They increased the delivery charge but delivery timelines has been increased too more than ever before. Worst delivery system of any e-commerce site. Delivery takes 10-15 days within the city, god knows how long for outside the city. Highly discourage anyone from using the site to order. Even if you do keep a good amount of time at hand.

I admit Daraz App is a lot convenient for online shopping but on the other hand, it is complete replica of AliExpress and this replication thing upsets me the most. I’ll suggest development team to use their heads instead of just cloning any application. This is one of the major reason Daraz App lack userfriendliness.

Rubbis company. Item sent was different from that advertised.
Made it as complicated as they possibly could to return item. After nearly 1 hour on the phone had enough. They pretended not to understand what i was saying even though they clearly did.
They asked for bank details and id card number and when I complained why they needed such private information
they said it was not necessary for all my details.
I suspected that the person on the phone wanted to commit some kind of fraud because of the private details he kept insisting for.

Very Bad Delivery System
They will give you only one call. If you miss that your item will be returned to seller that’s it. No second chances or they never bother come to actual address. No way to claim warranty either. Please hope that your item will work. Chat agents are handicapped basterds who won’t help you or give accessory information than app gives you.

Warranty not filled by dealer for the a/c
The package was delivered sealed I enquired about the warranty booklet and was told it is inside later when I opened the box I found the warranty is not stamped by the dealer so if anything goes wrong I will have to foot the bill for repairs .i dont know how to go about having it stamped daraz should look into this also cash payment was taken and receipt was not given!!

Can’t track Delivery Items
I have ordered online , I got email that my order have been picked up from warehouse. It also mentioned tracking number as well.
But unfortunately whenever I try to track my item then the link didn’t open to track my item.
My question is that if we can’t track item then why tracking number is provided.
The management needs to speak with their delivery partner why tracking service not available.

Daraz is very unreliable and their customer service is pathetic. Twice I got wrong product. To return that was a hassle. The measurement of the T-shirt were horrible. I ordered XXL got chest size 38. Is it XXL !!! Can’t use all 6 of them. As Bangladeshi we really want to move forward as a middle income country. Please stop doing this type of low quality e-commencing. Wrong product
They sent me a wrong product. I ordered keratin serum for my greater hair and they sent me completely wrong some vitamin E capsules. It’s been a week I have been mailing and trying to contact their customer service. Nobody bothers to reply. I used to be a regular buyer of Daraz but things like these make me so disappointed. Worst shopping experience ever
I ordered an item which arrived 10 days before delivery date. The item was not as described in the description. So I tried to return the item but on the app it was showing showing status as shipped instead of delivered so I couldn’t start a return until the status has changed. Today the status changed to delivered but when I tried to start a return the app showed a message saying that the return window has passed. Now I’m stuck with an expensive item which is of no use to me.

I tried to order a dermaroller which comes in different size, (0.25-3mm) I called for the order and asked for 0.5mm, they took my details and said will give me a call back for the availability and if its available then will deliver ther product by 31 August. The delivery system is crazy! When i order 4 items in the same checkout, then i expect to receive all 4 items in the same time!! So first they called me, said we will be there around 3 pm. I waited until 4 at the meetup point as the driver said my house is outside delivery area. No delivery. Next day, i get another call, evening delivery, but i had to pick it up so far from my house. And yet, i get only 2 items!!! Third day, i get another call, and they want to deliver the third item!! I went to pick up, but it takes me 15 minutes to get there. The driver said he will reach in 5 minutes. I reached in 15, the driver is gone for another delivery!! I had to follow him to get the third item!! So after all this hassle, i am still missing my fourth ( the most urgent item i need) and i have to do the hassle again?? Is this a joke??

Worst ever ecommerce experience ever
Placed an order collected money from credit card but even at the 10th day didn’t deliver it. One order was cancelled by them saying out of stock and said refunded to credit card but still not in my credit card account.
No idea what they sell here. No thrust at all. Called the customer service phone after 6 min 47 sec without even answering the call but asking for feedback. This is an ideal eJoke.
