Random card charging

Firstly it’s impossible to even log into your own account; very, very poor.

Secondly, no matter what card you choose to charge the order to, it will only use the first card in the list, even when using the cvv code for a different card.

This app is clearly duff, not worth the discounts offered by the restaurants for the hassle of using it. These guys should look at Just Eat for how to do a professional app, it’s all very GCSE standard programming. Poor.

Food was nice from local takeaway. when using the app it says you get something free when order over a certain amount.food came and no free item, phoned and got told the details on the app were wrong

Can’t log in but can see previous orders. Very annoying

Latest update has broken the app

This used to work but stopped after the last update.

Ordered food but it didn’t come yet my card was still charged.

App states free delivery but got charged

Hmm seems dodgy, shows free delivery when ordering but, when the food arrived I was told there I had to pay £4 delivery charge and the restaurant where not aware of the app.

Website is better than app

App doesn't let you log into your account first, so you cannot see previous orders etc

Very disappointed

I use the website a lot and downloaded the app. I tried ordering from my local takeaway 3 days ago, the order was declined but the money was still taken from my account. I rang the takeaway, who were very rude, I emailed the support team for feed me online and I am still waiting for a reply. Very disappointed, will not be using the website or app again.
