email comes through along with text with all links and delivery dates etc. Job done no hassles or a millions calls and you can track its which is perfect for me so I can arrange to either have someone in or be in .

I’ve always received the correct goods, never received a damaged purchase. Always on time, sometimes early & I live in Northern Ireland, so we usually expect items to arrive late over here!
I’m really surprised to be reading that other people receive the wrong order & have even received something damaged. This has never been the case for me. Customer service is adequate. I wouldn’t say they are “good” as such but I got what I called for on each occasion but definitely not as speedily as I would hope customer service should be providing nowadays. Customer service rating I’d give it 3*

I love the app it's quick & Convenient... Easy to move around. No pointless notifications.
However as many before have stated, the customer service is naff. Though I've not had problems with items and refunds I have been hung up on a couple of times when the agent on the phone has found my complaint to complicated to handle, instead of just staying on the line and working threw it they hang up! It's rude and very frustrating to have to start the call again! Train your staff that if they've a difficulty in understanding certain issues to ask another member of staff, or in fact the customer on the phone maybe many customers would be less likely to be left cheesed off!!

If I could rate this a 0 I would! I ordered a tv unit 22nd July, after waiting 4 weeks and taking a day off work for delivery the item arrived damaged with scratches all the way down the front of the unit. I contacted customer services to complain and the advisor hung upon me. Calle in again and had wait 5 days for someone to call me to arrange for the item to be collected. It took another 3 weeks for someone to collect the item. I called a week later to check on the status of my return and was hung up on AGAIN asked to speak to a manage and got the typical 'no manager available' response and was advised it can take up to 3 weeks for a refund. 3 months this will have taken to get a refund! Advisors in the call centre are extremely unhelpful and hang up on you all the time! Tried to raise a complaint and was told to do it online as they don't accept complaints over the phone??

The buy now pay later option is great and enables me to buy things without too much of a worry. However on more than one occasion I've had the wrong order sent. For example most recently I ordered a stereo and had a vacuum delivered. Of course I didn't accept the delivery. Trying to rectify this is nothing short of a nightmare. Calling customer service is a waste of time. After 5 minute on hold I was cut off and had to recall only to be connected with an advisor that clearly had no intention of making my situation any easier. After a short argue I had to end the call and leave for work. I have still not received my stereo and still have the £159 charge on my account. So Very, sort your customer care and delivery out and I couldn't fault you but as I don't see that happening I wouldn't recommend.
