Prices are normal when using pick up, but delivery bumps it up for no real reason (our 20 quid order went up to 32) and still includes delivery and service charge, not worth it and you’re better off just going there.

Always had issues signing in - made 2 accounts now and can’t access either of them. One of them refuses to send a password reset & the other sends the password reset but says the password is wrong when I sign in EVEN THOUGH I HAVE JUST RESET AND I KNOW THE PASSWORD! I can’t log in so I can’t access or collect the rewards or use my blue light discount.
It’s *very* fun, I try to log in using Facebook, the page loads with a message that I have previously logged in using my Facebook profile and asks if I want to continue, I tap yes and get an error message that the email is already in use and to log in using alternative method.
So I try to log in using the email address connected with my Facebook, and get an error message that the email is already in use with a Facebook account and to continue with Facebook.
Also, I tried to use my Blue Light discount in the drive through today but was told it can only be processed through the app, I need to log in and connect my Blue Light account to the KFC app. I told them I am not able to log in so the worker told me to show them and talked me through the login process. I got the same error message and they told me there was nothing they could do.

Waited an hour and a half for an order only for it to show up as cancelled. It kept saying “your order is being prepared” for ages. No where on the app does it give you any way of contacting the restaurant and despite the app asking for a phone number verification they clearly don’t use it because they never got in touch to say they had cancelled my order. I googled my local KFC for a phone number but there was no answer. Tried contacting UberEats but because the restaurant had cancelled my order there was no rider assigned so they couldn’t help. Tried to amend an order about 30 seconds after it was placed and there is no cancellation option. Rang the support line who said that (apparently in those 30 seconds) the driver was on route and the food was nearly ready.
It’s okay though, I was given the solution of “we can cancel your order, but we will still charge you”. Great.

We can now only order through this app and it is terrible. Sometimes it offers demons, sometimes it doesn’t.
It never remembers our details so we have to go through a long winded address entering process every time.
Finally, having got our order in and we’re ready to pay, the pay button just doesn’t work so we can’t actually order.
In the end we have to decide to eat elsewhere! Really bad app

The app is great….. can’t fault it at all, easy to use and great offers too.
However, that is where it ends…… it was deathly quiet at the drive through, and the girl taking the orders needs a course of customer care. Her attitude was diabolical and so rude!!
I think 🤔 it may be our last visit for a while as they are opening a “popeye” across the road, maybe they will have nicer staff. I think the competition will close your KFC unless you shape up.

We have had some awful experiences ordering from KFC in the past, through apps like Just Eat or even in the restaurant. The KFC app was a great experience for us the first time using it. Ordering and payment was easy, and I only waited five minutes to receive my food in the restaurant once I checked in. The app itself is confusing, not a straightforward interface and extremely distracting. The worst thing about it is that the menus are different depending on how you want to receive the order.
If you’re collecting then there’s more variety and the prices are reasonable too! But if you’re like me and don’t drive and cannot get out then they’re going to take away half of the options and what you’re left with is actually extortionate, double or triple the price and then you have delivery and service charges on top of that!
Won’t be ordering from them again, it’s not worth it and to be honest it’s cheeky that they’re bleeding the customers that are dependant on their delivery service which is really disgusting and outlandishly discriminatory

There is a strange issue when ordering KFC’s Boneless Dipping Feast. You don’t get the dips. And it’s not KFC who handle it, it’s Uber. I’ve had this problem before with Uber so I just stopped ordering with Uber. So I tried this KFC app, first time, ordered the Boneless Dipping Feast and it was Uber who handled it, which if I had known I wouldn’t have bothered. And so I didn’t get the dips and I complained to Uber who gave nothing but excuses as to why I couldn’t get my money back and why they don’t have to provide dips. The Uber call centre staff were emotionless and not interested. Shocking and appalling service and will never use again. I feel tricked, to be honest.

Having used this mobile app to quickly make orders from my local KFC restaurant in town, I can honestly say that I’ve found this app mostly useful for making orders wherever and whenever I want. And, as soon as I reach my local restaurant, all I have to do is press the “Check In” button, wait for my order’s number to be called out and my order is served!
Alas, this app doesn’t seem to offer any membership perks lest you play their own mini-lottery which I fear may lead to gambling addictions.
Also, there’s only one instance when I never received my order after waiting in my local restaurant for two hours. Thus I had to re-order from reception the old-fashioned way and wasn’t refunded the payment I made for my original order until after I made my formal complaint via their official customer support website.

