Veronica finds out that Matt has never seen or touched surgically enhanced breasts, and after he does her a favor she makes sure he can't say that any more. She is upset about feeling sexually neglected by her husband, and Matt's reaction to her kindness drives her past what she had planned on doing, pleasing her mentally and physically. With Matt's almost sexless marriage, he can hardly say no.
