Dishonest driver trying to scam for extra money
We were assigned a dishonest driver trying to scam money off us. No terms in the contract saying there was going to be a surcharge for luggages (number & sizes) . Driver called 30 minutes before arrival (trip to airport) and said there was also a size restrictions on the luggage (almost like airport checkin, I was amazed he did not weight the luggage and impose extra overweight charges like airlines do) - that he can still send us to the airport but we have to pay surcharge. No time for argument as we need to catch our flight - we didn’t pay for the surcharge he requested so I quickly get a cab to go airport on my own with 2 luggages whereas my husband travel in the booked car with my crying daughter not understanding why I did not travel in the same car where there was an empty seat. Would rather pay the cab fare than being extorted by the driver at the last minute. Despicable.

Simple to use
Found the app simple and perfect, purchased green travel pass for Japan and reserved seats at the station, it would be ideal if we could reserve like flights but for the train on the app for our specific journey and it display the platform and carriage so easier to serve us better.

Excellent website for trips etc with shared or private transport. Drivers are polite and on time. Email Support was very good. Sorted out cancellation and refund very quickly (within 24hrs before trip). Prices are very reasonable. Will use again.

我人在國外買了餐券要讓家人生日時使用，是外婆的80歲大壽，沒想到竟然要下載App綁定才可以兌換，不像夠麻吉可以直接把票券兌換碼發到家人手機上，導致家人無法兌換票券得自己另外出錢，糟蹋了我原本的美意也讓家人慶生不愉快，在購買票券的頁面上並沒有相關提示，感覺受騙，這不是我第一次購買Klook的產品，對於餐券的兌票方式十分不滿意。

Amazing attractions deals.
I was initially sceptical about using klook for the first time as the prices seemed too good to be true. But it was just fantastic to use this agency in Singapore. Booked 6 attractions voucher which saved us a lot of time and money. I had no issues with using the tickets. A million percent genuine. Would use klook definitely again.

Very Flawed App
After booking a hotel using the website and getting a confirmed email, it is still not appearing in the app.
Today is 3 days and I still get a message saying “Nothing Booked yet!”
This is worrying as it means I can’t perform other functions like to amend, cancel etc if the need arises.
Trying to contact the Customer Service is very frustrating.
If you want to use the Chat function you are always in a queue of at least 18 people!
You can’t leave the screen or you again taken to the back of the queue!
Even when you email them, it takes over 24hrs to reply! and the English grammar could be so poor, you don’t understand what they mean!
My issue is why can’t I find my booking in the app but only found if I go to the website via a laptop?
What’s the use of this app then?

2 years ago I would have given Klook 5 star but I used this week to book ticket after 3 day I was told that this was sold out and in order for a refund I had to cancel this. There no help when I asked I they could find me alternative nor why this took 3 days

Valuable discount app
Made a real difference and saved £100’s when buying multiple tickets for group.
Not always the cheapest, so check local deals first, but very easy and convenient and electronic vouchers were provided immediately for entrance to parks/attractions.
Used for phone SIM card before arriving I. Seoul and pick-up was simple. Used multiple of times through stay. Will use again when travelling abroad or just going places at home…. 5 stars

Some improvements
Great that you can search and book tours via a single app however beware that the terms can be different than if booking direct. I had to pay for two to do an activity as it was minimum requirement even though the end company if booked direct accept solo bookings. I’m still waiting for my refund.
An online chat function would be useful and a quicker response time as well.

Great app love the reward system
I had not been let down by klook as of yet as all the tours I booked are so far very good. I also love the rewards system when you leave reviews and photo you get more points. Will keep looking for tours there!

Really bad experience
Bought tickets via the app. However, when I got to my destination I was unable to redeem the ticket with the code I was given and was forced to buy an additional ticket. Apparently it has very specific conditions for getting the ticket - none of which were spelled out particularly well or were possible for my time of arrival. If I had just gone via the official ticket websites (like my friends) or just bought on the day I would have had no issue getting a ticket. When I wrote to Klook for a refund they said they were unable to help as they are only a reseller. Really poor customer experience and won’t be using again - stay away.

Amazing Website
This website is great! I am currently out in South Korea teaching and I used this site to find good deals for prepaid sims. The deals for the prepaid sims are amazing! I got mine 20% off it’s original price and thanks to the instructions the app left me it was easy to install and find the pick up desk.
They don’t only do Siam’s, they have various discounts to theme parks, airport transfers etc. I defiantly will use them again for discounts on the local attractions. I would recommend anyone who is out in Asia at the moment to use it.

Great App for Travelling
Whenever I go to travelling I always go on Klook to look for discounted activities and they always have good deals at a reduced price! Also, when you post reviews and photos you can earn “credits” which can be used for your next booking so you can save on a few £ by doing this.

This app is definitely worth having and I would recommend for backpackers as you get to save up point when you purchase activities which will then give you money off the more points you accumulate.

Good variety of services but unprofessional customer service
I have used the app a number of time in Asia. If you don’t have to contact klook for you booking or if there is no issue it’s fine. Otherwise it’s a nightmare. They take days to reply. I was charged for a service I never received and even though I contacted klook and they said I was going to get a refund, which I haven’t seen so far. Another time they messed up the times of the booking. Luckily the service provider was accommodating, but it’s always a struggle when communicating with klook.

Fraudulent Activity
It’s a real shame to have to give a 1 star. I experienced fraundulent activity on my card twice.
The second instance occurred when I received my new bank card and I made a single payment using the klook app (which is whh I can confirm that the klook app is the cause for my fraudulent activity).
I told customer service about the issue so that their team can look into this. The responses were along the lines of “i can close your account” rather than providing some reassurance that this would not occur again.
Fortunately my bank refunded the transactions for me but it’s a real shame the klook team are not being proactive on this issue.

Elephant sanctuary full tour
Incredible, great value for money, satisfying and rewarding. Mud bath, 2hour/6km jungle trek was unreal. Then finished off with a river bath with our elephants. First part of the day was feeding the elephants and making vitamins for them too.