This app is actually funny it’s so bad. My 12 year old daughter could design this better. I first downloaded it and it didn’t find my local kfc in the “search restaurant” so I manually spoon fed it using the map on the app and then it found it. I painstakingly placed my order and drove to the drive through expecting it to be ready and the staff to be expecting me just like they are at McDonald’s but erm nope. The staff member on the drive through speaker hadn’t a clue what I was talking about, it was as though she wasn’t aware there was even an app in existence. So I was sent to the window where I was greeted with a gormless face and instructed to proceed to the next window. The second window I was interrogated and made to feel like I was trying to steal food. I was then asked to come inside so I did and when I got inside they had found the order. 20 mins later I’m handed my food with no apology or not even a thank you. I drove home and yep guess what the gravy missing and a mini chicken fillet burger missing! Top marks kfc 👍🏻 I won’t be rushing back but if I do go back I’ll go inside and order and probably end up eating it in the car after spending 10 mins failing to find a clean table while all the staff are chatting to each other behind the counter

I’ve been using this app for sometime now, but the most recent version doesn’t do anything except load the startup animation of the kfc bucket and ask me which restaurant I’d like to select: then does nothing! I demonstrated this to a member of staff at our local restaurant on Sunday and they had no suggestions as to how to fix it either! Unimpressed to say the least.

After deleting the app and reinstalling it, it is now working fine again.

Sorry to say I’ve had no end of issues with your app. It doesn’t for a start know where you are when you arrive at a kfc . I assumed it would work like the mc Donald’s app with it finding my location but no, so I was in whitstable and my meal was in Canterbury. The staff weren’t interested in helping me.
Talking of the staff and this is only the whitstable branch on the old Thanet way, they are not interested in customer service, the food is cold and you can stand at the counter for five minutes being totally ignored.
Back to the app, on another occasion the app charged me twice for my meal ! Communication between the app and the branch seems hopeless, at the moment with your chance to win prizes the app doesn’t clear down the purchase in in beach in order to let you play the game.
I think the app builders need to talk to McDonald’s IT team to find out how to make it work ! I will say that all other branch’s of kfc in my area the staff are brilliant it’s just the appalling staff at the old Thanet way whitstable branch.
Btw the new chips are better than the old ones but are not as good as mc Donald’s

This app is the worst app I have ever used . I have been unable to collect rewards I collected at various restaurants as their system would not scan them . Other offers only available via delivery are unavailable as the app won’t allow me to select delivery , even though I live just over a mile away from my closest kfc. I have highlighted this to the care team several times but they don’t care. A staff member actually advised me to order through just eat . That’s how bad it is . KFC staff telling me to use another app entirely . Beyond frustrating . I’ve stopped going to KFC or even trying to use the app . They know about it but aren’t bothered .

Eaten kfc pretty much all my life ( now 55 ) back in the day was so perfect and greasy and tasty then few years ago lost there way and was dry and tasteless or so overcooked and travel around so wasn’t just my local kfcs . I stopped eating it but twice I’ve ordered from strood in Kent and almost back to the way it was tasty and not dry , even the gravy was thick not like water so thank you strood kfc now enjoying it again 👍🏻

But the only problem is it doesn’t work in shops like I went out of KFC today and I went on the app and it worked brilliantly but when I went into KFC I tried to get the app up and running to get the person to scan so I can get my points or get my deals refused to even upload or do anything I just kept sending me back. Please search the location of where you are and I click on it and it says me back to the beginning. It says please insert the location of where you are. It wouldn’t let me do anything else, and it’s not fair because I’m trying to save up money as well and I’ve got same enough on my own the app, why can’t we go back to using card that you used to get. How do you scan it as well so I people that they’re points will be on at four if you guys had problems before or for situations like this, please fix your bugs

I love KFC and the app, when it works, is fine.
However, it has this really stupid feature that no other iPhone app seems to have. When it needs updating, it won’t let you use it until you have updated it.
Imagine the scene, you visit KFC at the motorway services after a long drive, walk up to the till, whip out your phone (since they took the plastic card away) open the app, only for it to say “please update”. Now, since you have no data, you have to spend 5 minutes connecting to the services wifi, so you can update the app, all so you can scan your barcode.
How utterly stupid. Now i could understand if I hadn’t updated it for years and it was obsolete, but i keep them updated all the time.
What other apps stop you using them just because the developer has tinkered with something or done a bug fix? There are no new features in the update.

