Just recently set up a family Spotify account, kids have their own Spotify accounts on the family plan along with their own Amazon echo dot. My wife and I share and Amazon echo (2nd gen), and this is where the problem lies as I have found out.
The problem here is that if I'm signed in to the echo with my Spotify account my wife can't access her Spotify on the echo and if she signs into her Spotify account it knocks me out of mine which is very frustrating.
Please could you sort this out so multiple Spotify accounts on a family plan can connect to one echo.
I have looked online on various forums and I am not alone in this request it seems.
And this is why I have only given it 2 stars as I see this is a huge failing

I’ve had my Alexa since December 2019. It used to be amazing to use. But now, sometimes when I’m connected to internet it says it’s not and takes ages to load. There’s other times where I’ll ask it to stop playing music and it just won’t listen so I have to unplug the whole thing. I recently got a new phone and had to log in to my Alexa account on my new phone. But I forgot the password. I went to reset it and it made me a whole new account which then my dad is now paying an extra £11 a month than he should because it’s paying for two accounts!! The app is so confusing to navigate and also keeps logging me out so I keep having to set everything up again. It’s just getting worse.

Try to set a routine that happens 20 minutes after sunset and watch the fun that unfolds using that slider. It’ll go where you want, if your finger stays exactly over the slider’s track when you’re moving. Move a couple of pixels away and bang! The slider snaps back to its original position. Clearly, sliders are hard.
