I’ve been playing this game for a short while but I can’t sign up due to game crashes and now I can’t even log into the game, its overall a good game but these bugs are best to be fixed

Been using this app since 2015 - goes up & done in use-ability, currently the UI seems flawed, buttons take a long time to acknowledge a press, occasionally you Ned to quit out for stuff to update (showing purchases), count markers missing from cards when trading - needs an update please. Otherwise, great addictive fun!

Workbench grinds iPhone 8’s to a halt
Used to be better, especially when I first used it in 2015 App crashes or slows down really badly till it grinds to a halt and you have to exit every time if you have a phone lower than 8 goodness knows what the lower phones are like with it, wish they’d fix
Cards have become a bit repetitive too

Absolute Fraud
I have been using this app on and off for 5 years now and I am about to delete it to never use again.
Recently, there has been an issue that means when you make an in game purchase a bug does not deliver the items paid for, therefore forcing me to contact customer services with an Apple invoice days later to receive the goods - usually after the particulars wave of cards you want to pay for has ended stopping you from completing the set.
The most recent case of this, after a long period without it, has left me with 4 weeks of none or poor communication from customer services.
They have taken my money and not provided the goods.
I have emailed multiple times which are being ignored, and had very poor communication via the in-app support chat which resulted in me being given a generic ‘update app’ message after talking to person that seemed to be on the verge of supplying me what I paid for before disappearing.
This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have had on an app provided by the App Store.
The app has severely gone down hill in recent years and in my opinion is clearly entering into fraud at this point. Surely it is a deliberate act to ignore paying customers requests for what they paid for.
DONT WASTE ANY MONEY ON THIS! APPLE PLEASE INVESTIGATE.

Unplayable since latest update!
Since the update last week I have been having trouble with getting the game to load to start with. If I actually get into the game I get major lag on packs, workbench, lock on & trades (just the 4 keystones of this game), not to mention the events hub just crashes whenever I open it. I have tried multiple wifis and 4g with no success.

Fun but limited
This is one of my main staple games but it’s losing its appeal. Card probability is not accurate and you quickly find yourself with no coins to obtain cards, inevitably forcing you to pay. I’m a free to play member and 3/5 is where I currently sit.

The poor cousin of Topps Disney
I play the Disney, Marvel and Star Wars Topps Collect games and Star Wars is by far the worst. The odds on getting any really decent cards are very poor; it’s literally open pack-after-pack-after-pack or buy jewels.
Been trying just now to get one uncommon Boba Fett card and I’ve spent almost 200,000 credits - for an uncommon card; of course I could just buy that ONE card for £3.49 though!

Mechanics not right
When you spend 250k credits to get 1 card with a 1:25 chance of getting and you don’t get it, I think something is wrong. Leaving the game, realised it’s a rip off encouraging you to spend money bye bye

Doesn’t work on older devices

Played SWCT for the last five years but for the last month it’s become unplayable and crashes as soon as I open the app. Hopefully the developers can resolve the problem soon

Star Wars Card Game
Brilliant Game, I love how you can trade, collect many different cards and play with friends, but the one thing which would improve the game would be fighting with your cards to complete challenges and also make ranks.

Enjoyable app but battery drain made me uninstall
A fine app in principle, and I had fun collecting cards for my favourite characters. Excellent UI, and an enjoyable experience, except... horrendous battery drain when it's open. Same with its Marvel counterpart. I see no reason why this should be happening with an app that's largely static - this isn't some resource intensive 3D game. Other users have reported the same problem. As a result I've reductantly uninstalled. Please look into it, devs, as I'd like to return if this problem was addressed

Hi, I’m an old player returning to the game due to getting a new phone. I used to play this game religiously, spending £100s in th process and collecting some really rare cards, lowest being 5cc. I have logged in to see I’ve lost everything. It’s a huge blow and really demotivating. I was so excited to return to the game and now I don’t really want to bother...

This is the best card collector of 2020!
I love the wide variety of cards from all the films and series! The cards are extremely detailed and easy to find apart from
the rarer cards like the Fractured Mandalorian cards. All in all, this is an amazing app and I would highly recommend this to any Star Wars fan.

Good fun and way to while away a bit of time
Been on the Card trader app for a few years. Just recently got back in to it. You can get by and build up a decent collection without spending any cash. My advice would be to save your free credits for one or two sets rather than trying to collect everything. That way you are more likely to get more award cards.

My 3 children have this APP, great when you first get it, pick up a few super rare and rare cards then once they have you in it’s all about money, we love the mandalorian and the latest Mando Monday release is so difficult to get, ( odds of 1:20 ) between the 3 of them they have used 300000 coins ( 120 packs ) and not got 1 card and these are only base tier 6 not epic/super rare/rare/uncommons not even classed as a common card BIG RIP OFF keep clear, will bin this APP that has lost its direction and appeal. These are only digital cards after all.

Stolen credits
I had 60,000 credits from the missions and free credits and stuff and I spent 20,000 of it so I had around 40,000 credits then I checked back on and 35,000 credits were missing topps could you pls fix this glitch and give back my credits my username Darthpigeon1 I don’t know if this has happened to me but other than that I’ve enjoyed to the max

A good Star Wars based distraction.
Good trading game. You CAN play for free but it takes a lot of work to get decent cards. I would not recommend getting drawn in the paying model.

Was a Good app - but don't pay cash
Was a 4 star review - A good app for Star Wars fans and card collectors - just get through it by trading with others and not paying real money. Remember it's only a virtual trading card!
Update: In recent months it has become more about paying for cards and much of the original fun here has gone.
BEWARE - when things go wrong - app crashing etc - which happen often for big events - customer service for rectifying missing cards and errors are dreadful at getting back to users and problems are rarely rectified or acknowledged despite the whole community raising the point!

Absolutely love this game!!! I started a month ago and it instantly became my most used app!! however, the odds to get a certain card don’t work. It says a 1 in 3 chance to get a TK edition card but I opened 6 packs and got nothing!!!

The app is so broken!
want a Trading cards game where you cant see the cards you collected, this is it. Cards vanish from your account so often that ghost cards is more common than trades! If you want to trade the feed is full of people expecting rare inserts for base or 2:1 excange rates. very toxic. Avoid!