Placed an order with the app in which it stated payment will not leave your account until it’s delivered cut to literally a minute later the order fails I check my bank and down £32 for a kfc that never got accepted anyway so why take the money? At least with just eat they actually take the money when the order has been accepted instead of while it’s processing then you don’t have to deal with the bull of it will be back in your account in 3-5 days here’s a thought just don’t take the money until it’s accepted. Biggest waste of time ever don’t bother with it use just eat instead at least you’ll get the order and not have to go through deliveroo because kfc can’t deal with their problems their self

I haven’t experienced any issues with regards to ordering using the app. Being able to check in as you arrive at the restaurant is very useful.
However, the current rewards system is lacking. Mcdonald’s and Taco Bell have a superior setup whereby you acquire relative points with every order. With the KFC app, you only get one draw towards their “gamified” system whether you spend £5 or £35. Theoretically you could split your £35 order into two and gain double the rewards.

Ill use kfc once in a blue moon! Had an email from them saying about a promo that was on and it was only available until the 11th june 23. Went to local kfc cleethorpes only to be told ‘they dont do it anymore and the email must b an old one!’ Even tho its STILL advertised on the drive through menu boards!! TRADE DESCRIPTION comes to mind!! Oh and the kiddy staff at cleethorpes kfc are DAM RIGHT RUDE!! Oh the app,, well thats s load of crap as well!! It went from NOT loading to collect the points to points collected going down to zero and ive NOT redeemed any of them to not getting the full points for the value of food bought….

Start off by saying we’ve never had an issue with KfC or the app. I’d rate the app 5 stars. I’m marking it low to hopefully get seen. We’ve ordered to collect in store/drive thru and all has been fine. However we ordered for delivery tonight and they use Deliveroo. Our food never came but showed as delivered.
Deliveroo have PLENTY of bad reviews for the same reason. Driver says they wait 7-9 minutes with no answer so drive away, putting the order as undelivered and so you don’t get your refund. We hve full view of the road and path to the door, we sit by the door, no one was there. So be cautious ordering through the app if it uses Deliveroo! KFC have refunded our order but they shouldn’t have to, they need to maybe reconsider who delivers their foods.

The app is amazing.....but recently I wanted a delivery I went on your app and for my order £2.99 delivery went on deliveroo and from the same restaurant delivery 99p for same order. Yes I would order from the app again if the delivery charge was lowered because in my view it would be the same person deliveroo/kfc that delivers my food. For such a large well known company you’d think KFC could develop an app that actually works. The old app was bad, but this new version is even worse, and I didn’t think that was possible. it doesn’t work AT ALL now - doesn’t scan your receipt, doesn’t let you play the Arcade rewards scheme, doesn’t let you order online, doesn’t let you order delivery either - absolute waste of time. To be fair it’s what I’d expect from the worst run restaurant chain I’ve ever experienced. . Undoubtedly the worst run fast food business in the world. Thank goodness we have alternative similar restaurant chains near us. I now use them. Had enough of the shambles that is KFC.

This app is a frustration at the best of times. It’s slow and glitchy. It has lost my points somehow so they’ve vanished and then today, it won’t let me check out for collection. Every time I try, select Apple Pay and it simply freezes solid until I force close the app. Then it has lost the whole order and it’s start again from scratch. I’ve been trying to make an order now for the best part of an hour and I’ve given up. I’m ordering for delivery from another place.
KFC lost my custom for two years when they stopped selling proper cola and removed all the proper drinks from the menu, leaving only the zero sugar versions which taste awful. I’ve only just recently started giving them the benefit of the doubt and returned, but the app is so frustrating that it’s just not worth the effort. KFC you’ve lost my custom YET AGAIN and I was someone who would choose KFC once or twice every week.

The app worked fine for months and all of a sudden it stopped working. It would take the payment from me but not give me a confirmation number or email and it would just get lost. Every time I have to go to the till for them to tell me they can’t find the order either and there’s nothing they can do. Tried logging out, deleting, reinstalling, everything.
I checked on the reviews - everyone is saying the same thing?! Why is the developer not fixing this issue??? I am bored with this issue now. Deleted it and will not going to kfc again.

Full disclosure: I love KFC. Like, LOVE it. You know that KFC proposal? If I wasn’t already married, that would be my dream. However … this app drives me nuts. The menu is tough to get the hang of because just getting to the full menu is not very intuitive. You can’t edit the thing once you’ve put it in the basket so if you forgot to change your drink, you have to start over (does anyone actually like Pepsi ..?) And despite there being no updates, that I can see in my update history anyway, my local restaurant has disappeared off the face of the app earth, and the next closest suddenly doesn’t have drive through (it does) I am autistic and much as I love me some chicken I’d rather dig my eyeballs out with plastic spoons than walk into a restaurant or drive up and speak to a box to get said chicken. So, no more KFC for me I guess.

