This book pretends it's sexy for a guy to be overbearing, aggressive and abusive. It tells women to dismiss themselves for the sake of physical attraction. This is just so wrong!!!! There are special shelters for women who were in these kind of relationships! The story of Sophie and Clayton is not a love story but the perfect example of a toxic, abusive relationship. The only reason I finished the book was because I was sure the "hero" would be either changed or "punished" at the end. Spoiler: he wasn't.

Clayton was gorgeous!! Sophie could be a little childish at times but that was just her insecurities....

It's so easy and light to read this book. A lot of jokes and I am also a fan of sweet swearing, so I just loved.

Can't wait to read the second one. 🍒❤️

Excellent easy reading, couldn't put it down, just getting the next one.

I read it in two sittings and stayed up into the night. Good holiday book. I'm downloading the next one now. I've never read anything from this author before but I will look out for her from now on.
