“What Will You Leave Behind” is directed to those nearing the end of their Work Career as well as employers.  All too often workers retire with a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience that is often untapped before they go. This presentation offers suggestions on what those in the “twilight” of their work career can do – to share the knowledge and experience that they accumulated along their way – and how to make a difference before they go.  From both an individual standpoint as well as an organizational standpoint, the value that are soon-to-be retired workers have is too valuable to waste – and should be shared with those that we leave behind.
