Useless
I expected to be able to book an appointment at the local waste recycling centre as you’re now required to do (for reasons only known to the muppets in environmental health) but alas there is no provision for this. No wonder there’s so much fly tipping across the country.

Started well
It started well. It now it crashes all the time when submitting forms. Also when you do submit a form, Conwy Council don't send you the items you requested and you end up having to put recycling in bin bags. Which sometimes don't get collected.

The App was useful but no longer seems to work

Very good app
I'm always having trouble getting hold of replacement bags and to know when to put the bins out and what to put in the bins. This is a handy little app. The news section could be updated more frequently though.
