Gourmet Cooking is a two chapter book which is used at the start of the workshop ‘Publish Using iBooks Author Workshop’.  The first activity participants on this workshop undertake is to create, using pre- programmed material, a Multi-Touch book.  Gourmet Cooking is the model which they will use.
