App doesn’t load rewards when you click redeem
Went to use the app to redeem a reward when paying but nothing happened and couldn’t use it. Pointless App.

Unusable on the iPhone XS Max
The app seems to be unusable on the iPhone XS max. Plus all my reward points have disappeared since my last visit.

dont have an invite code and cant “skip” bcause you put the button in a corner unusable in iphone xr, good job champs.

Impossible to use app on iPhone XS Max
App is not updated for use on the new iPhone. Cannot press buttons at the top of the screen. Please fix.

iPhone X and Xs support
You can’t register on any iPhone X or Xs phone because the invite code skip button cannot be pressed as its under the status bar. Poor show from such a big company

App is good, not for bigger devices
The app is good and for that I would like to give a higher review, however, when on devices with a notch, in this case the iPhone XS Max, the ‘back’ button is inaccessible and i can’t click it, therefore when I wish to navigate I am required to relaunch the app. If this issue was rectified I would increase my review.

Needs an update for iPhone XR
Doesn’t seem to be optimised for iPhone XR screen size and shape as options such as cancel, reload and back that appear in the top right and left corners aren’t clickable as they sit under the battery and time displays :(
So currently app is unusable!

Not the easiest app
I have deleted this app a few times for various reasons I have now upgraded my phone to an iPhone XS Max and the apps features like “back” option on the various screens is on the top right so it sits in the Apple WiFi signal and battery percentage. This means you can’t press back so you get stuck!! This isn’t great when you are in the restaurant trying to use the app!
Make sure it’s updated and make it easier and simpler to use.

Best steak in the west
Visited silverburn after some Xmas shopping. Staff were great, full of Christmas fun, cheering the place along. Ordered 3 steaks all different. All perfect. Well done to all in the kitchen for satisfying 3 fussy, hungry mums. Love you

Application for XS Max
I have an iPhone XS Max and every time I try to press cancel on the app, it doesn’t work. Either nothing will happen or the control center will appear.

Developer please look into this, I have my vouchers in there also book my tables using the app...but I can’t get in it- please resolve!! (As would usually would be 5 stars)

Can’t add receipts
When trying to scan a receipt to add rewards, I get an error message telling me “guest not within range of a uk TGI fridays location”. Yet when booking a table I’m 3 miles from Romford?!?!?!?!
Please fix this issue.

App won’t open
I love the app but since the recent updates it won’t open on my phone. I have tried reinstalling it several times but still it flashes open for a split second then disappears. Any suggestions of how to fix this?

First bad meal
Very busy , good in many ways but I asked for rib eye med and it came well done.
I feel the steak was not up to the usual standard.
Server offered to replace but I didn’t want to wait for a new one as it was so busy.
I wanted a tomahawk but yet again not available.
Manager walked past many times and never gave eye contact , if he had I would have told him.
Usually have Kelly as server , if she had been there I have now doubt she would have sorted it out.

The app doesn’t let you login. It just says ‘Oops, agree to privacy policy’, but there is no way of agreeing to it! Bad app design.

If you can get past accepting the privacy policy this might be a good app. Unfortunately no matter what I pressed I couldn't so I'm sorry to say its back to the developers. Own goal guys 😑

Jenna and Holly V are amazing
The service and staff @ Gloucester Quays TGI are amazing. Excellent food but above all a warm welcome and friendly happy staff.
In particular the two mentioned above but all the managers here go out of their way to accommodate. For gluten free food nothing compares. They care about strict anti cross contamination policies.

Food was left on counter for ages
We were not impressed with the service at the New Mersey Retail Park branch in Speke. The whole atmosphere was noisy. The waitress found us a table but the it was ages for our drinks to arrive though not as bad as the wait for food - over 30 mins for the starter and it would have been longer if we hadn’t have asked for them. We could see plated food waiting for over 15 mins on the heated counter. No one seemed to be bothering to take the food out, they were just busy sitting people down then ignoring them. Our food when it finally arrived was offered to the people on the next table who had only just arrived!!
The main courses arrived quicker but none checked back with us to see if food ok - it was mediocre.
Won’t be rushing back there again.

Reading Caversham - great night out
Having been to the Reading Oracle and had a terrible experience, we opted for Reading Caversham which was the complete opposite. We were a party of 6 celebrating my wife’s birthday and our server Samantha was fantastic. The food was really tasty and Samantha was really helpful and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better night out. I will only be going to Reading Caversham in future.

Well what can i say! Just amazing vist. Family Meal after Welsh Marathon and because of an injury we had to push the table time back but not a problem. When i arrived the waitress seemed part of the family already and even though hungry everyone seemed happy with drinks and bites they had ordered to get by. The food was quickly out when prdered and well Look every plate was clean what more can i say.

The old menu was better but I still love it
I live in South London but I prefer to travel up to Leicester Square to visit TGI’s as I find that restaurant the most comfortable as they have these comfy 2- seater booths. The atmosphere is always buzzing in there so it’s a nice spot to chill and grab something to eat/ drink or both with your friends or family.
I’m still not happy about my favourite meal (Jack Daniel’s salmon & cheesy mash) being taken off the menu but I’ve managed to find other meals to enjoy. The bubblegum daiquiri is lovely! And so is the Birthday cake freak shake! I downloaded the app last week and I won a free kids meal which I used right away. I entered the code on my receipt into the app and then won a free cheeseburger meal and after giving feedback I got a free milkshake. I definitely recommend getting the app because you get loads of freebies so you can’t lose. I’m going back to TGI’s next week to claim my latest freebies snd hopefully I’ll win more!

Amazing!
Amazing visit at Staines TGI. The waitress was really friendly and polite and went out of her way to please us. Our orders came out fast and we were kept informed of the foods whereabouts constantly. Nobody pushed us to try things or download the app and made us feel comfortable throughout. Really really great experience. If anyone’s going to do, we recommend the Gravy Seal burger, hummus appetiser, and the chocolate milkshake!
