Awful

What a total rip off! Minimum spend £9.99! I only wanted to send one fax. And the worst of it is the app doesn’t even work! I am only sending a basic two page fax to a global company so I know it isn’t their fax machine that’s faulty, and my internet is working very well so must only be the app. What a complete rip off- I have requested a refund of the credits after multiple attempts to send fax! Disgraceful

Pricing Policy no good

The app works, and is a clever and useful thing. But why have they now got a minimum spend of £10? I rarely send faxes, so spending £10 to buy the ability to send lots of faxes is no use to me. I guess they’re not after people like me, but if it was possible, say, to buy a one-off for £2, I would imagine the odd £2 from people like me would add up. Instead, my money will go towards a postage stamp and some ink. Disappointed.

Beware credit costs

I bought this and having had the review, I knew that credits had to be purchased.

I paid £10 for 250 credits. But the sting is, a single page is 15 credits!

The credit reference is not explained until after purchase.

Another dozen or so pages and I will be done with this app.

Its rubbish

It’s a con to get your money after downloading the app and then configuring the information preparing you fax the app asks for you to buy credits, did that then a continued message that the fax has failed to send not had one successful transaction as yet / it’s an and it’s rubbish

Scam?

The app is only free to download. To use you must buy 'credits'. It is £5.99 for 100 credits. You then learn that each PAGE costs 15 credits! Then the fax won't deliver. No explanation. I would give this a big fat swerve.
