Ambulance humour/reality
From the very start I couldn't put this down. I know a man with a similar mentality to that of the main character. I love him to bits for his witty and upbeat outlook on life.
This makes for quite a gripping read at times with the realities of working in an ambulance.
I would actually like to join the ambulance service and this read is certainly making me want it even more. Realism and fact with a heavy dose of required humour that one would assume is needed for this kind of work.
Highly recommend this for a good short read to lighten your mood, day, week or just general outlook on life.
Full 5 stars from me. The sample download alone had me glued so I had no regrets in paying for the full book. Will be keeping it to read again as it is very much that kind of short. Addictive and surprisingly witty with a huge dose of reality... what more could I want.
Age recommendations maybe 17+
Best age 25+
Perhaps for persons looking for an insight into changing careers or younger audiences who are deciding careers.
I'm 30 and I loved every bit.
(Offered my 11yr old a read of it, she didn't "get" alot of the humour and it just wasn't her thing) I believe some details maybe a bit mature themed also.
Downsides: Wish it was longer! I was gutted when I realised I was on the last page...
