I had £15 reward from my car insurance
I had £15 reward from my car insurance which I redeemed but can’t fined it. It was for Aldi supermarket I’ve sent so many emails with out success. I have the app but there’s no wallet I’m going round in circles it says it’s wrong details when it’s correct. I would love if a human could actually contact me to resolve but never happens 😡

Can’t exactly rate this app properly, due to constant “errors” popping up. Along with the “try again” and “something went wrong”. Other than this that’s basically my experience up to now.

Too complicated to use
I have not been able to access any of my rewards, because it is too complicated for me to understand how to use it, Also my credit report is incorrect and it’s been too hard to try & correct, all advice on automated system and I am unable to use it effectively.

I have insured what was my mother’s car after she passed away on 25th August, 2024. The car was off the road for twelve months and was SORN off the road. I insured it possibly before I should, not being able to drive because it is still awaiting an MOT. I have not driven at all since falling downstairs and breaking my ankle about five years ago. Am I doing right?

1 late payment( not a missed payment by the way) on my water bill and this agency crucify my rating . Other credit reference agencies did not even record it as it was an oversight and paid almost immediately . Consequently went from a perfect credit score with a 100% payment record, large amount of available credit, down to a saying fair. The score does not reflect the small oversight. Appealed and sent the standard “go do one reply, your appeal is unsuccessful.

AVOID - Damaging to Credit Score
Terms and conditions allow money supermarket to carry out hard credit searches on your credit file. This is part of their terms and conditions and will negatively affect your credit score. Avoid using them until this is removed. They also have security failings, someone appears to have logged into my account after almost 7 days they’ve still failed to remove their access to my account despite password changes.

It’s a brilliant jock to follow your report… nothing close to reality… no idea how it the point goes upside down but no logic… without reason you have a point down.. another day just up .. it’s a pure joke… the newest now I log in my account with my password and your system not being recognised me… looks like I have account…so I believe it is just a fake scam to use app… absolutely useless and don’t understand how any bank can take them serious? Clunky app and prices not as good as they were
Home insurance quote £60 more than I ended up paying from the same company as the top quote from here. Credit monitor doesn’t work from the app, just keeps saying there seems to be a problem at our end. Not quite sure they know their purpose anymore.

Appalling customer service
I lost access to my account in May after accidentally accessing my account using my AppleID, which had the same email address as the one I had registered with before. (I did not hide my email). Instead of stopping me with an error such as “email is always registered “ the registration went through but my account was broken. Profile can’t be accessed, credit score can’t be recovered. Since the 5th of May I’ve had a ticket open with them asking them to delete one or both accounts (whatever they can find linked to my address). They still haven’t actioned it and instead they keep answering me every few weeks with ChatGPT, containing non-existent paths that I should check on my phone in order to tell them “the correct email address”. Please just delete what you can find!

I have not been able to log into the app at all for months and months. It used to be a good app to keep track of my credit score with TransUnion but now it is completely useless.
The error says “Something has gone wrong”, that “the error seems to on our end”, and to try again later. I have been trying but it’s been the same error for months.
Moving to a different app that actually lets me in.

Bombarded with calls…
No cheaper than the other comparison options, yet will happily bombard your phone with calls from seemingly personal phone numbers, even when you select do not contact.
They’ve outsourced their quotations for some insurance to Lifesearch, so you’re passing your data to yet another broker (these are the ones that will continue to call you).
Following that, it’s unlikely you’ll see the quote comparison in your account afterwards.
There’s better options out there to use for comparison quotes, and keep your data and privacy in better shape..

After receiving car insurance quotes online we were sent a link to download the app and save money. After downloading the app and spending most of the day try to log into it using my email that they sent me quotes to all I get is “oops something went wrong, try again later” I don’t think so. App deleted. Quotes deleted. Plenty more comparison sites that actually work.

Buying Travel Insurance
Saw Martin Lewis last night telling us all to buy Travel Insurance. I have always done so and had no difficulty until today. A company called Rias had a favourable one for the time I wanted 28th February -11th March. I answered all questions but puzzled by one health question and was asked to go ahead and pay. I did on my Credit Card remembering the 75 clause then up popped a chat box and that was that but nothing from Rias has appeared. What do I do next. Pay again?

Good but No Thanks
So a good well rounded app I’m sure IF I could ever get passed the steps where in setup it demands that I accept notifications and will not let me choose No Thanks more than once. This is basically demanding I accept Notifications and disable them manually later on which is a breach of App Store policy.
But you get 1 star for a trusted company with a good app, and a 2nd because your service is generally good, just not this time in app as there is no way to make a complaint regards the app.

I have someone totally unrelated to me (and presumably their partner’s). Personal and financial details on my records. Also, addresses that I have never lived at. These remain on my record in spite of trying to get them rectified for 3 months.

I was given £150 in total in voucher from MoneySuperMarket but when I try to use it at various shops. They said it’s it’s not worth the paper it’s printed on I was quite disappointed to know that I haven’t been able to use my £150 voucher. This app is an absolute godsend. Cannot believe I did not know about it before. A few months ago my score on Experian was 815 and a month and a half later went to 500 I did not know why. I got a little explanation off a friend but with this app it shows why it has dropped (nothing bad) like I thought but it explained how to build it up again.

So out of date it’s pointless and inaccurate
What’s the point of a finance monitor that is 3 months out of date? The data is wrong, so how can this be an informative app?
At least two of my CC’s are clear, and yet both still showing I have quite high balances. If this is wrong then my credit score is out of date.

Can’t add current bills without switching.
It would be really useful to help bill payers keep track of when bills are due for switching by allowing them to add their current tariffs, monthly costs, and expiration dates - then notify the consumer to switch when the renewal comes around.
Then when the consumer switches with money supermarket the new supplier sends the contract data to money supermarket directly updating the consumer account automatically and this is then updated on the consumers money supermarket account.

Credit monitor poor
Unfortunately the credit monitor is woefully out of date. This affects the credit rating negatively which of course affects options for those affected. I notice also that the gas/electricity part of the app is also out of date, showing a previous used utility company rather than my current one (which I have had for some time) data is of no use at all if it is so badly out of date. A poor app for me that I shall delete unfortunately.

Useful tool
I’m new to this app but have found it simple to go through the initial setup steps. My only hiccup was entering my Date of Birth. It was in the three ‘wheels’ format but wouldn’t let me start with the day or month but only allowed me to start with the year. If this is the case I suggest the year wheel needs to be first. Perhaps the format of

Great App!
I have just found this app and I must say I love the layout. I’m constantly trying to keep on top of everything, trying to find the best deals. I’m excited to see the other features that are coming soon. Only one thing that I would like is an option for vans to be added as well as cars. My husband has a van and it would be useful for this option for MOT and insurance purposes, but apart from that great job👌🏻
