Me and my cousin Evelyn love this game even tho we are a bit to old for it (10) we fully upgraded Thomas and it took us about two hours . When we finished we checked to see if we could get the other trains (especially sandy) and they were all locked . You can only get them if you have a game pass or pay .
Please can you make them available for everyone so we don’t have to pay .

Just a BIG problems
So this game I do like it even though I’m a bit old for it (I’m 10) however there’s 1 HUGE thing stopping this from being 5 stars. Why does everything other than Thomas or the default map need the game pass. Like, I’ve never lost on this game literally. For me I’ve fully upgraded Thomas and this game told me that the other engines might want a try. BUT THE ONLY WAY TO DO THAT IS WITH THE GAMEPASS. No one wants to spend £6.99 a month ON A GAME. So please. Just make everything unlockable after a certain amount of things done. For example maybe you could add something where if you finished an engine, you could choose another engine. Also if you won enough races on 1 map, you could unlock another of your choosing. Please add this. I understand it might be hard but it’s going to get boring after a while if you don’t. I’d say around 3 stars

Don’t see the point in monthly subscription
My son loves this game, but from testing it out I don’t see the point in paying 6.99 a month for this, do you up load new stages every month? New trains? The fact that you put a monthly subscription wall up is weird, I would have paid a one off fee to unlock some characters but to think I’d lose access to train and stages if I cancel seems like a waste.

Disapppointed :( it has changed to different Thomas characters
My son loved this game but recently discovered it has changed to the new design Thomas characters which he feels are much more babyish looking. It seems unfair to change a game that we already had in this way - the changing of the characters also removed the achievements/upgrades on the engines he had such as golden gears - starting boosts etc. Some engines are no longer in the game.

I have a query
I only wrote yesterday about adding Toby, Henry and Edward but I would like to query the Bruno update. Bruno is my youngest son and obviously his favourite character is Bruno the Brakecar. He updated his game and saw the update but then turned disappointed. Bruno was locked and it took him to a screen to say that we had to pay £6.99 a month for all the engines when I LITERALLY BOUGHT EVERYTHING FOR HIM IN THE REVAMP INCLUDING STREAMLINED THOMAS!!! I will not be paying that price and I politely ask that you unlock Bruno for my son to play! Thanks so much.

I love it so much but it has one flaw. You will only know if you have the unlimited trains when you have Streamline Thomas one of the final gold racers is Yong bao. He’s literally unbeatable, I repeat UNBEATABLE!! I have absolutely no idea how he gets special ability boosts every 2 seconds, is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY faster than he is on his card and again, is just unbeatable. I’d love for the company to fix it.

Very addictive
For some reason, this game has become very addictive. I don’t know why, but something made me get attached to this app. I tested it with the free engine and then it ended up being so good I had to buy the rest of it. So I bought the full version and ended up getting more and more addicted to it the more time that passed. Now I play it every chance I get, and I’ve already maxed out two of the engines, even tho I’ve only been playing for a day and a half. Love it, should add more engines to the game, and expand the map. If so, id happily pay for it. Thank you for reading my personal review on this game. Good luck on future updates!

The game is fabulous, But I couldn't help getting bothered about engines like, Henry, Duck, Oliver, Donald and Douglas or any characters who were introduced in Journey beyond Sodor in the game. I also feel uncomfortable that Victor who is a narrow gauge engine had been scaled up to standard gauge. I thought Vinnie could replace Victor in the game, along with the new engines getting added to the game.

Annoying ads
One would have thought that the ads would be removed after paying for all the extras in the app; however, the app gets interrupted with ads all the time. Even the child gets annoyed by it to the point that he doesn’t want to play it. So it appears the app achieves what parents normally don’t manage themselves, which is getting their child off the tablet.

Got this app for my grandson, just turned 3yrs old. He soon got the hang of it and really enjoyed himself., almost as much as me. Ended up buying extras which were fairly priced even if bought individually but especially if bought as one bundle.

This game is so good and easy,I love it
All you have to do is tap on an engines face and then keep pressing the green button and when you get to a certain point you get a red button to give you a boost
And the bad thing is that yesterday I got an Edward and ryan pack and I wanted to race with them but it still said I had not unlocked them yet then the next day (Also the day I posted this letter)it said I could race

I love the great and diverse representation in the game , it’s SO progressive!! Their so many charakter to be!! Diesel 10 is the best!! Gameplay is fantastic as well don’t know were they come up with these interesting ideas! Thanks for another great game! - From Diesel 6

So cool recommend it and buy everything then you will get the full experience straight away. Good app please just lower the price you of the game it’s a bit to much just lower the price of everything a little. Please my mum wont buy it.

Ads make it unusable
After playing the game for 10mins an ad popped up. The ad is played in portrait mode and is to wide for the screen and therefore can not see the ‘X’ to close it.
Now whenever the game is opened I am presented with a ad you can’t close.

Criminal
I paid for additional engines. Now when I attempt to restore them, nothing. Why should I pay another £5 to get what I already paid for? I'm only 8 years old am not made of money. Shockingly criminal behaviour. Be warned.

Brilliant
I love the races, there are trophy to win.
You can play 2 player mode, but you have to buy the other engines to race them, you only get Thomas at first!