On route to KFC after I type this. I’ve had wayyyy too many issues with this app and I believe that KFC actually owe me money from an order that went through the app but they had no food so they said I would be refund…errr. That didn’t happen. The app is very very poor…just read the recent reviews, I don’t need to mention anymore…just read them. I’ve now deleted the app and will just go through the drive through as normal. Save your SANITY
UPDATE: so after deleting the app…I gave in and re-installed it. Everything that was supposed to be happening now worked. Confirmation number was given and all offers had been updated.

I’ve been on my last collection stamp for months now. I have visited 3 times and the app does not let you out it in by receipt. I spoke to a manager at a local store who gave me some other receipts to see if they worked and they still didn’t. So all this collecting the stamps and you never actually get the £5 off. Pretty muggy and pretty fuming as really wanted £5 of some chicken 😢
Edit* twice I have used this app in store and my text has disappeared luckily the staff at the store was able to do our order but payment went through but my order didn’t. Very angry about this as if the staff wasn’t lovely then I could if lost money.

I can confirm the review I first read from December last year. Nothing has changed, even the staff knew this was a problem, you cannot order ahead, well… they’re perfect happy to take your money but even the order disappears from recent orders, nothing gets sent through to the store itself. Luckily I got a discount for the trouble but my god don’t bother with the app. I think they were trying out the monkeys with typewriters only instead of Shakespeare they were aiming for a working app and ended up with nothing short of a steaming pile of excrement, excrement upsets you by taking the nice smells away, the app upsets you by taking your nice money away. Excrement requires time to rectify, it takes time to rectify in store, all this meaning excrement takes time of your life away never to be retrieved and this is the only variance… this app takes away your money never to be retrieved.
So… where’s my money KFC?

Although this app is a great idea when it first came out as I regularly visit kfc. Straight away from the moment the app came out it’s never worked properly, I get there will be teething problems at the start but after 6months of my stamps collected constantly disappearing and constantly being logged out and being told my password and email are incorrect when it wasn’t I deleted the app. Recently I’ve re-downloaded the app only to find the same problems years later nothing has been fixed and there are constant issues, stamps won’t appear on the app either scanning your phone instore or via receipt. I have had to call customer support everytime to do this. They tell me the same thing over and over that the app is down and we are working on it this was a month ago. I am reminded why I deleted the app in the first place! This app is a joke and either needs to be fixed sharpish or taken down completely

Quite easy and quick to use, as someone who is not very tech savvy! But when I came to pay it said there was a problem so I entered my details again and when I check my credit card that I used to pay I notice that I have been charged TWICE! Not impressed! UPDATE: Thank you KFC! You didn’t take the second payment after all! And I spoke to my bank who confirmed this! So I’m a very Happy customer!

A little while ago I got randomly logged out of the app. I had originally signed up using my Facebook account, and now when I attempt to sign back in using the same method it takes me to the ‘Register’ screen. At first I was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt and complete the registration in case it was just asking me to double-check my details. But no, I completed the form it and it said an account already existed with my email address. Of course an account already exists, I’m trying to sign back in after all!
Well done KFC. You basically have a completely useless app now.

1) Many items shown on the app often cannot be provided by the restaurant and the restaurant can’t provide you with a refund as it’s processed via app. Thus, you’re left having to go through the tedious process of going through the website to customer service that doesn’t have a section to address such a problem when it’s a common one to have.
2) The lack of a customer service contact within the actual app is concerning given that there are many situations that could go wrong when ordering food. This just goes to show that the company doesn’t care about it’s customers and is willing to bet that most people would not address their concerns since the process of getting into contact with customer service is so long.
If you want to order, just go to the restaurant or get it delivered via Just Eats. Don’t rely on this useless app that will just lose you money!

