I’ve been playing this game for many many years now, and it continues to provide enjoyment on a near daily basis. My only complaint is that the developer hasn’t produced a sequel!

Recommended
Really nice game, it takes a little while to get into but evolves into a really fun tactical game. Finally fully completed it after having it for a year, I found the barbarian on epic far and away the most difficult but like , keep making games , this one is awesome.
Update:
Played it again after several years as it was still on my phone , still really good , any chance you can make more games because this one is awesome .

Card mechanics could be improved
The game is well presented but the underlying card game is poorly designed. The player is presented with little choice and victory is too dependent on the card ordering.
The game is won by grinding to increase the power of the cards you have. Unfortunately grinding is achieved by dying which makes it unsatisfying for some players.

Lack of compelling choices
I think I was disappointed with the lack of tactical choices - adding upgrades later in the game might allow greater decision making but ultimately you are drawing one card at a time from a deck at a time hoping it is favourable. But that’s solitaire, I was somehow expecting more based on all the good reviews. Lots of chance at work here. I think if you go into purchasing this as a fan of solitaire you will be fine but as a strategy game I think it’s lacking.

Only given this two stars, each time you die you have to go right back to the beginning so never get very far. Have done this ten times and I’m getting fed up with it.

An absolute hidden GEM
Solitairica is a kind of sort of RPG solitaire, with some very ugly looking graphics and cutesy design.....
....and that is completely contrasted by some of the smartest and most addictive gameplay I’ve ever experienced in a solitaire-based game on the app-store
This really is one of those hidden gems that doesn’t seem to get the AAA attention, but with a great replay value and dozens of different strategies and equipment/spell combinations, this really is a must-buy!

Favourite IOS game of all time.
For my money, this the best game available on IOS. And I’ve played a lot. Certainly top 3. I’ve sunk more hours into it than I care to mention. Beaten the whole game on epic twice. It just never gets old. Can be played in short bursts or lengthy sessions.
It’s perfect. Buy it.

Unbalanced gameplay
After level 8 this gets very unfair,sometimes you cannot play so draw a card and get hit for 6 when you only have 10 to play with.could have been good but difficulty level way to steep. Two stars ****update*** just got to last level and this guy hits you for 15. Way to much guys ,takes all the fun out of game. Lost interest in it. One star.

Brilliant!
I’m not often moved to write reviews for games, it this little gem deserves recognition. The combination of genres works brilliantly and the rogue like element is well balanced rather than frustrating. I am always initially worried by the dreaded phrase ‘in-app purchases’, but it only amounts to a quid to unlock the different card decks. The decks themselves are different enough to allow very different strategies.
I haven’t beaten it yet, though I got to the last level. I will get there though!

Edit: I’ve beaten it twice now on ‘normal’ and got a good way through in ‘epic’ a couple of times. Still playing!

Game of chance leaves you frustrated
And they don’t even fricking tell you what the final fricking boss does so you can’t pick the correct power-ups. If I can’t get my money back might as well reduce its rating!!!

Compelling, clever, quirky
This is such a fine twist on the card game solitaire. The developers have thrown in power-ups, special attacks, health systems, a silly fantasy setting - and yet it's still recognisably solitaire. This is both its strongest and weakest point. It is so simple to play, yet ultimately feels slightly shallow. However, the fact I ended up having to delete it because I found myself sinking hours into it at a stretch should suggest how compelling an experience this is. Super game - and past weak reviews by others are down to bugs or quirks that this active developer has done a great job of ironing out.

Was Amazing. Now poor as cannot play offline
The new updates iCloud support means you cannot play offline. This was one of the few offline games I could play on the tube. This a massive shame as the game is really good and the games design is really compelling. I guess that one person who wanted to sync across devices is happy though? Progress at what cost? 😔

Probably the most fun I've had in ages
Easily one of the best games that I have played for a long time on here, kind of criminal it's not gotten more reviews.
Bit unbalanced at times, but more than worth the asking price and the devs do reply if you contact them on social which is always nice.

Most addictive game ever
A fantastically addictive game. Some have mentioned getting stuck on a battle, but I've not had this issue.... just need to buy the right combo of items and spells and use them strategically. I think this has a great difficulty curve to be honest - presents a real challenge but you always want to have "just one more go".

Stalemate issue
It's taken me 4 hours to pass a boss on this game. Kept healing their cards, freezing and turning everything into the same number.
Generally the difficulty is fun, fair and challenging but Feygul is massively unbalanced. The final boss is easier and frustrating. It's not even difficult, but you just reach a complete stalemate.
Great game, but I would avoid paying up until they patch that character again lest you break your phone like I did.

Superb card/rpg/rogue like game
I've sunk hours into this already. Love it. My only complaint is some of the higher level opponents have some op skills that can cause an annoying stale mate. Other than that - good art style, great audio, good ui, great gameplay. Well worth the money.

Fantastic game!
This has got to be one of my favourite games this year!
At first, I wasn't sure about the whole thing about when you die, you have to start from the beginning again but it really does work. Every game you play is different as there's so many variables with the characters, the cards that come up, the items you can accumulate and the spells that you can buy as you go along. And then if you die, you get gems that help build your character to be better for the next game. Such a clever idea and even more wonderful...it is IAP free. Truelly a well thought out game. Well done to the peeps that built this.
I only have one gripe and that is it keeps randomly crashing at the stage just after a game, where you get to see who you're up against next and get to spend your coins. I would've given this only 4 stars because of this but to be honest, as I don't lose any data when I restart the game, it doesn't ruin the game. So I'm sticking with the 5 stars because every other aspect of the game easily balances this out (though, would be great if this could be fixed :) )

Might be good if it actually got past the developers logo screen. Has crashed my phone and just won't open. Very annoyed after paying £2.99 that I can't even contact anyone to complain.

Solitaire Rogue Like!
This is a golf solitaire RPG Roguelike mash up game. It works very well. Just like the recent 3DS game Pocket Card Jockey, this mixes cards with another game type.
You work your way through various enemies, defeating them by clearing the deck of cards. When you draw from your stock, the enemy attacks. Throw in spells, items and coins to spice things up and create an addictive experience!
Best of all, this is a premium app with no in game purchases!
Recommended!
