Whilst I quite enjoyed reading the three books, I found myself wondering if relationships like this exist. I had to read through to the last book and found myself disappointed in the fact that there was no softening in Gages character. I also got to the point where I found Kayla character to be demeaning and that she had no self respect for herself to be allowed to be treated in that manner. I assume that some couples are like that but can't quite get my head round that sort of relationship.