I’ve been using this app many years now, I do have automatic updates than I don’t bother to update it when I’m in the queue. I use a lot for click and collect, I order before I reach the branch I’m around, now apple pay is working fine ( before I had to put my card details for every order ), in 2 minutes I can order and it’s great. I usually use their offers which are great plus points for every order. I never stay on queue to order, I have to wait to collect it what usually takes it around 5-6 minutes. Before I pop in, I checked in on app and they start already my order. I only wish they have a order history in app as if I go out from the order I can’t find my order no anymore, except if they send to me email, but I haven’t received email for every order, than now I always make a print screen of order no. It will be useful if they’ll ad a order history with the codes to pick up your order.
Or if you forget something and you want to add another order, you have to print screen first order no, go out and place another order, but previous order you can’t check in anymore or check the order no. I’ve learned from my mistakes, but it will be great if can you add a order history. Rest, it’s a great app

There’s nothing wrong with this app - I have been using it (more than I should be!) with no problems and is my go to way of ordering from KFC now. They often have great offers on there exclusive to the app so it’s even more incentive to use it.
Most of the complaints on here aren’t about the app, they are about specific branches or problems with log in details... that’s not an issue with the app, it’s an issue with the person!

This is a frustrating app to work with. The developers may be thinking that they are testing the intelligence and tech savvy ness but this app will zap the willingness to live your life. I installed this app, paid for food and turned up at my local KFC where I am supposed to go, the people in the local restaurant are as clueless as my 6 year old daughter. They say they don’t see any order and I claim I have paid for it. I even showed my bank’s message which clearly showed £8 taken from my account. Apparently, and as the guy said I should have received a mail, there is nothing in the app itself that can indicate that they took my money already! I did not know what to do for a while and restarted the app several times, eventually a small font message appeared at the top to check in. Hallelujah!! I collected the food and came out of KFC, immediately uninstalled the app. Just go to your local restaurant if law permits don’t bother with this app.

Downloaded and used the app today for the first time and truly wish I hadn’t bothered. Chose what we wanted, paid via card on the app - first problem; found I’d been charged twice exactly the same amount, verified by my bank and showing immediately on my statement as two transactions. Spoke to the care team who reassured me I would be refunded for one of them. Proceeded to collect order at my local KFC selecting the drive thru option. Staff there had no idea what to do... after waiting ages in drive thru lane they sent me into the restaurant where another shambles commenced of them having no trace of my order at all and acting like the whole thing was my fault. Useless, rude and unhelpful. Asked if I could just place the order again at the till and they said no! Eventually they located my order but the whole thing took absolutely ages and was made more stressful by the rude incompetent staff who had no idea how the app works. Will not bother again.

I’ve not used this app to order food for a while due to the poor experience I had when I last used it - I was changed twice.
I gave it one more try today and I was really impressed with how it worked so seamlessly.
Paying with Apple Pay without any messing around - a fantastic addition and a must have for this kind of app.
Now being able to pickup at the Drive Thru is so much better. Previously I had to actually enter the store to collect the order - thank goodness for that!
Also being able to redeem your stamps was really good. It just needs the ability to add the student deal onto the order now.
Overall, it works a lot better and it’s great to see the developers seen to be adding key features that the app was previously lacking.

I totally agree with Hot Melvin’s review in November, It’s now 4 months later& this scan your App to get your reward stamps really is a joke🤔Many, Many times I’ve scanned my Cardin various KFC Stores & my rewards stamps were NOT put on my reward card, when I ask at the counter I get told that they will be delayed in the system but will be on in 24hours🤷🏼‍♀️Never happens🤔I’ve E mailed KFC many, many times, they ALL got in the bouncing to & from that I got so confused I gave in😔ALL I WANTED WAS MY REWARD STARS ADDING ON TO MY ACCOUNT🤷🏼‍♀️🙄 I have added the stars I SHOULD HAVE BEEN REWARDED & they come to at least 35🙈Absolutely disgusted with any explanations directly from KFC😠BUT I do feel extremely sorry for the staff who work their socks off.!

Useful for checking prices and deals. Tried placing an order to collect from my local KFC. Order confirmed in app and via email, and payment taken. Arrived at KFC, girl told me order had not been received, and got the manager. I explained the situation, and he told me that they don’t get online orders at this branch. I confirmed it was booked via the KFC app, for collection here, and showed him the pending transaction of the payment to that branch from my bank. He still insisted this wasn’t possible, I could order at the counter, and pay again. This defeats the whole purpose of pre-ordering, so what’s the point ? Totally unprofessional, I won’t be going back.

I had wondered why my Apple Pay wasn’t working with this card, anyway today I logged back into my account (new phone) to find I have less stamps in the app than in my wallet, so I deleted the card from my wallet, only to find I cannot re-add as this feature has been removed. Then as I have been trying to do recently I tried adding the receipt via the app, could not find the receipt on their system. This has happened every time I have tried over the past 6 months to a year, basically it’s useless and even the cashier said others had reported it doesn’t work. Don’t bother, least not until they sort it, I’d expected more from a big company like KFC, this is no way to treat your loyal customers!

Your staff does not know how to do any thing I was standing in a empty kfc for 30 minutes and when I show the offers they just say it doesn’t work so either train your staff or get more people who now what to do . they served everybody else in the drive Though everyone who did the order on the machine got served first and waste my time I left because I was ignored and another thing when i showed the offers on my phone she took it out off my hand 🖐 to the back of the kitchen to ask the manager and guess what he didn’t know hot to do it either how he got that role I have know idea and they gave my phone back and walked away so in conclusion this app is bloody useless 🤔🙅‍♂️😠 please read my review thanks

The app for me is perfect, no BS, always get to scan my Colonels Club account in store and receive the stamps/redeem rewards. The in app KFC menu is a great bonus and easy to find out what’s in the menu items.
The improvement I recommend is for general pricing to be included on the menu, so we know how much the food costs. I know KFC franchises and KFCs in London have different pricing structures but a general price with a disclaimer would be helpful. It would be easier than having to search online and using websites like BurgerLad etc.

I had the app and on my old phone worked well. I was saving up for my free piece of chicken and almost there. I got a new phone and kept only remembering to sign into the app actually at KFC I open the app and it says “log in or register” so I shut the app back down again. Well for once I’m at home, and went to log in... first log in came up with a message saying unable to log in due to too many attempts. It was my first actual log in for ages.
I tried to register with them but as I thought it came up already registered. Tried logging back in and same message, too many attempts!
Used the contact form on the app, filled out the form correctly and wrote my comment then upon submitting, it says my Surname is wrong.... no, my surname is Stone and that’s what I put in! So can’t ask them on the app either. I would not have mind so much if I was called Micky Mouse!

I have had issues with their online offerings previously, trying to get into your account was hit and miss, they lost your points and trying to get to speak to someone about it was almost impossible.
I think KFC should have a re-think and stop using the counter staff to tinker with the IT!!!! They want our money and still want us to return but I can’t see why it is worth it as they don’t seem to be apologising and offering their customers anything to come back for. Seriously guys, you need to smarten up your act as I am just awaiting you announcing a data breach to top off the experience!!!

Since I downloaded the new update I have been very reluctant to use the app. I used to use the app all the time when I bought KFC because I liked their scheme of how things worked. However there are many reasons why I dislike this new update:
1) I was logged out when I first went onto the app after I had updated.
2) when I signed in I realised that all my stamps had disappeared and I had to start from scratch
3) I was 2 stamps away from getting £15, now all I have is a free side🙄
Overall I am disappointed with KFC, I know its just a food app, but come on...

It works. But it’s frustrating.

As others have said about this app. At the core, it works. But, firstly, it seems like when I do come to use the app, if it’s been updated (which is more often than the amount of problems would suggest) it’ll have logged me out. Forcing me to try and remember my password, while stood at the front of a queue of (normally about 30) people.
And another kick in the proverbials is that it’s lost Apple wallet compatibility. Slowing the whole experience down yet again.
I’m all into the whole Apple ecosystem and everything being integrated. And this app really feels like it’s making a sulky little stand against being useable. Almost as if you don’t want us to use it.

Well it’s a great app that works really well. And it’s Apple wallet feature always reminded me that I had the card to scan when I was in store.
But the feature appears to have been removed and now I have to go to the app to scan the barcode. Which isn’t an issue but I loved the convenience of being able to just see the card on the home screen when I near a branch and to have the card amongst my my other cards in Apple wallet.
Please put these feature back.

The core app in itself is usable without any hitch, and has been for some while.
However, I’m a bit concerned about the app losing some of the nicer integrations into Apple Wallet. The card in the Wallet stopped updating my stamp count about a month ago, and I discovered this was due to a new card style. I’m a little disappointed as this new card style no longer shows my stamp count, nor does it pop up near my favourite stores anymore.
As someone who appreciates the easy access to my card and its details this used to provide, I hope this functionality comes back at a later date.

Good easy to use app. Shame my local branch seems to have issues scanning my barcode on my phone. But luckily I’m able to add receipt info manually on the app to gain the stamps. The first time I did it manually I had to get a KFC colleague to point out the info I needed from the receipt (store number, transaction number etc) as it’s not easy to figure out otherwise. The app definitely saves having yet another card to carry around in my purse
